My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel on April 2024, We had great experience the room was big with big bathroom hot water, good air conditioning. The room, bathroom and the carpet were clean

While the superior ones are very well maintained, the standard bedroom needs a little more love. Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are super cosy and nicely designed

Comfortable quiet rooms in the center of Budapest, near the river. Lots of restaurants just outside hotel's door. Safe underground parking right next to the hotel. Everyone in the family loved it

I was walking by and had an unexpected video call coming up. Although I wasn’t staying in the hotel, the staff was very accommodating and I was allowed to conduct my call in the lobby

Lovely hotel and very quick to give me a new room as the air conditioning was not working. Breakfast was great every morning and the breakfast room has a wonderful view.

Looking at the pictures of the rooms I’ll definitely check the availability when coming back to Budapest because the hotel seems great and has a perfect location!

Definitely worth booking a room there just to not have to worry about how you're getting home after your senses have been peaked all night from the amazing food

This hotel is amazingly very central. Central enough to go to the train stations and eateries were plenty. The room I had was on the 7th floor, spent 6 nights for work and stayed over weekend

Forest and Jack, so cute! Also the cafe downstairs inside the hotel is fantastic- serving delicious desserts and wonderful tea/coffee beverages! Similarly there is a delicious bakery next door with lots of great sandwiches and savoury/ sweet pastries perfect for snacks/breakfast etc

I want to point out the excellent gym the hotel has. It's not big but it's amazingly functional and will give you a nice few days worth of separate exercises. Open 24h and always clean and tidy.

Hotel places in historical center. Plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops around. The hotel looks pretty good and modern. Good mattresses, and they have a pillow menu. And they have perfect and huge towels

Fire alarm went off one night and massive wind machines sounded like an alien invasion. Some customers were terrified but the staff didn't seem to care

Request to the owner - check the air conditioner in 4. Probably due to the lack of air lock, there is an unpleasant smell from time to time

It was also affordable and the location is so nice We came pretty late to our checkout time but they were nice enough to wait for us until we arrive to check-in! 🙏 A lady would come to change garbage and clean every 2 days without extra charge

Some staff spoke little English and we had no problems with the agreement. Paid parking is available on site and we were able to park our car safely. Our room was very large, clean and spacious

We could not have been happier staying at T62!! What a lovely gem right in the middle of the city, just a walking distance away from the Parliament, Basilica, Westend Shopping Center and so many more! Hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated

Coffee is super delicious, you make your own drink (espresso, latte, cappuccino etc) with a fancy coffee maker. Beats Starbucks by a landslide!The staff working at the desk is professional and extremely helpful

The room for 2 is a little small but it also has a fridge and TV so we didn't really mind how small it is. There was also a window that was looking right in the building next to us so we didn't have any view

Shower doors aren't really good because when you shower, a lot of water goes in the rest of the bathroom. Overall the hotel is really good and I think its the best you can get for a 4 star hotel

The hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The Subway station is only 2 mins away and the Danube River is 15 mins on foot. The appartment is fully equipped and clean. As a big bonus it also has an A/C.

Great Fridge, cooker , fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer , iron , tv , Phone , separate toilet & bathroom Looks a bit like cell block H from outside. Would definitely recommend it

Nice, comfortable, clean, equipped apartments for really good price. Directly in the centre of Budapest, but still in a silent side street. All the people here are very friendly and helpful

The housekeeping cleans the apartment daily, even if you leave very late, and they leave everything super tidy. We were amazed to find out they even did the dishes. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful

As far as the staff goes, must say that the ladies were very nice and helpful, and went step further to assist me as my travel plan changed. Highly reccomended for location, staff and value!!!

Even seeing my boy being a bit older found the kimpinski fox teddy which he had name fluffy and has been his best friend! Wonderful weekend in Budapest! The Kempinski hotel is beautiful and all members of the staff are incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean with a wonderful view of the ferris wheel

I only heard it on the day I slept it but that didn't take away from my experince of the hotel. It's also centrally located and no more than 10 minutes away from almost everything worth seeing in the city centre

Amazing Location, the view from the rooms is breath taking. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. Shopping area is 7 min walking distance. Tram is just infront of the hotel

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception

Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening

The hotel is situated in a lovely position if you want to walk, which we did regularly. The metro is close and easy to navigate thanks to leaflets from the hotel

When the taxi dropped us off, I did have a panic from the outside appearance. However, pushing through the door was into luxury. Beautiful hotel with its own history and greeted by wonderful staff

Everything was excellent—the service, the atmosphere, and even the fun detail of a Batman figure in each picture! I especially loved discovering the Hungarian egg noodles with truffle, and the pistachio Paris-Brest was outstanding

The girl on the front desk (sadly we didn’t get her name) was friendly yet really professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best we’ve had in Budapest (and we’ve ate at a good 8+ places at this point)

The only thing I would appreciate would be more toiletries, there’s only shampoo and shower gel. Some conditioner, body lotion and cotton pads and swabs would be nice in a hotel of this category

This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here. They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing! Amazing stay and topped off our trip

I stayed 10 days and I clearly didn't need my sheets changed every 2 days but I would have welcomed my sinks and my bathroom to be more thoroughly cleaned as this was the thing I used most as I worked from the hotel

The staff were attentive and flawless in every regard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was extremely quiet. Contrary to a review I read, the privacy in the bathroom was not an issue

The rooms are nice, A/C is working all the time (we were in July), the beds are very confortable. They change our sheets every 2 days

Whatever the price or star grading of a hotel there is no excuse for mould in the shower, a shower head that falls to the ground (had to hold it by hand) and spider webs on upper walls that have not been cleaned for months

it is a very good hotel with perfect location for this price. rooms are clean, food is ok and they have really good service.

Basic accomodation. Some old furniture. Paint on some walls and ceilings was peeling off. Shower cabin had some moldy silicon. Except these facts, the location and the value is good.

The location is great! If you came by car, the parking is at the basement and you will have direct acces with the elevator to reception desk
