I was provided with a room that had an awful smell. It was probably a very pet friendly room. The pet might have peed on the carpet and the housekeeping failed to sanitize and clean that part. After check in, only after staying in the room for an hour you can start to feel the smell. I was too tired to change room and decided to hide under the sheet and slept. It was only a transit stay, I arrived late afternoon and checked out at around 8am so I did not bother the hotel owner. I hope they improve room cleanliness and so the guests gets a comfortable room to sleep. Afterall we paid in full.

The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location and maybe that the ac is working otherwise it’s pretty bad. WiFi is at best mediocre the rooms at first glance are mostly clean but when you look closer you’ll find dust on the glasses hair in the bathroom dirty mattresses and mysterious stains on the curtains that I hope were not bodily fluids

The host was very nice and friendly
He even let us leave our luggage for quite some time
And he told the best places to visit

The receptionist took 2 hours to arrive at work, so we had to wait outside with our luggage

Very comfortable stay. It was also affordable and the location is so nice
We came pretty late to our checkout time but they were nice enough to wait for us until we arrive to check-in! 🙏
A lady would come to change garbage and clean every 2 days without extra charge.

For the price value is very good. Rooms are neat, clean and not so small. Location is spot on (many spots are just minutes away from the destination by foot or public transport), there is not much noise coming from the city.

+ Great location in the center of the city. All attractions are within walking distance on this side of the Danube. Windows overlook a quiet street. The room is spacious and fully equipped. Request to the owner - check the air conditioner in 4.6. Probably due to the lack of air lock, there is an unpleasant smell from time to time

We stayed for only one night, we arrived late at night, but the receptionist still took us in. Overall the customer experience was outstanding.The receptionist was not only kind and helpful,he also had a lot of useful information about the city which helped us make conscious decisions on where to party,eat and relax.
The rooms themselves had everything necessary and were clean and tidy.Location is incredible for nightlife.Overall a 10/10 experience in my book.Definitely recommend anyone going here.

Great "value for money" ratio. The guest house is located near the very downtown and for the money we received appropriately clean quiet room with private bathroom. It is not a 5 star hotel, but as a place to stay during a weekend visit of Budapest it works great. The only inconvenience are limited opening hours of a reception desk (it usually closes at 5 pm), which may cause a bit troubles during the late arrival.

We love this hotel with my husband, right in the center of the Budapest, within walking distance of all the places to visit, where cafes and restaurants are located. Some staff spoke little English and we had no problems with the agreement. Paid parking is available on site and we were able to park our car safely. Our room was very large, clean and spacious. The only negative part of the hotel is the lack of breakfast. However, since it is very close to all the places where breakfast can be made, we have solved this problem easily.
