We stayed here on our honeymoon on a tour. Amazing service! Great food and wine! Great location! Highly recommend. Rooms are cozy, very comfortable, food is regional and fantastic and the breakfast is great!

The girl on the front desk (sadly we didn’t get her name) was friendly yet really professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best we’ve had in Budapest (and we’ve ate at a good 8+ places at this point)

We booked an Airbnb and it was disgustingly dirty, left shortly after and found this, we booked this room at the front desk and it was spotless

Great stuff. Wonderful rooms and breakfast was the best. The hotel is close to new york cafe and the metro station is just in front of the hotel.

Carpets could use a deep cleaning here and there but overall it’s fine. It’s also kinda loud outside at night and the AC was not working in our room, so we had to sleep with the window open

A hotel in the VII district of Budapest. Is a good place, convenient to reach and near to airport and the center. The rooms are good but small and the stuff is friendly and helpful

Great location, 300m away from the Metro station. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not the newest and cleanest one you’ll see but it’s not dirty either

The only flaw is the food served in dinner, discreet than other locals in the city, but the breakfast it's okay

The staff was extremely professional and polite, the room was clean and had everything that we needed. They also left us a bottle of water, a few bags of Coffee and sugar as well as different Teabags

They also let us leave our luggage after the check-out free of charge

Rooms was simply but clean, metro is on the corner of the hotel, breakfast was amazing. I stayed there for the concert on 1 night and it was great, location to Arena 1 minute by walk, metro near by...

Was led to believe closer to expo venue than it actually was when booking. Was actually over 5 minute taxi ride each day. Hotel was good, no coffee day 2 or day 3 in room

Hotel staff great but due to location and reliance on taxis would not stay there again, but metro is next door which discovered on last day of stay

Beware taxis overcharged 4x on one trip by uber claiming to be taxi who solicited by roadside, stay vigilant

The entrance to the building and hallway is grand and welcoming. The SPA pool area is excellent and very relaxing. The rooms are nice clean, quiet and most importantly the beds are comfortable

The separate elevator entrance to the SPA is appreciated. The hotel is in a very good location with many places to eat in the area. All staff in the hotel are extremely polite and helpful

The room had an elegant interior design with classic elements, it was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a gorgeous view of the rest of the building from our window

To my surprise the beauty of the city was breathtaking and the hotel is 5 star in my book. Every guest treated like royalty. You must put this city on your bucket list to visit

The staff were friendly and warm, great breakfast buffet, and beautiful THE ROYAL SPA was very relaxing, spending the evening there after a long day of walking in the city, nothing was rushed and a very well chilled out atmosphere

Very good selection for breakfast which can be taken either in the restaurant or the atrium. Located in easy walking distance of many main attractions. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

Still it was enough space inside the pools and you didn't need to queue for a long time to use the slides. We can recommend the Kamicaze, it's awesome! Also the family slide and the kids area were really nice

The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more

The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice

In the middle of the place there is also a structure which You can climb and go through the bridge. There was restaurant and bar both in pool area and hotel itself, with food both ready and available to order

Pool area had many slides to choose from, different kinds of pools like jacuzzi, waves, standard swimming, massages, and children area with mini waterfall

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel

Good quality hotel located in an excellent location within the West End Shopping centre, and adjacent to the railway station. Easy walking distance to many of the top attractions plus inumerable bars and restaurants

Staff were very friendly and service was very professional. So glad I stayed here with my friends and was lovely coming back after a long day of sightseeing. Booked a relaxing massage which was also professional.

A very good hotel. The only thing no swimming pool. And in a bar why there was no selection of Beers. Otherwise everything was great

Very spacious rooms (I was upgraded to a suite) and a rooftop executive lounge with a decent selection of food and drinks (big plus for the outside terrace with views on Parliament)

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception

Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening

Stayed for several days at Intercontinental prior to going on Viking River Cruise. The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location to see the sights of Budapest. Room was comfortable with all the basic amenities

This hotel is not new or modern, and wasn't renovated lately. However excellent maintenance keeps it in a very good form. we were three couples and enjoyed our stay very much

The hotel is situated in a lovely position if you want to walk, which we did regularly. The metro is close and easy to navigate thanks to leaflets from the hotel

The rooms are big and amenities are of good quality. The breakfast has many options for all taste and a really good Lebanese corner with fresh pita bread

This being a hot summer, the AC were not just good enough to beat the heat. We all felt extremely uncomfortable in the room as heat was trapped in and AC was not good enough

Very comfortable beds and the whole apartment. Long working hours of pool (6-23h). Good choice of amenisties (pool, sauna, salt room, gym, playroom for kids with toys and sony)

Parking place 15€/24h (lasting all 24h even if you are checked out). The pool is small for hotel’s capacity. The water in the pool is a little bit cold (24-26 C), you have to swim to get warmed

There is a paid bar and bowling alley which is 10000 HUF to bowl. The pool however is indoor and small and very cold

We were also given three towels and bathrobes (included in the price). The pools were not crowded, in fact the whole spa was good for 30 people in all

I have been only in the lobby and the bar. Friendly and polite international staff, clean and cosy place. If you need they have a private parking lot for a fair price (approximately 1 euro/hour).

