I stayed in this hotel two nights for a 3 days conference. The hotel room was clean despite some detail was not doing good, for example, there was some dirt on the bath robe. But overall it was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast and lunch were really great. The meeting room were grand. I had a very good time there. Highly recommended.

We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine. Weekday breakfast serves similar stuff but no sparkling wine. The quality is excellent!

It’s evident that this hotel was once grandiose, but time has taken its toll. The large complex with pools is impressive in size, but there are more outside visitors than hotel guests, which gives the place a cheap feel. The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more. Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.

I'm rating the hotel only. Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).

The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold. The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice. And asked how do we feel.

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel. It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

We did enjoy our stay at the Continental Hotel and the venue was beautiful. Small details like chocolates in the room upon arrival were lovely. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible. Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed. Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good. Clean and presentable bedroom, staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We walked everywhere, did not use public transport which wasn’t an issue. Didn’t eat at the hotel so unable to comment on food. Used the spa and had treatments which were lovely and reasonably priced.

We had an excellent stay at the mystery hotel. Every member of staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were super clean and well-appointed. Rooftop bar was really nice and we finished each evening there for a nightcap. Spa amenities and massage services were all top notch as well. It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people. When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room. Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Breakfast good. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!

Stayed here for one night, and was pleased to receive very generous elite recognition as Titanium. Staff were omnipresent, attentive, and cordial. It is relatively close to Fisherman's Bastion, about 10 minutes' walk. The hotel has a good breakfast, an acceptable accommodation environment, and a comfortable terrace.

Altho pricey, everything was nearly perfect. Except for housekeeping who didnt clear debris and hair from the shower drainage. So for 2 consecutive days, we had to shift to the bathtub in the middle of the shower. The bottom of the toilet was also uncleaned properly. Spa, gym and most of all the New York Cafe was an experience to stay in the hotel for. No need to queue.

Water pressure for bath room is very low which needs to upgrade.  No notice of swimming pool is not allow to swim and I was asked to stop swimming.

Rooms in the main hotel building are a bit dated and can be loud in the mornings due to the music from the NY Cafe.

We were guests in August and the experience was amazing from start to finish. We received a welcome drink and the personnel was always friendly and helpful even though it was busy at times. I upgraded to a tower suite at the front desk. The location is very convenient and the view from the room is beautiful. The interior of the room is a bit old, and the bathroom is at the door and you have to go down a few stairs from the bedroom, which is weird.

Ok hotel, but staff not at all accomodating when I needed a secluded place for a meeting after checkout. Claimed all rooms and conference rooms were booked. Could see for myself that at least two conference rooms were locked with no participants and it was still possible to make reservations for a regular room on the web site ☹️

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

Aldi, Lidl, shopping center and gas stations are all very close. However you only have 1 bus line you can take from here and have to change transport at least once. This also means the area is more quiet even though its right by the road. Best bank for buck stay around the area though.

If you like to stay in Budapest for reasonable price this is a place very clean the clerk at reception was very helpful and polite room big and clean equipped with refrigerator coffee maker its worth the money

Not bad hotel for that price! Staff is kk, hotel is good but dont expect nothing spectacular. For one night it was briliant choice. We came with a car so it was easier to travel through city. Nice!
