The sunbeds are in terrible condition, and towels are not provided at the pool entrance—you have to bring small towels from your room. It feels more like a public pool than a hotel complex
Very beautiful and good establishment. There are many slides for different tastes and age-old categories. Nice restaurant where you can have a delicious meal
Great family friendly hotel. Great value for money. We stayed 5 days and it was relaxing for grown ups and exciting for kids. We will definitely return.
It’s evident that this hotel was once grandiose, but time has taken its toll. The large complex with pools is impressive in size, but there are more outside visitors than hotel guests, which gives the place a cheap feel
Hotel had a cean room, big windows, bathroom with a big shower and free WiFi
Breakfast was somewhat better. A positive note goes to the area with table tennis, billiards, and Xbox, but even here, many things are broken or not functioning. The rooms are decent but also show signs of aging

Budapest. Danube. Ship. River windows. I'd like to come back. A couple of days, like a couple of seconds. Beautiful city. Night illumination is something. Hotel for different incomes. The breakfast was good.
Lovely boat hotel with a beautiful sight over Danube river. Rooms are clean, staff is polite & breakfast is absolutely delicious & nourishing! Would gladly return, hopefully they'll replace the old CRT TVs! 👌
Room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Continental breakfast offerings fit for royalty. A tad far from Budapest center, but this allows for a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This is the best possible place u could stay on Danube......Fantastic breakfast spread and Good People at the reception.....
Everything good, food and facility perfect! Nice and friendly staff
I like the idea of the hotel on the boat, really impressive. I did not like the distance from the center but even more the behavior of some staff members who was at odds with the courtesy of some others

- Hotel’s boss is very kind. - Have a bus stop front door - If you want to go city center? use bus and metro. - Very good breakfast - If you need to use taxi? Request to boss. she is call to honest taxi for you.
Rooms are clean, quiet and convenient, breakfast fresh with a choice of cold and hot dishes and cornflakes. 5 stars for very nice and helpful English speaking staff
The beds were extra cozy, offering the best night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. We truly felt at home and would gladly return!
Far from main attractions but close to walking green areas and AquaWorld - for a short trip with small kids it's enough
Amazing value for money! Hotel Karin in Budapest exceeded our expectations—clean, comfortable, and with excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious

It gives an instant feeling of luxury with an impressive, palace like building, marble bathrooms, bathrobes, a wonderful pool with a art nouveau style ceiling (floating on the pool was wonderfully meditative), good restaurants, and, maybe the most important, kindness and attention to detail
A Truly Exceptional Stay at Corinthia Budapest Our experience at the Corinthia Budapest was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome
The service was timely, kind, and full of thoughtful gestures especially since we were celebrating my birthday. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making our stay feel truly special
The hotel itself is stunning and immaculately clean. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, and yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat
The Executive Lounge was also a great place to relax and recharge with wine and snacks available, it was the perfect pause before heading back out to discover Budapest
It was clean, relaxing and the staff at the spa were 10/10. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, a good selection of food and beverages. I would highly recommend staying here or experiencing the Royal Spa

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception
Arrived at Budapest. Got checked-in to the hotel. Fine weather and nice views😍😍 Early dinner on Spoon, a boat restaurant just right down the hotel. Bonus: night views of Buda from Pest
When the taxi dropped us off, I did have a panic from the outside appearance. However, pushing through the door was into luxury. Beautiful hotel with its own history and greeted by wonderful staff
Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.
We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine
Hotel was very nice including the room. Front desk service was very attentive. Convenient location adjacent to the Danube River and all the major sites

Room was upgraded from twin to double room executive for free due to overbooking - can't complain! Vegan food provided upon request - amazing rice and veggie tofu stir fry for dinner and lovely salad for lunch which included a true surprise of few little vegan petite cakes - happy lucky me! Bedroom was clean, bedding smelled fresh and all overall was great
Very nice place. Nothing to complain. Would go here again.
Staff were very friendly and service was very professional. So glad I stayed here with my friends and was lovely coming back after a long day of sightseeing. Booked a relaxing massage which was also professional.
When i travel to Budapest my default place to stay is the Hilton Budapest City hotel. It is conveniently located, being a 20 minute walk to the Danube River with another 10 minute walk to Buda Castle
The hotel is linked to the shopping center and there you have a big food court in the basement to the left when you come from the hotel. Parking in the guarded garage is OK priced

