San Frediano Mansion
Florence, Via Borgo San Frediano 8 50124 Firenze,Via Borgo San Frediano 🧭 Map
I go often to Florence and I always come back gladly to San Frediano Mansion. And' a magic, with its location allows you to move around comfortable in this magnificent city
The thing you need to be aware of is that this is an old building and not a modern hotel: this is old-school Italy. If you're up for that you couldn't do better
The women working here were fantastic and made great recommendations for us. Our bathroom ceiling had a mold issue. But seriously: 17th-century fresco on the ceiling of your ceiling and a view over a garden to the Arno!
The environment is welcoming and friendly, I hope to return as soon as possible. Kisses to you, Tanya and all the staff
everything is perfect, value for money, I would highly recommend this b&b
OK, five stars might be generous. Reminds me of living here 20 years ago. You get keys and are able to let yourself in and out. Our room was really big and very clean and well-kept

Florence, Borgo Pinti 7 (check-in at Borgo Pinti 5),Borgo Pinti 🧭 Map
The building has its quirks—it is over 170 years old after all—but all the amenities, shower, bathrooms, air conditioning etc. are modern, clean and worked perfectly for us. We couldn't have been happier with everything!
Cozy hotel set in a beautiful, well-maintained palazzo. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and were able to check in several hours early. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very spacious
Awesome staff, woke up late and missed breakfast but no problem I was brought cappuccino and croissant without asking. Walking distance to everything
Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Mini fridge stocked with owner made wines and chanti which were delicious
Sleep in a Palazzo, what more can you expect? +24 foot ceiling, big rooms, arts in the corridors is what is waiting for you
Wonderful place, great accommodation. We were extremely satisfied with our experience there even if it was a short one.

A place 10 minutes from the duomo of Florence, very kind and polite , clean and big rooms , breakfast good and plentiful , good quality and price, and economic
If you are looking for a low budget trip, this is a very reasonable option if you're not looking for hostels
Very decent budget place to stay.rooms are basic, but clean. The staff were helpful and nice. About 1 km from the center. There are not many shops close by, so get stuff with you!
The room was very clean and it was also cleaned every day! The host is very friendly. The only thing that was not so nice, was the smell from the bathroom. For the rest I found the place good for its price
Nice place. Good air conditioning. Friendly host. location is pretty decent for sightseeing as there are bus services available to city center and so on. Also relatively walking distance
Rooms were quite small but nice and clean. Breakfast was not included. Our room had an air conditioning unit, but using it cost 5 euro per night. 24/7 staff.

Florence, Via Guido Monaco 25 50144 Firenze,Via Guido Monaco 🧭 Map
Bed room was good. A kind of home stay, breakfast given was not great. Rooms are on second floor and no elevator. Receptionist available only for some time.
Packaged breakfast items, baked marbled cake and coffee are provided. I must admit, the entrance to the actually room corridor is a bit cumbersome and annoying to lock up, but then again you get what you pay for
This bed and bed stay is very basic. In the room you get a full sized bed, A/C, two night lamps, a small sink, and two hot plates to cook on. Shower/toilet is communally shared of which does not have a light
Aside from the no lighting in the bathroom and key issue, I would still recommend this place for a two to three night stay as it is about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the touristy spots
Very quiet neighborhood and very close to Prato neighborhood that has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. Very clean room with nice mattress. It is on the second floor, no elevator though
A croissant and a couple of crackers with marmalade, plus coffee that you make it yourself in a coffee table out of your room. The hostess was very kind and friendly

This B&B is pretty much in the heart of the city, and is a quick 15min walk from the train station (Santa Novella) and two blocks from the Catthedral The rooms are average in size and very quite and very clean
I can't go back to this beautiful place...! The soggiorno la Pergola brings you back to live in the Florentine renaissance...! Fabulous place!! Massimo was charming and super helpful!! THANKS TO THE NEXT!!!⚜
Atmospheres of other times in the heart of romantic Florence. Between antique furniture, statues and historical posters of the famous teatro della Pergola, you seem to relive the sensations now lost
A special mention to the extremely friendly service at the reception
Thanks to careful management of the Maximum you feel at home
Nice, clean, big room and caring owner

Florence, Via della scala 12 50123 Firenze,Via della scala 🧭 Map
I heartily recommend to everyone, great location, affordable and the maximum value of the lady at the front desk (Natalia) is infinitely helpful. :-)
(15th Century building!) The woman who was on the desk, Nadia, was amazing! We were made to instantly feel at home. She was genuinely caring and interested and made you feel that she was only there for you
(Hi Nadia, from Bob n' Robin in Canada!) The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. It had a small desk and chair plus sometimes weak wi-fi (much improved in the lobby) but it was all we needed
This hotel is only reachable via quite a few stair cases so consider if you can carry your luggage from the street. Room was clean and well kept with a decent breakfast in the morning
We really lucked out when we found the Hotel Elite. It was exactly what we wanted. Affordable, close to everything that was of interest to us in Florence and historical to boot
It was a very short walk to and from the train/bus station which was a bonus and an easy walk to Uffici Gallery, Duomo, Ponte Veccio and all the magic that the city offers

