Nice place, near many attractions. Amenities were there. Clean rooms and spacious toilets.
Really good place to stay as it is in the middle of the city and easy to find
I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! It was incredibly clean and spacious, which made a huge difference. The shower in the 6-bed dorm was surprisingly great — definitely one of the best I’ve experienced in a hostel. I only stayed for one night, but it was a really positive experience. The location is perfect, with multiple supermarkets nearby and everything easily accessible. Highly recommend
I stayed at three wombats on this trip (Munich and Vienna ) and this one is the best!!! There is air conditioning inside the room!! Can’t complain!!! I visited in summer time and it’s grateful to have A/C. Besides there is a little fan every bed just like in wombat Vienna. The bath room is great, lots of space to put your stuffs, with hair dryer as well. Room is big, full size mirror is a plus....
The location is great - easy to get to/from airport and bus station, and it's central for sights and going out, and everything else you need. I stayed in a 4-bed, and it was a massive room - tons of space for luggage. There are individual fans installed on each bed, and the room itself was air conditioned, so overall really pleasant on the day when it was 37C. There's a nice big chill out area downstairs...
Everything good, clean, good location. Staff are nice to provide information.

Very good , worth the price but only complain is poor sound insulation between rooms .
Enjoyed see staying here. I was in a singbed room for a week. The breakfast was great and yeah the room was pretty basic but the rate was great. If I happen to go to Budapest again I'd stay here again
The hotel is basic but is didn’t find as bad as the reviews. The room and the bathroom were clean, I didn’t hear any noise até night. The location is good and the staff was ok for everything that I asked. The hotel is cheap so don’t expect luxury. I would stay there again.
Very good location. Specially for who want to be in the Jewish quarter. Personal is great. Price good
The night will go. The hotel is located in a good location. Lived in room 412 on the 4th floor. Cleaned the room well every day. Breakfast is normal. Of the minuses - thin walls you can hear everything to sound like drunk German punks thump, yelling and carrying on. Very bad in the bathroom the water goes down and the room cold. Very bad heating!
Old and smelly room. Even tough clean and with fresh linen. Position is good. Reception is friendly. Breakfast is below average. Should be renovated!!

Very satisfied with my stay in this hostel. Has everything I expected cleanliness, location, ease of transportation to all places of interest, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets everywhere. It is in a party district with the accompanied noise into the middle of the night but it did not affect my sleep at least for me without the need for ear plugs which the hostel provides if you need them. And staff...
Location very good halal food is nearby
Great amenities and lovely sized rooms. the lockers are smart lockers with a card to open and are very spacious. the shower is the best I've had with travelling and the staff were very friendly and helpful. lovely beds aswell, very comfortable and with a charger port per bed
If you’re looking for a place that’s easy to reach from the airport, close to the centre and full of like-minded people who like to party, this is the place for you. A bar downstairs offers live music and late parties while the rooftop bar offers a place to hang out, chill and have a great drink. The prices are very reasonable for the overal quality.
Everything was amazing, rooms were clean, safe lockers and amazing friendly help from reception. Met some really cool people and the prices in the bar downstairs are fab ! Location was perfect too, we had the best trip here, will defo be returning.
Great location but the bar downstairs is playing music untill 2/3am. It wasn’t too bad though, maybe bring some earplugs. Nice rooms for a party hostel and very nice bathrooms. It comes with paper hand towels and soap!

I was at this hostel for 2 nights. I spontaneously booked a travel to budapest and let me tell you for the price and the sudden booking it was totally worth. The staff are very honest and nice people and help you with your questions. The Boy at the reception charged me 30 euros too much when I was checking in, which, I at, first thought was also sketchy. But then Daniel came to my room and apologised...
I really liked it here. The shared rooms have a really interesting layout. You feel so private. Someone moved in the room, and only then, did i remember that someone else is even, in the room, last night. The set up is that private. For a large location, you feel like there are only a few people around. The area is the best I have been in, in Budapest... so peaceful. it felt protected. There is a creative...
Solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and chill place to stay. The cleanliness stands out immediately everything from the rooms to the shared spaces is well-maintained, which makes for a comfortable experience. It’s a great spot to recharge after a day of exploring the city, especially if you prefer a more laid-back atmosphere over the party hostel scene. The vibes here are peaceful,...
The location is good enough. It is conveniently near public transportation, and most central parts are walkable. I stayed in the women's dorm. Although it was quite crowded, with 12 people, the separation panels btw the beds were a good idea, providing a bit of privacy. The shared bathroom in the room was poorly ventilated. The biggest problem was the heating system, which wasn't working properly,...
The twin room is pretty decent for the price. There are 2 beds, a big wardrobe with hangers, working desk with lamp and 1 chair, private bathroom with shower. The room was very warm, sleeping (pillow and duvet) was comfortable, there was warm water in the shower. They even had a luggage room for free on reception where we left our backpacks after check out. There is an elevator to get to the upper...
The bed is very small and furnitures are Soviet style. The location is good, you can visit the city via a very comfortable walking or taking the public transport. However, the breakfast is quite ridiculous. They give you a card, which contains three points. You can choose three items from the vending machine. Sounds like eating at step mother’s.