The hotel staff will treat you with respect and a smile. It had a very good pool and jacuzzi. Our room was very nice and quiet. But the bathroom was not very clean. We paid 180 euros for a double night

The service and food at the River Bar was excellent! Daniel and his team are doing a great job taking care of their guests. It all feels very warm and welcoming. I got one of the best Gulasch I had ever had. Thank you!

We stayed here for two nights during the 120th Anniversary celebration of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. The staff was very professional and courteous

Very pleasant and modern hotel no complaints at all yet but it wasn't cheap so expected it to be good I only downside with the prostitutes are often seen standing outside on the riverbank nearest and told to move on by the hotel staff

The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. The pool is small with a thick layer of scum around the waterline. Lounge chairs and towels were scarce

Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible

Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great

I would like to highlight Jenny's work which was beyond our expectations. When she overheard that we celebrated my father's birthday she made a small surprise for him putting a candle into his dessert

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill

It’s so close to the castle and overlooks the river! We received a warm welcome from Leonard at the front desk- sometimes Hungarian customer service isn’t super warm even when the service is excellent

Wonderful hotel, very gracious staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast buffet, and cleaning staff. Rooms are very well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and easy to plug in and charge devices

Breakfast was amazing every morning, often fueling us all the way to dinner each day! It was unfortunate that the "closing" time of the restaurant is listed as 11pm, but the kitchen stops cooking at 1030pm, and we were denied a table at 1020pm when all we wanted was dessert

The views from the restaurant look out over Fisherman's Bastion, and it's just like a fairy tale. Would definitely stay here again, and enjoyed the location relative to the popular tourist sights!

The young women in the morning at the executive lounge were really darling to us. Our room was well appointed, super comfortable beds & the bathroom had a shows and tub & all the amenities

So this hotel is very very good so I have the impression that the bad reviews are not so correct. Indeed, in the neighborhood there is some works but it is not under hotel control to speed up or to stop the process

Food was amazing, with taste and also traditional Hungarian but at the same time international. Good Indian food (they have a special chef for this). Included the breakfast is very very good

Good breakfast and clean rooms. Position is perfect for visiting Budapest with metro or tram. Nice view of the park. Acceepts pets and they have also smoking rooms.

The room size is quite large, but the bed is a coffee table, two armchairs, a dressing table, closet with kitchenette, a safety Deposit box. There should be a pool, but with my busy work schedule to the pool never came

I thought the hotel was very nice, clean, staff pleasent and friendly. Metro station 3 minutes away. Chinese and mcdonalds and burger king within a seven minute walk away.

It was really surprising that in the room there was no fridge (minibar). I found 2 bottles of water on a table, but unfortunately it was lukewarm. Othervise the room was uite OK, it was clean and spacious

  The dining room is a good size and was never full.   Breakfast operates up until 10am and they ask for your room number on entry.   They have a swimming pool, hairdressers and sauna but never used any of them

Unsure of what to expect of Hungary but was very surprised of this pleasant, relaxed hotel by the river.   The airport in Amsterdam had lost my luggage so pressure eased by the welcoming staff at this hotel

  They also have several meeting rooms but never viewed any of them either.   The only down side was my luggage which had arrived at the hotel and I was not informed of this by any staff

  I only found out by checking with reception the next day.   Housekeeping visited the room everyday but it was dusty under the bed.   The staff are helpful and are always on hand

  Checkin was straightforward and the rooms are a decent size and comfortable.   Breakfast doesn't have loads of choice but they do have a decent selection of fruit and pastries

There are 3 different sauna, steam room, swimming pool, large hot tub, salt room, multiple sunbeds both indoors and outdoors etc

There's a bar that was closed during our stay due to technical reasons. The spa, pool facility is very good

This is a Lovely large Conference Business centre situated in it's own grounds just adjacent to the main road, it has a Lovely large sumptuous green space that you can be at one with your thoughts

There are locked doors at entry to the rooms from reception, so you can feel safe. Rooms are comfy with large firm comfortable mattresses, trendy glass panelled en suite bathrooms, tea coffee facilities

A great no-nonsense hotel perfect for a comfortable stay. A substantial breakfast is included and the on site restaurant serves great traditional Hungarian food and drinks

Breakfast is a total let down. The toaster takes ages to toast, and one isn't enough to accomodate all of the guests. Food isn't replenished quick enough and not much options for hot food at all

The room was only made up once during our 4 night stay which seemed odd, we were left fresh towels once

Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. You can’t really ask more from the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower

Willing to let me check in at 9:00am because the room is available, which I really appreciate. Many hotels don’t let that even though they are not full. The room itself is a bit old, but it is very clean
