Very nice room and good service. High value for money. The breakfast is also nice. But.. the hotel is facing to a very busy road. I couldn't sleep until i put an ear plugs. There are many things that the hotel needs to upgrade on. Specially the repair of rooms to bring up to modern standards. There was issues with the beds in the room that we stayed since the beds were very easy to be pushed around. And also there was dirt not cleaned since sometime below the beds.

All the elevators were broken except one. They even blocked off the stairs as well. This is an extreme fire hazard. They locked the staff stairs and did not let anyone use the stairs. Great location, 300m away from the Metro station. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not the newest and cleanest one you’ll see but it’s not dirty either. Carpets could use a deep cleaning here and there but overall it’s fine. It’s also kinda loud outside at night and the AC was not working in our room, so we had to sleep with the window open. This hotel is ok for a weekend stay. Rooms are clean (some of them are renovated, some are not), breakfast is ok. Staff is very helpful. Super friendly staff at reception and everywhere. Always open to help. Breakfast is delicious, freshly cooked and plenty. Dinner was marvellous and I can only recommend to enjoy the great taste. They also have a huge training gym with a size I have never seen in any other hotel. Spa is just next door to enjoy. Easy to get there with public transport.

The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more. Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.

I'm rating the hotel only. Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).

The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold. The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel. It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

When i travel to Budapest my default place to stay is the Hilton Budapest City hotel. It is conveniently located, being a 20 minute walk to the Danube River with another 10 minute walk to Buda Castle. The rooms are always clean and are large and comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for us as a couple. Nice staff, great wellness, great food and drinks. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation as some of the facilities did not look or work well. Takes some time to get to the city center, public transport does the work.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible. Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed. Who designed showers here? There is only half a shower door... whenever one takes a shower the water sprays out into the rest of the bathroom and literary creates a mini pool. I have noticed many hotels like this. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the way I take showers.

The interior is modern, artistic and the rooms are bigger than you expect at Ibis. The breakfast spread is good, and the parking was a breeze. The Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. Quiet area, nice and big rooms, great customer service, located not too far from the heart of Budapest, but it's recommended to take a taxi cab through the Uber app. Taxi drivers are honest and super nice, with no hidden fees or extra charges. The hotel is in great location. We wandered all around and had no troubles at all. The whole place was clean. Like most places, there are small maintenance issues and cosmetic things. None observed took away from the experience. The reception staff were friendly and tried to help out. They are short staffed so sometimes room service takes a while. Our room faced the main street. A bit far away from the city centre, however the hotel is great in terms of comfort, food and spa, swimming facilities. The interior is bit communist style with long red carpeted corridors and dullish interiors, however the reception is friendly and 24 hours. There are locked doors at entry to the rooms from reception, so you can feel safe. Rooms are comfy with large firm comfortable mattresses...

A great no-nonsense hotel perfect for a comfortable stay. A substantial breakfast is included and the on site restaurant serves great traditional Hungarian food and drinks. The spa facilities are great, albeit with a confusing layout! The location is not central to the city, but a short taxi or bus ride gets you there!

This is a Lovely large Conference Business centre situated in it's own grounds just adjacent to the main road, it has a Lovely large sumptuous green space that you can be at one with your thoughts. The rooms are very generous in size steeped in red with views depending on where your situated in the hotel. The staff are very accommodating and always polite and welcoming. Solid hotel. Clean rooms but a bit out the way for city adventures - although it’s only a fiver in to town by cab. Staff lovely and there’s a pool and spa for relaxation when required.

The location of the hotel itself is good, everything is very accessible. The room was big and comfortable, beds were nice. The coffee in the room is weird, a 3 in 1 sachet, which is no good if u want black or no sugar. Breakfast is a total let down. The toaster takes ages to toast, and one isn't enough to accomodate all of the guests. Food isn't replenished quick enough and not much options for hot...

Overall a very good hotel, we didn’t experience the breakfast as bakery’s (Artizán) are nearby. But the location is spot on. Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. You can’t really ask more from the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our TV was not working and it was fixed on the same day. Twice our safe stopped working within reporting within 10 minutes they sent person and fixed. For vegetarian, the breakfast was limited, but there was choices of pastries and bread and fruits.

Very friendly staff. Willing to let me check in at 9:00am because the room is available, which I really appreciate. Many hotels don’t let that even though they are not full. The room itself is a bit old, but it is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also very accessible from the train station. Really worth its value.

Hotel is very very outdated, the decor is old, carpets in the lifts are loose, some fixtutes on the corridor walls are damaged and not secured well. Rooms are very outdated, air-conditioning is almost nonexistent, not great, with temps of 25+ during the evening. Breakfastnot the best, and the bar is manned by reception and can take a considerable amount of time to get served.

Booked a three night stay. Hotel was quiet, being just off a very busy road. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Our room was clean and the single beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the shower was excellent. There was refurbishment going on in the corridor but didn't impact on us. Breakfast was fine and one could have as much as one liked.