If you’re traveling to Budapest and looking for a hostel to stay in, this is the place to be! Andy, Rob, and the the rest of the staff do an amazing job of making it and inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. I had so much fun at H1 Budapest. The staff is great. Best receptionist is Rob by far!! And best volunteer is Olivia. Marla is a close second. By the way, they do have multiple hair dryers, so don't worry about that! Every day and night there is something to do.
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. Social vibe where everyone wants to meet new people. Staff extremely nice and are travelers as well. Special shout-out to Jorge working there who became one of my friends for life!
By far the best hostel I stayed while travelling! All the staff and volunteers are supper nice and always make sure to make you feel welcome! They always have things planned for both day and night! Exceptional Stay at Flow Spaces, Budapest I recently stayed at Flow Spaces in Budapest for 7 nights, and I had an amazing experience! The dormitory exceeded my expectations in every way. A beautiful hostel in the heart of Budapest.. Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. There's an option to leave your luggage after check out for a couple of euros. Definitely won't be my last time here.
Unbeatable for the price point. Interior is nicely decorated and common areas such as kitchen and places to hang out are really spacious. Location is also very nice. Staff is super friendly and reception is staffed 24/7. While the room as quite small for 8 people, the beds had curtains and a box under the bed where you could store your things. Two outlets at each bed. Only complaint is that the room...
Made my stay in Budapest more sociable than EVER! Many common places to socialize with *chill* young people from all around the world, the staff is really friendly and cool and the kitchen is really spacious and equipped. The only thing I feel like criticizing are the rooms, which are a bit small and narrowed, but not enough to stop you from booking here and enjoy a trip in this amazing town.
The location is really good, and the beds were comfortable. There is a lot of locker storage for valuables and backpacks. The room felt safe and nice with 24-hour reception service. However, the showers rooms are in need of some serious maintenance, there was lots of humidity and black mold in the ceiling. Fans should be installed in the bathrooms/showers. Also the staff could have been more friendly...
Very cool place! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Budapest. Central location with great public transport links / lots of stuff walking distance. The rooms are comfortable “, warm and super clean, with very good showers which is a big plus for me. The staff is really nice and helpful too, especially the ginger girl and the tall blond guy. Private, secure place with art exhibitions and other cultural events downstairs - not a typical Budapest hostel. It's located just outside the touristic area but the river and transport are nearby. Stayed in a private room for a few nights - room was similar to a budget hotel. Comfortable bed, heating worked well in early Feb, plenty of space to store/hang items. Big shout out to Kai and Hanni for an amazing wine tasting and beer pong, and going out of their way to help me plan the best trip.
Best quality you could find for this price. Cheap yet stylish hostel right in Budapest's city center, a walk away from lots of good bars and food places. It’s hard to speak to this location as a hostel because I stayed in a private room. However, it was very clean, in the room, kitchen and lobby. The location is also great. It’s in a nice neighborhood, but it’s not too busy or loud. My only minor complaints are that the blanket was too short, it didn’t cover my body fully. AMAZING AMAZING. I switched from staying to the Hive Party Hostel (not a great first night in Budapest to say the least) to Vitae Hostel, and I don't regret it one bit. You could go out and party if you wanted to or stay in to rest up. There was always some sort of event happening and everyone also wanted to sightsee/travel during the day. Loved the common spaces and staff.
One of the best hostels around. Clean, cheap, the free daily pub crawls are amazing, and the staff is the best (hi Rosa!)
I had the best time of my life!! The staff (especially Rosa, Luke, and Yanis) were amazing and helped me feel welcomed! It's impossible to have a bad time here. I'm already trying to plan a time to go back. Highly, highly recommend!
The best hostel ever. Thanks to Wes (hope I wrote it in a correct way). This hostel provides rooms and food for free to Ukrainian refugees. Great little hostel in the city centre. Quick and easy access into the centre of the city. Room are okay, showers are fine. Kitchen facilities were good and the whole place was clean. One downside is the access within the building...
Very good location right in the center. The staff were also very helpful. Rooms were clean but had a weird smell to it. Also the key given can unlock all the rooms in the building so safety wise it’s not too practical. Overall good value for money. Also very loud at night.

Wonderfull place to stay, Nice and very clean room :)
Staying at Boomerang was a unique experience. It's located in an apartment-style building, so one has to be buzzed in for the check-in process. If the receptionist is out with another guest (they're kind enough to show everyone where their rooms/apartments are), then you'll be waiting on the street for a bit to get inside. However, access fobs are granted upon check-in, and although the building's...

Great location near public transport and restaurants. Friendly staff and good value for money. Rooms can be noisy due to traffic, and the shower area could be cleaner. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay in Budapest.
Perfect stay when solo travelling. Very sociable. Easy to meet others. I stayed in an 8 bed dorm. Was clean, communal areas and breakfast was included. Good location. The staff are super friendly. The place is well located, central. You can walk to many tourist spots. Good price. In my opinion, the staff does not provide good customer service. It's hard to describe how perfect this hostel is if you're taking a city adventure! Judit (the owner) is fantastic, the decoration is lovely and the security is very strong.
