The villa was very peaceful with a wonderful garden! No elevators so it was very hard to carry our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Very secure.

This B&B offers spacious rooms and excellent free parking. It's ideal for self-driving: drive to the Parcheggi Spa Parcheggio Parterre parking lot and walk to the city center. The breakfast is simple, not as good as other hotels.

Hilltop Villa Hotel The setting is quiet and beautiful, with free parking. The rooms are classic and a bit dated, but full of character. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

If you have been to Florence before and don’t want to stay in the hustle of the city centre, this place is perfect. It was well located that we could see a couple of Medici Villas, close enough to get to Florence if we wanted and truly exceptional staff! The only downside was it was hard to get our car into the gate and the bath was tiny, as a larger lady it was not fit for purpose.

Wonderful place with kind people. Awesome starting point to explore Florence. Thanks to the nice team caring of beautiful Ape Rosa Relais villa, it was the best holiday in Italy for us.

Fantastic stay - home for a week and we were really happy with their service, facilities, decor. Location was fantastic - walkable to everything and just 2 minutes to duomo. Really enjoyed the great en-suite and shower pressure, daily offer of croissant and coffee at breakfast, and the professional level of their staff - always helpful and warm. Thanks again!

When arrived, we were received by a very friendly staff who could indeed recognized us once we were there. She also gave us lots of information about Florence. The hotel is located near the Dome and all tourist spots are within walking distance. Rooms are tidy.

Our stay at Be One was the best in Italy! We were warmly welcomed by Lea and asked if she could offer us anything to drink. She then sat with us and went over the highlights of the city on a map. I was a little worried when I booked it and I looked at the reviews, but when I first got there I was really surprised by how clean it is and how polite the staff is as well! There is an elevator that can take you to the 3rd floor (I had read that there wasn't one), there were no ants or bed bugs, my bedsheets had a very nice and clean scent, no sockets were hanging out of the wall and no shower head...

This hostel has a lot of bad reviews but to be honest it's actually pretty good! It's spotless and the man at the desk is very kind and helpful despite the lack of English we got the idea of what was being said. Of course it has it's faults one of the sockets hanging out the wall, the shower head was broken and there were ants in my blanket most likely due to air drying it outside but i didn't mind...

We had a very pleasant stay at Relais Firenze Stibbert, thanks to the kind and helpful staff, a room with a balcony overlooking the backyard, and its location in a lovely and safe neighborhood.

Area is quiet, and only a few minutes by tram away from the city centre. Room was very clean, spacious, airy, modern, and well designed. Mini bar prices were comparable to normal retail prices. We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at Relais Stibbert it was more than we expected for the price paid. The room was large and spotlessly cleaned every day. The bed was large and very comfortable and no outside noise to disturb us. A fabulous and very varied buffet breakfast included in the price set us up for the day. The location is very close to the city centre which is easily accessible by foot. The room was nice and clean with a big bed. The decoration of the place was spot on, and the staff/hosts were really nice and friendly. I choose to have an option of a paid parking, and the host parked the car for me and brought it in front of the hotel when I was leaving with a perfect timing.

Good location just off the tram stop which is really handy. Friendly and welcoming hosts, nice rooms with comfortable beds, good facilities and a good choice for breakfast if you add it to your room. Would recommend and stay again happily. 😀

The location is good and the room is relatively large. It's a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. The SPA is a bit of a rip-off, the hygiene is not very good, and it's a bit noisy. No new water was added the next day. You can park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, but you need to inform in advance and the waiter will park in the cooperative parking lot.

The heart of Firenze! This could not be a more perfectly central location in the heart of Firenze! The device was wonderful and breakfast was great! When you step out of the lobby, you are 2-5 minutes from absolutely everything and our room was beautiful to come to each night! We will be back!

We had an amazing time at San Firenze Suites and Spa. Our room was lovely, the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was really good, actually, and the aperitivo in the evening was really great too! This property is convenient to many parts of the city. Walked to almost everywhere. The concierge service was excellent from recommendations for dinner to arranging parking and taxi services. The suite was large and beautiful.

The location of the hotel is not particularly good. It takes more than 10 minutes by car to get to the station. However, the furnishings and decoration of the hotel are very good. It feels that there are more foreigners when staying here, but the front desk service attitude is very good.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, right on the edge of the old city and next to the river. The area has plenty of nice restaurants for lunch and dinner, in case you do not want to walk to the old city. Great location for Florence. Equally between both the train station and the Duomo. Staff is very nice. Rooms have very cold air conditioning. The beds are firm and not as comfortable as I would have liked. The breakfast was Italian style, small pastries with cheese and coffee. Overall a good place with a great location.

Everything excellent, from the welcome, the rooms are really beautiful and kept clean.. Really kind and available for every request. Situated, moreover, in a "strategic" 4 minutes to the duomo, in a maximum of 8 minutes to get to the ponte vecchio, the Uffizi gallery and palazzo pitti.

Great family hotel comfortable clean friendly staff. Superbly located 5-10 minutes walk to all attractions. The only disadvantage is lack of Elevator. But in a historic building, it is not possible

We enjoyed a private cooking class with Sylvia. It was amazing, we prepared a 3 course meal, enjoyed a local bottle of wine and she gave us the recipes so we can make them when we get home. She answered all of our questions, and gave us great information about the local area.

My partner and I couldn't have made a better choice, romantic and intimate, beautiful and good, trained and friendly staff. Access to the relaxation area with a breathtaking view, for breakfast nothing to complain about, excellent in that too.
