Most elegant hotel I had ever stayed. Beautiful from the outside and is across from Central Station Milan. The Tours busses also are right outside the hotel, extremely convenient for pickup for a day tour.
The bathroom is amazing cleaned and elegant that I'm speechless by the beauty of the whole place.

If I could give this hotel a 10/5 on their location, I would. They are across the street from probably the nicest train station in Italy. Their shuttle is pretty good too as it drops you off at the opera house which is near the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo. The rooms are awesome with really cool lighting in the bathroom. The bathtub is also super large which is really nice. Overall, it's a super luxurious hotel with an awesome location, so you really can't go wrong here. 11/10

Beautiful hotel with great service. The hotel is location within walking distance from the central station (literally walking distance) and also has a shuttle to the city center every 40minutes. The service was spot on. Very luxurious property, the only thing is that it is an old property, so the rooms are now in need of an upgrade/refurbishment. We stayed in the Atelier suite which was beautiful.

We have stayed at many very nice hotels around the world, but this hotel was my favorite. The staff were all helpful, friendly, and attentive, and even handled my overtired 4 year old melting down in the lobby with amazing grace. Our suite was spacious, and absolutely gorgeous, and we were thoughtfully greeted with a note, several juices, and two plates of sweets. The pool was a perfect temperature (I think around 90 degrees), and we had it all to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. I will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Milan.