Villa Le Rondini
Florence, Via Bolognese Vecchia 224 50139 Firenze,Via Bolognese Vecchia 🧭 Map
Adoravle, quiet place with an incredible view over all of Florence including the Duomo. We skipped our next destination and extended our stay up at Rondini because we loved it so much
Beautiful place, great service and a super chill pool with kiosk. Couldn't have asked for anything else!
the hotel have an old fashion look wich i think is pretty cool. The pool area is big but could be better since most og the sunbeds lies on a small hilside with dirt as ground
The restaurant is very expensive and you don't get much for the money, but a 10min drive could take you to the restaurant called Zocchi wich is great and cheap. The breakfirst was ok but nothing more than that
and even though the hotel say it is free, you have to pay a "toll" (4€ pr. Day) to stay at the hotel, wich covers the breakfirst and order things
but if you look past that, the pool area is great, it may have the best view over Florence, of all the hotels in Florence (see the pictures)

Firenze Suite

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is amazing and the suite itself looked like the inside of a monastery which was stunning. Our hostess was so accommodating, will definitely come again.
Blerina was amazing and accommodated our every need. She was very responsive and friendly, and was always quick to respond on WhatsApp. The hotel was centrally located and a short walk from all the major sights
100% recommended. Amazing location, rooms, service and all. Would highly recommend for families as mine enjoyed our 3 day stay to the fullest. Would come back again without a doubt.
The parking situation was a huge bonus in a country with many traffic limited zones. The room was clean and spacious
We really felt like we got a local and high-quality boutique experience in a city that is so full of tourists
Had the most wonderful experience here! Definitely recommend everyone goes!

Ostello Villa Camerata
Florence, Viale Augusto Righi 4 Florence,Viale Augusto Righi 🧭 Map
Excellent to visit Florence in the economy. The greenery that surrounds the property has been a source of relaxation unexpected as welcome. It is clear that you should be a little "sporty"
Villa is special, at least the lobby. I stayed in a room at the nearby building. It s not historical bu with a great views of the garden. Personnel is very attentive, breakfast just average among the hostels
If going to historical part it is best to leave the car and walk to the bus station, less than 10 minutes away
The entrance where the reception's at is beautiful! Rooms are simple but ok standard for a cheap price. The hole place could use a fresh upp and some renovations tho. Sheets are included but towels are rentable
The only thing to underline is that the access to the Hostel is pretty far from the main road where the bus stops, especially for old people and people with reduced mobility
I reserved two rooms for some friends of mine. They told me everything was perfect

Pensione Canada
Florence, Borgo San Lorenzo 14 🧭 Map
not good for coples, cheap but not clean. shared bathroom and toilet. be careful. hard to fins the place
To take into consideration the fact that it is on the second floor without elevator, and then, in the case of a numerous and heavy baggage, the arrival and the departure may not be very easy
Beautiful experience in the pension Canada, located in the heart of Florence, in the pedestrian area where it is easy and convenient to reach every masterpiece of the Florentine
The rooms and bathrooms are perfect, treated with a cleaning obsessive. A note of credit goes to the owner, Tina, with a bright character that puts everyone at ease
If you stay, I recommend it, don't miss the opportunity to get the useful and funny information that Tina can give you
Pro: Very clean, nice design and big rooms. The host is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, in old city centre, close to every important objective and also close to railroad station (10 - 15 min walk)

It was what I was expecting, a place to stay near the airport, comfortable, clean, and decent. The only con for us is the shower which is very small, but it works
The hotel is very close to the airport, making it ideal for air travelers. Clean, and the staff was friendly. The taxi we ordered arrived on time.
I liked the view in the balcony we could see a real neighborhood, there was soccer camp and buildings
Rooms are rather spacious Staff polite and breakfast satisfactory The only negative is the bidet which is attached to the shower and then a little uncomfortable but you can bear easily Clean rooms, serene environment Bus stop within walking distance to reach the center of florence
Pros:The reception was friendly and helpful. working AC, nice mountain view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: Location is good for airport travel but a bit far from city center
Transportation service is not good to this location from center. only one bus but not frequent in the weekend. The bathroom was not good enough especially the shower

Basic room, ideal if you're not planning on spending too much time in it. Shared bathroom and showers. Great location for budget restaurants, and about 10 mins walk from the major sites.
It was a last-minute change in plan to stay in Florence instead of Rome for the new year. We were lucky to find this hotel near Santa Maria Novella train station for less than what the other hotels were asking for
An important point to note that the hotel is on the third floor & the building does not have an elevator. You will have to carry your bags up on your own
Our room is one of the rooms that have a private bathroom. The room tends to get chilly at night despite having the heater on

