The sunbeds are in terrible condition, and towels are not provided at the pool entrance—you have to bring small towels from your room. It feels more like a public pool than a hotel complex

Room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Continental breakfast offerings fit for royalty. A tad far from Budapest center, but this allows for a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We made a reservation for a room with a double bed and a balcony. Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a balcony. But as it turned out, there were no rooms with double beds and a balcony

This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here. They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing! Amazing stay and topped off our trip

Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening

The hotel is situated in a lovely position if you want to walk, which we did regularly. The metro is close and easy to navigate thanks to leaflets from the hotel

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill

Breakfast was amazing every morning, often fueling us all the way to dinner each day! It was unfortunate that the "closing" time of the restaurant is listed as 11pm, but the kitchen stops cooking at 1030pm, and we were denied a table at 1020pm when all we wanted was dessert

The views from the restaurant look out over Fisherman's Bastion, and it's just like a fairy tale. Would definitely stay here again, and enjoyed the location relative to the popular tourist sights!

The room size is quite large, but the bed is a coffee table, two armchairs, a dressing table, closet with kitchenette, a safety Deposit box. There should be a pool, but with my busy work schedule to the pool never came

The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. The pool is small with a thick layer of scum around the waterline. Lounge chairs and towels were scarce

Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed

We stayed 2 nights during our East Europe tour 3 weeks ago. The rooms quite spacious, quiet and clean. There’s Tesco extra nearby. Breakfast was good 👍🏻 location a bit far from city center

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

Friendly service, good food, nice drinks. Infrstucture is perfect but it doesn't quite resemble the 'Római' feeling. But certqinly a great alternative if you're looking for something different ashore the Danube.

During winter, the outdoor pools and a large restaurant are closed. When you open at 6 am little people, 7:30 am - in thermal for 4 people, swimming in 15 people

The river-view rooms get a lot of sun. While the shady side rooms, and the common areas were quite cool, even in July, The 2 days when the temp got up around 30c, it was a bit warm. The rest of the time it was fine

Three of those have a large balcony, which is perfect for an evening drink and cigar. :) Note: As is common in traditional European hotels, these rooms are NOT air conditioned. They have copious windows and a fan

Hotel is fine for the facilities and location and overall courtesy etc. What was a disappointment was that they didn't replenish water in the room after the first one and one had to buy water

Perfect location, friendly staff and all you need. I only stayed for a short time, but the rooms are equipped for longer staying guests, which made my stay very relaxed

The room has everything you might need in everyday life, at the reception there is a free coffee machine with cocoa tea and different types of coffee

We also had an exercise machine in the living room. The bathroom had marble floors, great water pressure, and both a tub and shower stall
