Ritz Hotel in Jerusalem

Very far from Masjidul AQSA. Clean rooms. Small bathrooms. Small showers. No Istinja Pipe in the bathroom had to use a bottle. Nice dinner area. Decent wifi in rooms. TV channels were bad though.

A few blocks from the old city, this hotel is phenomenal. The rooftop terrace is a gem in the evenings. The food is fantastic. Above all else, the staff is unparalleled. The hospitality is the best I have received anywhere in the world. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff here.

The Ritz is a great hotel to stay. The customer service is amazing. The staff is very nice, courtesy, helpful and kind. The room is clean, comfortable bed and I loved sitting on my rooms balcony. The room does not have a coffee maker but everything else is good.
The location was good for us since it is in the heart of neighborhood by stores and shops, close to the Herod and Damascus gates to the Old City.
The food in the hotel was amazing. The cook Jamal was very personable and prepared awesome food and the dining room staff was the best, thanks John....
When I come back to Jerusalem this will be my place to stay and I highly recommend it.

The rooms were adequate and quiet for sleeping. The staff was friendly and generously helpful on several occasions. The rooftop patio had a beautiful view and was pleasant, cool and quiet at sunset and sunrise. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide selection of good foods, where we ate two meals a day for a week.
The luggage scale in the lobby was very handy when it came time to pack all our souvenirs for the trip home.

A nice hotel in Arabic area. It's ok to walk during the night as I was a bit concerned before visit. Walking distance to the old city. Stuff there are all very attentive and warm, they remember you since first day. Clean with good facilities. Breakfast buffet is good. Would recommended.
