We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. A calm and peaceful atmosphere that truly feels luxurious. Highly recommended.
Great historical building with very high ceilings in the foyers. Great breakfast buffet. Showers can go hot and cold but tolerable. Location is walkable to Hungarian state opera, high street shopping and good restaurants.
Good hotel in a nice spot - liked how I could walk to many parts of town or take public transit. The spa area is nice but at times not enough beds. Breakfast is superb with so much variety. Rooms were comfy and quiet.
We stayed for 3 nights at Corinthia. The hotel is very elegant and refined. The pool area is beautiful, although the water was a bit cold. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The in-room breakfast was amazing — a big highlight!
We had a lovely stay here and although I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, it was many years ago, so I couldn’t remeber how nice it was! We stayed in a suite that was amazing! Made us just want to stay in all weekend! We also ate at caviar and bull onsite one night and had a fantastic meal. The breakfasts were also top draw! If you have access to the executive lounge there are decent snacks...
A Truly Exceptional Stay at Corinthia Budapest Our experience at the Corinthia Budapest was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was timely, kind, and full of thoughtful gestures especially since we were celebrating my birthday. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making our stay feel truly special. The location is excellent and the river view is very nice
Excelllent dervice and restursnt Excellent camera
Arrived at Budapest. Got checked-in to the hotel. Fine weather and nice views😍😍 Early dinner on Spoon, a boat restaurant just right down the hotel. Bonus: night views of Buda from Pest
Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.
We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine. Weekday breakfast serves similar stuff but no sparkling wine. The quality is excellent!

We stay at this hotel for vacation, very good location and convenient.
We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids, we booked through trip.com 2 deluxe river view rooms, then I send the hotel and email asked for connected rooms, once I arrived the hotel 2 girls at the reception were too friendly they upgraded my rooms to the next level which was sea view with buda castle view and connected which is made my day, the hotel location is so great I just walked from the hotel to...
Good location, Even though my reservation was on the river, they asked for an additional cost for a high floor
Great view from the window, clean room. Highly recommended!
Superb location and direct view to danube river. Walking distance to tram station, cruise ride and city centre. The room is spacious and clean. I like the sofa beside the window that allows me to enjoy the danube river view both day and night.

Excellent location. Chain bridge and canal view from room. Lovely stay. Thanks Sofitel.
It was not the first time I chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner. I love the atmosphere! The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! The staff is always smiling, all of them are very helpful. I would like to highlight Jenny's work which was beyond our expectations. When she overheard that we celebrated my father's birthday she made a small surprise for him putting a candle into his...
Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great. The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra...
An exceptional hotel in an even more exceptional location. We got a room with a river view on the top floor. The view was absolutely incredible. The space was fantastic and served all of our needs. The staff is incredibly attentive to the needs of their guests and will respond in a moments time. The breakfast is a true pleasure each morning. Although we had access to the private area on the top floor...
This hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun. Breakfast is amazing, a pool and sauna very nice, staff is absolutely great and everything works as a charm. But what I found the most appealing was the architecture...
Really nice hotel with nice rooms, beds and great staff. stayed for 12 nights and couldn't really complain about service. could have a better gym but other than that, i recommend it. View from my room

The room was ok, but the swimming pool was super small. There was a small incident when I checked out. I deposited 400 euros, but when I got it back, it was only 250 euros. I also had to check the security camera, which delayed me for a while and I almost missed my flight.
The toilet and shower were separate, and there was also a bathtub, which was very convenient. The shower was button-operated and very powerful, and the hairdryer was a high-quality German product. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was midsummer and hot, but they brought ice to my room and cooled the two complimentary bottles of cold water I could...
We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!
The hotel room is really big enough, large and small suitcases can be unfolded at the same time, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are Chinese-style charging sockets in the room, which is very considerate. Chopsticks are provided for breakfast, which is rare in European hotels.
I stayed in this hotel twice during my trip and was satisfied! The service staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. It was not too far from anywhere, but the parking and breakfast were quite expensive.
The location of the hotel is super good, right near the Ferris wheel. If you want to go to the river for a cruise, it only takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and will introduce the various facilities of the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a turndown service. All kinds of hardware facilities are complete and luxurious, and the experience is very...

I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!
The Ritz Carlton Budapest is truly one of the most exquisite hotels I have ever stayed at. Location was amazing, rooms were spectacular and the service was 10/10. I recommend staying on the club floor. The lounge has the best service I have maybe ever experienced. The staff is kind and makes you feel right at home. They all had our orders memorized by day two. Special recognition goes to Vanessza...
We spent two days in Budapest en route to Vienna and Prague on a Christmas Market adventure, so we chose the Ritz Carlton Budapest for its location. Because of our limited time in the city, the hotel's location was excellent and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. If something was a bit further, we had the option to take the metro or taxi/uber - though we chose to walk. The hotel...
That was a wonderful experience in charming Budapest. Not only is the location very central and close to river Danube but also the offered amenities and ambience is indeed worth 5 stars. But the real difference was being made by the very friendly and service oriented staff. Special thanks to the service manager Daniel who cared for us in an excellent and supportive way throughout our stay. Toni as...
Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was wonderful overall. We were able to check in early, which was convenient after a really long flight, though we did receive a street view instead of the city view we’d hoped for. The check-in process was smooth, and most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, one staff member was a bit aggressive in questioning if we were guests, which was unexpected...
Stayed here for one night, and was pleased to receive very generous elite recognition as Titanium. Staff were omnipresent, attentive, and cordial. The room was spacious and pristine (my only complaint - the carpeting is a touch dated, even if in fair condition). Breakfast was excellent (try the shakshuka). Look forward to staying again in the future!