We stayed here on our honeymoon on a tour. Amazing service! Great food and wine! Great location! Highly recommend. Rooms are cozy, very comfortable, food is regional and fantastic and the breakfast is great!
I really liked the service. The staff was always helpful and nice. The room was also good and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for me and I had great breakfast.
Superb stay… comfortable beds (which is most important to me) swimming pool wasn’t available … perfect location for tourist
Great hotel for a holiday ana business. Great location and very comfortable rooms. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Staff in all hotel areas was very nice and helpful
This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here. They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing! Amazing stay and topped off our trip

The most beautiful property of Marriott I've ever stayed. Right on the banks of river Danube, picturesque view of the Buda castle from almost all the rooms. If you have access to the executive lounge, it's even better.
Amazing Location, the view from the rooms is breath taking. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. Shopping area is 7 min walking distance. Tram is just infront of the hotel
Great hotel with fantastic service. Breakfast definitely 5 stars. Hotel could definitely be upgraded with an inside pool and renovations to the out dated hotel exterior. A bathtub would also be great!
Great place to stay in Budapest. Hotel is in a great location right on the Danube and offers spectacular views of the city. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean
Everything is great - location, views, beds/rooms, lobby and outdoor seating areas, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever been to! It’s massive

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill
Breakfast is amazing, a pool and sauna very nice, staff is absolutely great and everything works as a charm
Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great
I would like to highlight Jenny's work which was beyond our expectations. When she overheard that we celebrated my father's birthday she made a small surprise for him putting a candle into his dessert
An exceptional hotel in an even more exceptional location. We got a room with a river view on the top floor. The view was absolutely incredible. The space was fantastic and served all of our needs
Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun

The hotel locates at a very excellent location. Many main attraction points around it. The restaurant for breakfast buffet has a very good view. ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice
I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK. Everything of the hotel is good
Wonderful stay at Hilton Budapest. We arrived early before check in time but the hotel let us check in early and we had one of the most great view Danube river king room -618
This make our Budapest trip unforgettable with this spectacular views of Fisherman’s Bastion. I attached here the pictures of our room here. Hope everyone that choose Hilton Budapest not regret
Location is walkable to Fishermen Bastion, ideal for those who wants to go early to take photos without the crowd. Size of room is decent with space to open 2 luggages (29" and 30")
I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest. I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again

Great hotel for the price-quality ratio. Lovely breakfasts. Juices, fruit, excellent coffee and pastries. Omelettes porridge yoghurt dried fruits.good sausages cheeses. Great pool and sauna.
European-understated but quality atmosphere and service. There is a second pool on the lower floor. The view from the window at a Park. In General, going without problems. It is possible to go.
Hour reception, English-speaking staff. To public transport (metro Móricz Zsigmond körtér, bus) 7 min walk. The hotel has a small restaurant where tasty and inexpensive to eat
The buffet breakfast was good, there was a lot of fresh fruit and choice of other savoury things. The swimming pool and sauna were great

The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. The pool is small with a thick layer of scum around the waterline. Lounge chairs and towels were scarce
Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible
The manager went out of her way to please, even recommending her favorite desserts. Our waiter, Peter, was attentive and charming. We recommend both the hotel and the restaurant
Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good
Janos who was the most helpful person and so willing to help and gave us the best recommendations, including best running route!!! I arrived at 7am and was able to change and go for a run before my room was ready as early as 11am!! Thank you for that!!!! Back to the negative: My room didn’t have a bath (my friend’s on the same floor did 🥲) and the furniture was old and kind of sad

We stayed at the Mystery hotel for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Was our 25th Wedding celebration and this hotel couldn't be more perfect for our special occasion
The location of the hotel is a bit away from the city centre, but to be honest didn't bothered us at all, we walked everywhere, it was a great way of seeing the beautiful city of Budapest and at the end of the day , you can use the fantastic Spa facilities to relax and unwind
Totally recommend the Spa treatments, we had a couples massage on our last night and that was the cherry on top to end our beautiful stay
Rooftop bar was really nice and we finished each evening there for a nightcap. Spa amenities and massage services were all top notch as well. When we come back to Budapest, we will not even consider a different hotel

We had an amazing time staying at Queen’s Court Hotel & Residence this weekend! Very beautiful hotel with a great spa and spacious rooms. The rooms were cleaned every day, the beds are quite comfortable. Amazing location with great restourants nearby

