It was a joy to stay in such a historic building. I enjoyed the ultimate luxury of being able to see the cathedral from my room.
The facilities are old but not particularly problematic. There were no problems with the amount of water or temperature in the shower. I was prepared for some problems when staying in such a historic building. I was bothered by the noise from the common areas, but I think this is a matter of guest manners. I doubt the facility can take care of guests who talk while coming in and out of their rooms at around 2am.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I really enjoyed Florence.

The location is about ten minutes' walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, which is basically the only advantage.
Reminder that B&B hotels are not chain hotels, but homestay hotels.
The room is on the top floor with limited floor height. The toilet sink and toilet are connected, and there is a continuous backflow sound after using water. The shower head needs to be repaired. It is noisy downstairs and it didn't stop until after 11 o'clock. Bugs were found on the bed. Breakfast is unpacked bread.
If there are other hotel options, I don't recommend this place.

Convenient, perfectly located, pleasant room although you can hear everything from one room to another. Decent breakfast.

The hotel is on the third floor of an old building. It should be considered a homestay. The room faces the living room, which is also the breakfast room.

The room is very retro, with a replica of the mural above the head, but it is too hard to find, and eating is not allowed in the room, which is a pity.

The terrace view is great, the breakfast is average, the front desk is not 24 hours, the location is good and you can basically walk everywhere. It is recommended to book a room upstairs. It is a B&B type hotel

The view is beautiful, it is very close to any tourist attraction, very quiet at night, the room facilities are clean, all the modern facilities are available, and the air conditioning is very cold. The breakfast is ordinary, but you can eat while watching the cathedral.

The hotel staff was very good, late check-in was well arranged; the breakfast was great, especially the view from the top floor was beautiful, the hotel is within walking distance to everything, I recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Great location with walking distance to Santa Maria Cathedral. Can see the cathedral from the terrace. The room is very big, with private kitchen and bathroom. Really nice and welcoming staff as well. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a real Palazzo. Small, 10 -12 rooms. Very stylishly decorated. But its biggest asset is the stunning view from the hotel's roof, which is used as a breakfast terrace. You can see the whole of Florence and the dome of the cathedral. Simply an unforgettable view. Of the minuses. The slightly unbalanced young man is not receptive. But we stopped paying attention to him.)) and everything became fine.