If you don’t stay enough once, you will continue next time.
The rooms booked by Ctrip are always in the worst locations, and the hotel will not change this status even if there are many vacancies. What's more terrible is that for the same price, you can get a good location through ***********. I don't understand. This time, two different rooms, with the same price, were booked through different companies, and the result was like this. Ctrip should think: why
The service is very poor. The waiter opens the door directly, affecting sleep and sense of security.
I upgraded to a tower suite at the front desk. The location is very convenient and the view from the room is beautiful. The interior of the room is a bit old, and the bathroom is at the door and you have to go down a few stairs from the bedroom, which is weird.

From this hotel, It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station connecting Warsaw and Prague, and it is also within walking distance of the city's tourist attractions. Overall, I was satisfied. The breakfast was disappointing. The quality was disappointing. The bread, fruit, yogurt, and other foods were not diverse. In particular, I think that coffee and tea, not only in the Masteri Hotel but also in all regions of Hungary, need to be improved in the future. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The place is very clean and wonderful. The customer service and staff are friendly and attentive, and very keen on guest satisfaction. Their location is excellent and close to most landmarks. Their English is excellent. I only wish the rooms were a little bigger. I would definitely repeat the experience. 💕
We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Matild Palace! Nikoletta in Guest Services was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed (thank you again for the upgrade Nikoletta!!). Fantastic hotel. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Recognised my Marriott status, upgraded my room and accommodated LATE checkout. They even set up the room with a cake, balloon & champagne for our anniversary. Don’t get me started on the breakfast. Probably the best buffet I’ve seen. Beautiful resturant and the bar upstairs at the duchess is stunning, great for an evening drink.

The attention to details they put into your stay to personalize your experience brought me and my wife to tears as this was a trip for our baby-moon. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Perfect location in Budapest, huge rooms and bathrooms (it’s worth the upgrade for the city room with balcony), and excellent cafe / restaurant options. The lobby and spa are stunning. We wanted to try the café but the line was very long so my friend and I decided to sit in the bar. We were lucky to catch the bar opening ceremony and were served a yummy complimentary cocktail. The Anantara is exceedingly elegant, but not pompous. Our room was spacious and the king mattress was memory foam and very comfortable. Overall, a good hotel with a great location. However… I inquired at reception about vegan options at the breakfast buffet. The receptionist wasn't sure, so she asked the bar staff. A Disappointing Stay at Áurea Ana Palace Hotel – Beautiful Building, But Far From a Luxury Experience! We had mixed feelings about our stay at Áurea Ana Palace Hotel. While the staff were helpful and courteous, the overall experience was far from smooth, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a five-star property. The biggest issue was the presence of cockroaches in our room, which was extremely...
It is very close to the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge is within walking distance. In the evening, you can go to the Danube River to enjoy the pink sunset. The hotel is elegantly decorated and the room size is larger than expected. The downside is that although the hotel provides taxi service, there is no reminder that the taxi service fee will be charged

A bit far from the center. There are no cotton swabs in the room and mineral water was given only once, but this is a 5-star hotel. The waiters at breakfast did not explain that the main course should be chosen from the menu. I accidentally noticed this menu before leaving. Beautiful hotel, very friendly personal, lovely rooms! The only thing I did not like so much was the scent in which they immerse the complete hotel.
Great location for tourists on the Pest side. Close to all the action spots, nightlife and tourist destination s. Very Polite staff.
Top class hotel. Great location and very friendly staff.
For a five star hotel, you can get a really good deal here, but the hotel itself isn't all that great. Doesn't have a pool which is weird, and has a tiny gym. Location is really good though. Rooms are nice.

Very nice hotel in Budapest. Excellent cafe Liszt and Kindly managers 😄
This is probably the best hotel I stayed in during my three-week trip to Europe. The environment, breakfast and location are all good. There is a great view restaurant on the top floor, but reservations are required in advance.
Good location, next to the cathedral, with a SKY BAR to view the top of the cathedral. But the price/performance ratio is poor. It's a small hotel with a small facade and no obvious signs. It took me a long time to find it.
This Aria in Budapest has been in my mind for many years. It is in a very good location in the city center. You can reach many attractions on foot. The hotel has its own style, elegant environment and good service. It is worth staying.
The hotel is nice, with free coffee and snacks on the first floor, piano and wine in the afternoon, and sauna in the evening. The room is also quite big. The church is on the right hand side when you go out, and the bridge is on the left. Roof is recommended
A beautiful hotel which is perfectly located to explore all the historical sites and Budapest's fine dining scene. Service was excellent as were the rooms and facilities. Didn't stay at the hotel as a guest, but had lunch there. Their menu meal was great value and delicious, giving us a teaser of the traditional hungarian cuisine. The venue is incredibly beautiful, definitely worth taking a look. Great choice of wines and very helpful staff. We were in a group of 9 with no reservation but they still managed to arrange for a big table for us.
