The room does not have any kettle for boiling water, the flow of the water for the shower is bad, and if u have long hair, it will take years to complete the washing...
Pls bring your own toothbrush and cup for your dental maintenance.

I found the location absolutely amazing as I was only in Milan for a short trip and wanted to stay near Corso Buenos Aires. You can easily and quickly get to other parts of the city from this location.
The room was quite small, as it's usual with the ibis hotels but I did expect something better since it was a ibis style but the quality seemed exactly the same as a normal ibis. My room was right next to the lift and I assume that's what explained the horrible noise you could hear often (I believe it's when the lift was going down). But this made it difficult to fall asleep.
I was also expecting a much better breakfast. I've stayed in another cheaper ibis hotel in the past and the breakfast spread was a lot nicer! The variety on this one wasn't that great and even the bread was stale and hard! It was quite disappointing. If I'd known, I'd have saved that money and spent it in a nice caffè.
Staff at the front desk were not very friendly. I asked to leave my bag at the hotel after checking out and I've always been given a sort of ticket with a number to match the number on my bag so that you can only collect your bag back if you have that ticket. I was not given anything this time so that meant I left the hotel without any proof that staff had kept my bag. Obviously, it was there when I came back and they just let me find it and take it but I could have taken any other person's luggage if I wanted to as they were trusting the customers to just take their own.

The room was clean and big enough for my needs. But the shower cabin is tiny. I'm a small person, but could barely turn around. The shower head looked like it needs to be changed. Balcony is a big plus, even if the view is not great. What I didn't like was the attitude of one staff member when we asked for an additional information on pur receipt and he kept refusing it. Luckily another staff member was super helpful, organized taxis and even managed the change on our receipts. We think he was doing an amazing job. The area is quite good, with multiple shops, restaurants and public transport in short walking distance.
