Tourist bases with cottages in Hungary

It was my 1st time to visit Club Tihany Bungalows. Location is really good, staff is nice, breakfast is tasty. The only thing I am not happy with that the bungalow did not seem perfectly cleaned which is really important specially during the covid. Also cobwebs must be removed. Anyway I am giving 5 * will be going back deffo

It is a good place for families. Good conditions of living. Air conditioning in every room, cleaning services on high level and cooking services as well-they were very helpful.

The hotel location is great, the garden is very, spacious, it has an own beach with sunbeds. There are kid club, playground, football, basketball court and outside kid's pool with slide. I been here many many and more times. Whatever is a good old hotel 🏩 with a best beach of the northern Bank of the Balaton. Good Service! Fine food.

Really nice place for a holiday or even a day trip. The camping is right next to lake Sástó, where there is a path around the lake (suitable for buggies). There is loads of ducks, little islands in the lake to explore and a lookout tower in the woods. There is a restaruant and a café in the camping complex. There is no ATM machine around but most places take cards.

We spent holiday 23dec to 26dec 18. Nice resting, kind employers, but the roof made from metal so if you have upstairs room and its raining, you wont sleep. Doors are under upgrading to electronics, wich is a perfect feature, but at this time its not available on upstairs. The salt cave is usefull, you can have relax, and healthy. I've been visiting this place for 30 years now. Loving the atmosphere, taking excursions around the hills and like the services the Camping offers. Yet, one note: since the renewal of the camping, prices went too high for me, I preferred to travel there with backpacks, stay in a tent and pay less.

I wanted somewhere quiet away from everything and this proved to be most acceptable. As I was late booking they very kindly made up a room for me and also as I was leaving early was very touched to be given some sandwiches to eat along the way. It’s a special place which I will remember for a while to come. Thank you.

Bit expensive but good place to go if you want to swim in a lake at hot summer days. Communal toilet was disappointing to be honest, otherwise its a pretty place to be.

A beautiful place right next to gyor. Cozy rooms and a lovely staff. No wifi signal in the room unfortunately but other than that the place is amazing!

We were on a wedding here. Very good service, nice staff, delicious and a lot of food, nice wooden houses. It was a bit cold when we were there, so we couldn’t enjoy the lake, but in the summertime we definitely would.

Achilles park in Gyor is one of the nice place to spend summer or to visit . Place is beautifully natural and inside they have lake there you can swim and boat. They have spa as well. Small wooden houses are very beautiful and nice to stay. I really liked the place.

A remote event venue / bungalow hotel near Győr with a lake. Nice staff, quiet, romantic location, a little simple and rustic.

Great for two-days city escape. Nice tradition, when baker leaves fresh bread at your doors at early morning. The only thing was that there were no coverage at the top of the staircase - seen very dangerous for families with small kids. And be aware - a bell from the nearby church will wake you up at 5am :)

During our time here, we had a wonderful time travel. We can live in an authentic cottage that is more than 100 years old. Entering the kitchen, we were always greeted by pleasant warmth, the built-in stove made us forget that there is actually central heating in the house. It was an island of peace and relaxation. We'll be back one day, in another season!

I stayed here on my long distance hike through Hungary. It was a nice opportunity to spend a night in the middle of the UNESCO world heritage village of Hollókö. My house had quaint original furniture but modern sanitation facilities. A restaurant was nearby. The castle is also not far, as well as the many little museums of the village. The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Hotel is new and beautiful. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho. Food is tasty and the selection is big enough. Rooms aren't huge but will do and everything is clean. Staff was nice and mostly spoke english. I almost forgot...

Věry nice new renovated hotel, the staff is doong their best, maybe only bit slow in restaurant - during dinner we had to wait to get wine list. The sauna world is great, there is an offer of sauna ceremonials, 1 open jacuzzi, 2 warm pools. We enjoyed our stay for 100% and hope to return again this time with kids

Great size, epic taste for all food! We were there with 4 people, 2 men and 2 women, the dishes were perfect for all of us. Prices are very fit, not too much! Tried some local dish Zala dödöle, which are potatoes dumplings seasoned with fried diced bacon and onion and sour cream. It's a strong energetic dish which was eaten by peasants, so nothing fancy. It tasted great and authentic. Tap beer and coffee all at a fair price.

What an amazing place. Highly recommend! This town in general is inspiring and historical. The hotel specifically is just breathtaking; from the details of the furniture to the crispy fresh croissant in breakfast, or Hugo the cute dog that is resting peacefully in the yard. Exactly what you would expect, the staff were open to solve our difficulties regarding booking on the spot.

Stayed here in Summer 2019 and it was glorious. The mini houses were fun and well air-conditioned. 10 minute walk from the beach. Tennis courts which were good for my husband and kids to practise on. The only problem was the owner accused my children first about a leak in the paddling pool instead of the young girls near by, when my boys were completely innocent. Kids want to come back.

Ok room with some problems such as broken shower door and bad WiFi, okay breakfast, the waiter doesn’t know English, too much shower gel and now shampoo.

We were very happy with this place. Comfortable room with a big clean bathroom next to it. The kitchen had what we needed and the couch area was a great place to relax after a day on the mountains. Would definitely stay again.

Dear, flexible accommodation provider, the price-value accommodation is perfect, the sights are within walking distance. It’s worth noting that there are no shops nearby and the restaurants ’kitchens close quite early, but that too can be easily eliminated.

Clean and cozy place with everything you need. The only con is no wifi in the bedroom, only shared living room. The bathroom is not directly connected to the bedroom. Otherwise expect a polite host, discretion and an accommodation 3mins walk from Lillafured palace.

Cleanliness, extremely kind, very attentive hosts! Dinner was wonderful! Divine flavors, crumbly meats, great crab, boletus soup is heavenly! We also got a tasting of our own sour zucchini and squash - amazingly delicious !!! (I'll make it next year too :)) We ate the dearest accommodation providers and the most delicious dinner here! Amazing for the price! Very cozy and comfortable and had all the utilities we needed for our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location awesome. The guesthouse doesn't have big signs outside so you need to spot their name on the buzzer.

The new owners have completely renovated this fabulously located guesthouse, so we can now enjoy the beautiful world of Mátra in a comfortable, modern, yet authentic environment. The facilities of Parádfürdő are a few minutes away, and the landscape pampers you right in the room. Squirrels play in the garden in the morning! 😊

For me personally is best place to stay in Debrecen. Very very clean Rooms. People are very very nice.And always like this. I was there at least 4 Years and i was always satisfied .Value for this Money is great ! Even better , you fell like Home . City Centre is near by. Perfect !

Everything was perfect. Free parking and the room was just above the spa. You can freely enter and exit the swimming pool at any time. Very convenient. With breakfast, this is an excellent place in southern Hungary to swim and soak in black water hot springs.

Good choice if you want simple, clean accomodation. Directly connected with Morahalom SPA center. Small hotel, a bit old fashioned, but confortable with good breakfast.

Nice place, in the same building as the thermal complex so you don't have to go outside. Rooms are basic but you have all that you may need, and the food is standard. We got a free crib for the baby. I would recommend staying here for a night or more.

It's a cosy place with nice apartments. They offer special rooms for different constellations which is great. The huge balcony around the house and the terasse are big advantages. It's very close to the beach and the promenade. The stuff was always kind and helpful.

The best accommodation in Balatonfüred. For years we only have a concept with them. The street is quiet in a very good place, the Tagore promenade and the shore of Lake Balaton are close. The rooms are absolutely fine, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is also kind, attentive, I can only recommend it to everyone.