He was absolutely amazing, he mapped out where to and where not to eat, recommendations and assisted with booking of our wine tour and tickets - he really made out trip in Florence
We found the staff to be really friendly, especially the lady who serves breakfast, who was endlessly cheerful and helpful! With breakfast and an afternoon tea selection included as well, this hotel offers amazing value for money in a great location, and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others
Great hotel if you are staying in Florence. If you find Ricardo in the front the desk - very helpful with tour trip and food/tour suggestions. He can also help you with reservations. Rooms here and service is top class
Amazing hotel! Location is great, so close to many main attractions. We were able to go out for the morning, return to regenerate then wander out again for the afternoon/night
Rooms are very clean and large however bathroom is a little small but has everything you need. Staff are so helpful and attentive with a lovely daily breakfast. If you stay, you must find Ricardo at the front desk
What a great little hotel! A really convenient, central location puts it within walking distance of all the main attractions, as well as the Santa Maria Novella station, if arriving in Florence by train

and the elevator is slow motion type which might give you time to plan your day ahead :) ! You will have to move your luggage with elevator or stair, I disn't wait the elevator and was excited to use the stair, thanks to the woman who helped me on that
I enjoyed my stay with my family for two nights, even when we were forced to stay the second night at Vince because we missed the train, when we entered our room in the morning we forgot all our tiredness and we all smiled as we saw the table perfectly furnished by cups of juse and benuts will illegant paper saying ( enjoy your last night at florance ) This was a remarkable memory
They speak very good english which is great for english speakers and the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is served on a Cafe nearby and the food is better than most of the other hotel buffets
I can guarantee that you will forget that you are tired at the reception desk. Smiling staff members are amazing and very helpful. Perfect location is not the only advantage of this residence
check attached photos taken nearby at minutes of walking. it is clean , neat and contain good facilities. breakfast is nearby in the same Street with limited choices
Great B+B, lovely staff, great location, new and spacious rooms. Only downside is some stairs to deal with, before you enter, and a slow elevator after that.

I was a little worried when I booked it and I looked at the reviews, but when I first got there I was really surprised by how clean it is and how polite the staff is as well! There is an elevator that can take you to the 3rd floor (I had read that there wasn't one), there were no ants or bed bugs, my bedsheets had a very nice and clean scent, no sockets were hanging out of the wall and no shower head...
Of course it has it's faults one of the sockets hanging out the wall, the shower head was broken and there were ants in my blanket most likely due to air drying it outside but i didn't mind I have that problem sometimes myself at home but if I was to complain they for sure would have been happy to help
This hostel has a lot of bad reviews but to be honest it's actually pretty good! It's spotless and the man at the desk is very kind and helpful despite the lack of English we got the idea of what was being said
There was a bathroom in my room and it was very clean! Only disadvantages were that the bathroom door didn't lock and there were no towels provided, but I didn't mind because I had brought my own
The air conditioning works well, It's in a brilliant location! It's nothing special but I would stay here again. If I was to change one thing it would be lockers! They need lockers
There isn't anywhere to keep your luggage safe so you either take the chance or pay for it to be locked up. The WiFi is bad in the rooms but perfect up the front

They are in a great location, right before the bridge in pontevecchio and two minute walk from the Uffizi gallery. It is a door you have to buzz in then go to the second floor in order to check in
located in the heart of Florence just 50m from old town, rooms clean and with all the appropriate services, staff infinitely friendly and helpful with a quality-price ratio without equal ;)
Amazing hotel! I visited at the end of June and I had a great experience. The room was incredibly large and spacious, felt like it was my own studio from the space and privacy I got
The excellent location, the kindness of the owners, the comfort and the cleanliness of the rooms make it the ideal place for a stay in Florence
What's great is the service, and it's clear that it is important to them to care well for all guests. There's a coffee machine by reception
We were pleased with the spaciousness of our suite, and just would have wanted a bit more natural light streaming in through the windows

Very positive experience B&B complete: the breakfast is excellent and abundant, the rooms clean and comfortable and Richard has made the trip better in all aspects of the person of great heart, leave a room on my return, thanks!
The breakfast includes pastries, yoghurt, boiled egg, tea and coffee and fresh fruit. Also this accommodation is a little far from the main Florence railway station - but hey it's cheaper than other places
One downside is that the accommodation is up a few flights of stairs so this may be a downside for less able people. One really good upside is that breakfast is included which upped my review for them by 1 star
This B&B Guesthouse was clean and affordable. The family who ran the place aren't the most friendly but they made a guesthouse which was comfortable and a decent place to stay
When we came to check in we got everything explained, Where to go and what to see. We also got tips on where to eat and it was amazing. You can also rent a bike to explore Florence which is very convenient
This hotel is in a place where it’s quiet and not too crowded but still in a place near to the city center. We reached everything in a 15 minute walk