There’s a really nice park a minute away from the hotel, a variety of restaurants and nice gelato ! Would really recommend and can’t wait to go again! I will say this…photos on website made some rooms look smaller then they actually were but over all really nice feel to the hotel and neighbourhood
The room itself was spacious and clean, with housekeeping providing fresh towels and a new water bottle daily - a thoughtful touch we appreciated
The three of us stayed for three days during winter solstice time and were very satisfied with beautiful hotel and the friendly staff. A great advantage is the garage as well as a good location
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste

It would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in to be fridge and after 3 nights I had to ask for clean towels but other than that, a pleasant stay
During winter, the outdoor pools and a large restaurant are closed. When you open at 6 am little people, 7:30 am - in thermal for 4 people, swimming in 15 people
The river-view rooms get a lot of sun. While the shady side rooms, and the common areas were quite cool, even in July, The 2 days when the temp got up around 30c, it was a bit warm. The rest of the time it was fine
Three of those have a large balcony, which is perfect for an evening drink and cigar. :) Note: As is common in traditional European hotels, these rooms are NOT air conditioned. They have copious windows and a fan
Ole allegiance. Wonderful staff. 2 nice cafe/restaurant. Stayed 2015. Views of Duna river. Lot's of places to walk to. On a bus line, and staff will call for a cab, they speak English! Wonderful
Would give 5 stars but with a caveat. We had a room with a balcony and views of the Danube. The room is large with beautiful antique furniture. The room has a Minibar but no kettle

I have booked for 3 nights, location is very good, safe and accessible over night. Parking is available with hotel. Staff is good, service is good. Hotel is big and good lighting. Accessibility for disabled person too
The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. The staff is truly outstanding: extremely helpful, attentive, and quick to assist with anything needed
Shower water pressure was very low and the shower leaked water into the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. Fruit juice was watered down but that’s the only complaint
The water didn't work well, and they couldn't fix the heat seating for the shower. The staff were great, and the breakfast was a really nice continental option
The hotel has a small sauna facility — although not large, I had it all to myself during the stay, which made it perfect. The room wasn’t luxury-style, but it was clean, comfortable, and cozy
Their kindness and professionalism make a real difference and elevate the whole experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and welcoming, just like the beautiful city of Budapest itself

When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room. Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Unfriendly staff except the lady from the welness area
It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people
Another issue we had was that the hotel does not give you a heads up about the fact that during the week in summer every day a mob (around 100) of kids (not hotel guests!) will enter the outside garden and pool area by 9 am and won’t leave until 4pm
Outside there are plenty of playgrounds on an enclosed area which is amazing if you travel with kids. Also the pool had a good size and a little plattform for kids who can’t swim yet
They are extremely loud therefore there is no chance to relax. They will barricade the pool in a way that hotel guests won’t have a chance to take a swim
We travelled as a family of 4 (mother, grandmother, 2 kids) and booked the suite with balcony. The room interior and bathroom was lovely and the balcony really spacious. It had a beautiful view on the garden

The Ritz Carlton Budapest is truly one of the most exquisite hotels I have ever stayed at. Location was amazing, rooms were spectacular and the service was 10/10. I recommend staying on the club floor
The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of most important tourists spots. The staff are supper friendly and supportive. Not to forget mentioning how clean the hotel is. It was such a nice and pleasant experience
I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well
I would like to call out both Tamas and Alexander for going out of they way to make each morning’s breakfast such a great experience; Alexander made us custom smoothies each morning and wasn’t satisfied until they were a thing of perfection
The lounge has the best service I have maybe ever experienced. The staff is kind and makes you feel right at home. They all had our orders memorized by day two

Very good, I will travel with my friends again next time, the feeling and location of this hotel are very good. I want to stay here again at this time next year. This time I am here to attend a friend's wedding
If you have a lot of luggage, climbing the stairs will be tiring. People with old age and bad legs and feet need to consider this. I was very satisfied with everything else and will book a room again next time
But the most precious thing is the staff - professionals, who are really empathetic and always open to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Whenever we come to the Budapest, we will stay here
The only drawback was that the hotel was located in an area with undulating terrain, so you have to go through a long flight of stairs on the way from the bus station to the hotel

What's more terrible is that for the same price, you can get a good location through ***********. This time, two different rooms, with the same price, were booked through different companies, and the result was like this
We only stopped by for cocktails, but so nice we did it twice over a three day stay. Our second favourite hotel in Budapest if we were to come back. Great central location.
The rooms booked by Ctrip are always in the worst locations, and the hotel will not change this status even if there are many vacancies
The Christmas Eve dinner was a culinary delight, with each dish perfectly crafted. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and warm, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable evening
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the seamless check-in to the personalized touches in our room
