It is situated in a nice area. Walking distance within 15-20 mins to all the historic attractions as well as the main train station of Firenze SMN.

Fernanda is an exceptionally kind host who had many helpful recommendations, made me coffee, and even picked me up from the airport! Overall, this was one of the best lodging experiences I've ever had and I would love to return someday!

The apartment is fully equipped to the smallest detail. The bathroom was clean and had everything you needed. Fernanda was just amazing, she met us and immidiately explained where to go and what to do around

I had a really wonderful stay at Tre Gigli. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean and in an excellent location, close to the train station and also to the center of the old city

The entire house was at our disposal, and we chose to sleep in the sun room because it was more quiet. There is a strong air conditioning in every room, including the kitchen

Excellent B&B with comfortable beds and a a very clean bathroom. Only downside is that it doesn't have AC and it's a big problem if you're traveling in the summer

Good place to stay in Florence. Frequent buses to and from the city (10 min journey). Really enjoyed my time here.

Tidy hostel, in bedroom we found fridge that was big advantage. We had litlle problem with check-in because landlady had forgotten give us pincode to door but she pick up the phone at 1 am so contact was very good

Staff very friendly and helpful, a few steps from the city centre, particularly in the furniture and also clean. You feel like you were at home. I recommend it to everyone strongly.

It is located in a good area close to Sansovino tram station. There is everything you need to stay comfortably. Good value for money.

Very close to the railway station and you are in the centre in one minute walk. The Room are cosy and have all you need, included breakfast (some tea, coffee, the Boiler for the water with the cups, biscuits and jam)

The landlady Monica is super kind and available. We arrived around 2 AM in the night and she welcomed us in a good way

The staff is very good and the hotel is clean

Structure located in a strategic position in the center of Florence, a few hundred meters from the central station, does not exceed in the quality of the furnishings, but on the other hand there are the owners who are exquisite people, cordial and understanding, always with a smile on their face customer arrangement

Double room with terrace was great, but WiFi didn't quite reach some areas. We loved the other room we had on the alley side of the building where we could fully open the windows to see all the people and shops

Great place to stay in the middle of Florence. Walk down half a block to see the Duomo! Emilly was there to greet us at the agreed upon time and gave us keys to come and go as we please

Bathroom needed some maintenance but they were very helpful. Highly recommend staying here for a Central location in Florence where everything is within 15 minutes walking

We even came back a second time after visiting Rome and she allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could explore the city. Thanks for helping us schedule a taxi, too

There are planty of food places near you get real local food around and good price. And the place is 10 mins walk from station The rive n bridge shopping is 20 min walk

Big spacious room right across from the Duomo. I don't like traditional hotels so this was perfect. The price was so good. Walking distance in the center of everything.

Where do I start? Everything was much more than I expected. I arrived and went thru self check-in without any problem. The room was spacious, very good cleaned, the view was breathtaking

Someone reviewed about no air conditioning but there is air conditioning in the room now - so another plus! Location is excellent!!

Loved our room! Unique layout, not your typical hotel room which is a strong plus in my opinion. Room was large and very clean

And then I met the owner who is nice, helpful and kind. it’s in the centrum but windows protect well from noises from outside

We stayed in Annex for 2 nights. The location is next to Medici's museum which is excellent even though the building is rather old. There are stairs before approaching the elevator

The reception is in the opposite building. One modular kitchen in the common room. Attached toilet, good location and relatively cheap price. Luggage can be kept in the main reception (opposite building)

Location is perfect! Minutes away from Santa Maria Novella train station, and close to all the tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! :)

Good alternative to the very expensive hotels in the center. 4 km from the center with a road that runs alongside the station which is not very pleasant to travel - but there is a tram

Good sized and clean rooms, basic but in fact nothing is missing. The entry code system is reasonable and effective

Newly built rooms clean however breakfast is an issue serve in room not enough for 1 person and even after asking for extra no luck.

The host was great and always happy to help, it's a great apartment and would highly recommend

Awesome stay and host! The host, Massimo was a real surprise to meet. He is such a high-tech person for his age that he even has his own chat stickers! He was very eager to help us if we had any problems

The rooms are located in a gated community, are a bit small in size but in a very well maintained condition. The location is perfect, a few mins walk from Florence train station and the city center

Cards with breakfast were written with details to where and what to eat on them. You also have the Mercato Centrale (central market) if you want fruits/vegetables or other stuff to eat

Even shared with us some walking itineraries for the city's highlights and a restaurant app - Fork which came in very handy! Air conditioning was good, and wi-fi was good

All in all, I would definitely stay at Residenza Olimpo during my next visit to Florence and would definitely recommend this B&B for a value for money stay!

Well, it should not come out as a surprise as it is mentioned in all previous reviews - Massimo is a superhost and the greatest USP of Residenza Olimpo B&B

The breakfasts may be a bit modest, but relatively cheap and close to the tram

After some shock that we are to live with the owner, it turned out to be very pleasant. A lady favorable to Poles, because her father loved Poland

Service is friendly and fast. The price in the media, interesting and good menu. Clean bathrooms and comfortable interiors.

and the whole place is just like a home with the owners being a genuine and sweet Italian couple. There is a guy who helps you get there and answers any questions you have via WhatsApp

Beautiful hostel, the stuff was nice and very helpful. Everything was clean, the location is great next to many tasty restaurants. And despite being in the city center the street where it is located is relatively quiet.

It also has a great position ,being placed next to piazza della Signoria I could easily explore the city! I highly recommend it!

Positives: location is about as central as you can get, Also the price is perfect for the budget conscious traveller. The guy who met us to show us the apartment was very friendly and helpful

Our room was quite large as it was designed for many more beds. Cleanliness was not at all overshadowed and the beds were neat. I also compliment the shower system which has been adapted to have constant hot water

As said before, breakfast was waiting for us the next day, nothing sensational but there were the right things like hot water for tea and milk and coffee for the hardy. Croissants and snacks accompanied my tea

Moreover, being located in a quiet area there are no safety problems in returning to night hours. My personal experience can therefore be considered more than positive

Having actually arrived at the convent we were immediately greeted by the receptionist, also a nun, who made all the necessary checks for us, including the Green Pass

I would like to point out that the convent is located in the heart of Florence and therefore reaching the places of aggregation and celebration is really very simple

Immediately after, he accompanied us to our lodgings but not before showing us the beauties of the convent along the way, such as bookcases and antique tables

It was a such a nice stay for us. It’s very convenient and peaceful location. Not far from city center , very quite and relaxing. There is very nice backyard to enjoy your whole day. Rooms are very clean and comfortable

We stayed there for 5 nights during our honeymoon. Elena is an amazing hostess! She's super nice and caring, gave us excellent recommendations, and makes the most wonderful breakfast
