It is the perfect place for an pvernight stay along your travels via Western Hungary. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The heating requires to be looked at. It has been cold in room.

Great size, epic taste for all food! We were there with 4 people, 2 men and 2 women, the dishes were perfect for all of us. Prices are very fit, not too much! Tried some local dish Zala dödöle, which are potatoes dumplings seasoned with fried diced bacon and onion and sour cream. It's a strong energetic dish which was eaten by peasants, so nothing fancy. It tasted great and authentic. Tap beer and coffee all at a fair price.

Stayed at Alenso guesthouse for 2 weeks and had a amazing time. Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great location, and the staff was very helpful with everything i needed. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect to relax. I will be staying there again in December...... Highly recommended to all.

We spent an amazing three days here. I can only recommend Lorelei to anyone who likes this and loves peace of mind! Breakfast is very tasty and varied, and Gábor is very attentive and kind. I stayed at Omega Guest House for 5 nights, paying €180 in total — definitely a very economical choice. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and this place was exactly that. Cheap private room in an amazing location. Next door to the subway and bus station. Lots of restaurants in a bustling area especially at night. Has everything you need. Also lots of secure doors and locks. Staff were extremely nice as well. However I got a little bit of attitude from the guy for dropping off my key in the drop off box instead of front desk. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, noise from the hallway was constantly audible, and an outdoor light that seemed to be motion-activated kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.

I really liked the hotel. The hosts are nice. It's located in the center, and there's a beautiful courtyard. It's quiet and pleasant.

The location is good it is right next to the metro and it doesn't take long to walk into the main parts of the Jewish quarter. They were great in waiting in reception for my arrival late at night. The cleanliness isn't great, they will change the towels if you want them too but the room was not cleaned other than the bed been made. There were some dead bugs in the room for days without being cleaned...

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Kisfaludi-Strand sind wir jeden Tag gefahren, da wir Badesachen, Kühlbox und Wasserspielzeug nicht tragen wollten. Ansonsten ist es auch mit Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre) alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sind jeden Abend an die Promenade gelaufen und morgens zum Bäcker und es war vollkommen problemfrei. The rooms are nice and the small pool is nice, but there is no kitchen or dining area. You can't even make a clinking coffee. The common dining room was closed due to covid. It's not comfortable if the apartments don't have at least a kitchenette. For those who do not need this, the place is 5 stars in terms of value for money.

Much better than our expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. They even provided a bed for our little daughter 🥰 There is also a fridge and TV in the room. There is a place for kids to play outside. Parking provided, also well equipped kitchen with great coffee! Very easy self checkout.

Friendly staff. Places are large enough. The pool and whirlpools are really nice. The beach of the Balaton lake is about 15 min walking from the camping, this is a payed beach but worth a visit. The toilets and showers are clean enough. However, there is no hot water to do the dishes and the showers are also not really hot.

They do not accept credit cards, so be prepared. The rooms are spacious and nice, but with no AC (they have blinds though). The shower is clean, but could do with a bit of renewal. The TV is only in Hungarian. The place overall is nice, in a quiet part of town. Good breakfast, tea, coffee, juice, bacon, eggs, ham, cheese, salami, cereals, jams, milk - only cold stuff, some hot sausages would be good...

A place you'd like to return. Very peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not far from the beach and a bit more distance to the town center and palace.

Two of us actually lucked out and got the biggest room in the entire section we were in! The double bed had a little stain and the pillows were a bit damp, but no problem! Could definitely be cleaner. The room was dusty, the water glasses in our room were greasy. But everything considered, we did sleep well and it is in a nice location. But for the level of service it should be cheaper (we paid 35 EUR pr. night).

An family business with lots of secret jems. From a very good restaurant near by, with lots of shopping areas around 300m. For children it is a big public playing ground nearby.
