Super convenient location, 10 mins to train station and ten minutes to Florence Cathedral. The breakfast is good. Value to stay.

Suggest to stay at the new rooms in next building, the one we stayed in quite old

We loved this hotel for its location, convenience, cleanliness and the wonderful room. The staff was well trained and helped us with all our requests. The room had great amenities and was spacious. The quality of the breakfast buffet was about average. Most of the hotels in Italy don’t focus much on making various types of eggs(boiled and scrambled) still, they have good choices and even a pancake maker machine. It was fun to prepare them. Thank you, we had a wonderful experience

Breakfast is bad

Wow, this hotel was absolutely amazing! It exceeded my expectations. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It's on a small street with Chinese restaurants on both ends. One side leads to the train station, and the other to the Medici Chapels and Basilica di San Lorenzo. It's very conveniently located near the heart of the historic city. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was warm and friendly, spoke fluent English, and even provided a map. He explained our location and all of Florence's major attractions, including how to get there and how far they were. He explained how to get to the Medici Chapels, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Basilica di Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and Piazzale Michelangelo. He even showed me the bus from Piazzale Michelangelo. He was incredibly detailed and even kindly reminded me that the gallery was closed on Monday. What a thoughtful gesture! Much better than the sullen Italians at the tourist attractions. I understood immediately. Our room wasn't in the same building as the reception desk, but in the building across from it. After checking in, a handsome, sturdy guy walked me from the reception desk to our room. He even explained how the building was newly renovated only a year ago and how new the rooms were. He walked me right into my room and showed me the amenities. I loved him! I couldn't wait to have sex with him right there in the room. The room had smart controls, a kettle on the table, and a tablet, just like in the pictures. The room was large and spacious, with a huge bathroom and a shower big enough for three. It's great that it's newly renovated; it even feels luxurious and tastefully decorated. It was incredibly comfortable. The room was so comfortable that I didn't want to explore the sights; I just wanted to stay in the cozy room and enjoy the air conditioning. Breakfast was in the building where the reception desk is. The breakfast room wasn't large, but it was cozy, with a variety of breads, pastries, ham, eggs, and sausages. The selection wasn't huge, but it was still good enough. After checking out the next day, the train station was just a few turns away, which was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, the room is also nice, very close to the Duomo, you can walk there, the hotel staff is also very friendly, there is a piano in the breakfast court to talk, very interesting

This hotel is great. The room size, hygiene and facilities are all great. No card is required, the door lights and air conditioning are automatically turned on. The front desk staff is also very friendly and can store luggage for free. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

The service is very good, it is very clean, and it is 6-7 minutes away from the station! The price/performance ratio is very high and it is worth recommending. The breakfast on the second day was also very good, and I was very satisfied overall.

The room felt brand new, as we were informed that the building has only been open to guests for about a month. The staff are incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about making sure guests have an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is also a delightful experience.

I highly recommend picking up the city guide map at the front desk. You'll quickly realize how invaluable it is, especially given the unreliable internet connection in the city.
