If you want to be woken up at 6 am and to sleep on a bed that feels like a slab of stone, then this is your hotel…. The walls are so paper thin, everything sounds like it’s coming from inside your room, and the fact that the cleaning staff is INCREDIBLY LOUD at 8 am does not help.
The bed is very, very uncomfortable (except for the pillows. Those were good) and the entire room is just incredibly outdated, with a tiny TV with only satellite channels. The lobby is quite pretty so it honestly feels like travelling back 60 years when you hop on the elevator to go to the rooms.
The bathroom is the only thing that has been somewhat renovated, but the shower is ridiculously small even for a small person like me.
Overall, not happy. Had we have to stay longer than 2 nights, we would have definitely changed hotels.
Location is good, but not worth the fact that you are running on a few hours of shitty sleep all day.

Kind people, treating guests like family members, great rooms and very close to the train station but in a safe area!

3 star hotel which was very basic in every aspect.
Pros: Private bathroom which was neat and clean. Hotel has an elevator. Reception staff available 24/7. Location is good, walking distance to the central Milan train station. Wifi available at no extra charge.
Cons: Beds incredibly uncomfortable. No laundry services or airport shuttle (despite the listing on booking.com). The rooms have air con but have been disabled for the months Sept through to May. Windows can be open, however the street noise is so loud it's impossible to sleep. And lastly, apparently this fridge counts as a mini bar - see pic!
For roughly €280 per night, I wouldn't stay here again, plenty of other options in the area.

Very nice personnel. Our room and bathroom were clean and large. Location is great few steps from the train station and metro.

very good rooms, they have all u need in it. only issue imo is that the fridge (mini bar) isnt cold enough

Really handy for the station and the Metro. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Had an early train to catch so couldn't have breakfast which is served from 7am.

Probably you won’t find a better hotel close to central station for the same price. I stayed here only for 1 night but in general liked almost everything.
Noticed only 2 minor disadvantages:
- It’s very loud during the night;

The hotel is all right. It is super clean and comfortable to spend a couple of nights. The only thing I'd mention is that the shower enclosure is a bit tight. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay there and the staff was really helpful. As others have mentioned, they ask you to leave the keys with them every time you leave the hotel. The location is superb and close to the Milano Centrale station.

The best location and service. We stayed here for two nights. The staff was helpful and kind. I recommend this place. It's a cheap price for the location and quality. You can ask to leave your luggage if you need.

Booked this hotel via booking.com but got cancelled because it apparently was an false offer and they considered they price that we paid 'too cheap'. Shame on you!
