STAY AWAY!!!!! Only good thing about this location is that it’s close to the train station….. staff is rude and rooms are extremely uncomfortable….. booked a room for 3 and there was no room to even walk…. We had to make a line or move out of the way for the other person can walk through. Toilet has a leak and also they had heavy construction which didn’t allow us to sleep. Save your money it’s just not worth the money.

The staff’s working so so slow and so rude with the customer, not event greeting with customer nicely. Also we’ve been booking through app, the system was quite slow and unmanageable. Unbelievable this kinda of hotel rude everything. Don’t come here if you was to enjoy your trip to Italy find better place. Not recommended here. Poor service 0⭐️

The hotel is the most terrible one during my Italy trip.

First, the receptionist’s attitude is quite rude. I didn’t ask for him to be enthusiastic or anything, but the basic reception courtesy is missing. He insisted that we should pay the city tax immediately in cash or else we were not allowed to check in. When we said we had none, he asked us to go out and get money now. In other hotels I stayed at, whether in Milano or not, I paid city tax when I checked out. I must emphasize that he was very rude when he spoke.

Secondly, he gave us a room on the ninth floor, but the elevator only goes to the eighth floor so we had to climb extra stairs. To make matters worse, the whole room smells like mold. Evidently it has not been properly ventilated for a while. The stool in the toilet was broken and I fell down when I sat on it.

Lastly, Can you believe you woke up in the morning with no electricity in your hotel room? I couldn't charge my phone and couldn't put my makeup on in the bathroom because it was so dark. The only window in the room was sealed on the outside so the sunlight couldn’t come through as well. The hotel staff suggested/implied that if we were to check out early in the morning, then there would not be any problem for him since he also admitted there was serious problem with the room regarding electricity power. After I insisted that we should get a different room before checking out, he conceded. After waiting 35 minutes for the new room to be cleaned, we finally were able to spend one hour in a room with electricity before check out.

Service and location is excellent. Many great food options around.

Room is fairly clean but sound proofing is non-existent. No difficulties in hearing what goes on in the halls, or the sounds from the streets (there is a popular bar just beside the hotel). Hearing other guests phones and vibrations as well. Also, AC does not work at all. Changed rooms twice but still same issues.

1 star for a combination of convenient location (though very noisy) and friendly staff. That is maximum it can get because they unfortunately have extremely greedy management. Look at the picture from breakfast - in past years it used to be fair, but now this is it, for the same price and they still use covid as an excuse. I do not understand how they can serve bread and no butter and reason it with covid. Plus you have never seen such tacky hotel lobby 🙉
