This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here. They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing! Amazing stay and topped off our trip

The entrance to the building and hallway is grand and welcoming. The SPA pool area is excellent and very relaxing. The rooms are nice clean, quiet and most importantly the beds are comfortable

The separate elevator entrance to the SPA is appreciated. The hotel is in a very good location with many places to eat in the area. All staff in the hotel are extremely polite and helpful

The lunch food was perfect, the service too. The gala dinner was very well organized and we all left with amazing memories. Again the menu was varied and delicious. I am very satisfied with my stay there

Very good selection for breakfast which can be taken either in the restaurant or the atrium. Located in easy walking distance of many main attractions. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception

Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening

The hotel is situated in a lovely position if you want to walk, which we did regularly. The metro is close and easy to navigate thanks to leaflets from the hotel

Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed

Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun

Breakfast was amazing every morning, often fueling us all the way to dinner each day! It was unfortunate that the "closing" time of the restaurant is listed as 11pm, but the kitchen stops cooking at 1030pm, and we were denied a table at 1020pm when all we wanted was dessert

The views from the restaurant look out over Fisherman's Bastion, and it's just like a fairy tale. Would definitely stay here again, and enjoyed the location relative to the popular tourist sights!

Penny’s (Local store) just around the corner, tram on the next street and approximately 20 min walk or so to arrive at parliament building. You can’t really ask more from the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower

I travel a lot with work and am used to some pretty sterling comfortable beds. I suffer a bad back and generally rely on hotel beds to fix it. This bed, though, exacerbated my back - is just ridiculously firm

Local sausages are typical for the region but served only like lukewarm unfortunately. Plenty of cold cut options, yogurt and cereals. Any negatives? Well the stand out negative had to be the bed

If you're here on summer, you will appreciate the air conditioning in the rooms. You can have breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00, the baked goods are fresh, the fruit is very high quality, you can drink coffee or tea

There are tickets that you can buy for the weekend, tickets for 72 hours or a whole week are also available. The rooms are clean and have a unique antique-y look, which I enjoyed very much

The location of the hotel is really great, as you can visit just about everything without having to sit through traffic in a car, because you can just walk to most places

The river-view rooms get a lot of sun. While the shady side rooms, and the common areas were quite cool, even in July, The 2 days when the temp got up around 30c, it was a bit warm. The rest of the time it was fine

Three of those have a large balcony, which is perfect for an evening drink and cigar. :) Note: As is common in traditional European hotels, these rooms are NOT air conditioned. They have copious windows and a fan
