The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's attractions.
The rooms are comfortable and impressively clean.
The staff was extremely friendly and created a welcoming, home-like atmosphere throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. A unique and delightful feature was the daily aperitivo hour in the charming small lobby.
The complimentary soft drinks in the mini-bar were a thoughtful touch.
Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value with its central location, clean rooms, friendly service, and those extra touches that make your stay in Milan truly memorable. Highly recommended!

This hotel is situated in the central business district just 1 block from Duomo di Milano. The surrounding streets are bustling with the activity. Our room was very unique with a sitting area, separate bedroom with water closet down stairs and a full bathroom upstairs, which included a large bath tub and large rain fall shower. There's a view of an enter rooftop garden for this room; no city views in this room. This was okay for us, as our days were spent exploring the streets around the hotel and peaceful rest is what we were seeking in the evenings. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful staff.

I think this is my new go-to hotel in Milan. Although, I was only there for one night, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location, steps from Metro and Doumo, Front Desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, very comfortable bed and pillows, great shower/hot water, room was mostly quiet even facing the street.

we had an early morning before leaving, I had asked for a taxi to MXP, she suggested a driver for a few extra $, and told us to have a quick breakfast...I'm so glad we did, OMG! the breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh juice, cappuccino, they even asked if we wanted eggs, just incredible, I highly would recommend this hotel. But keep it a secret

Started the experience with this hotel with confusion over the bookings and cancellation as well as a room and cleanliness of the towel that was not very satisfactory.
Gave the team my feedback and they understood the situation and took the feedback seriously and changed our room for the next two nights. The new room was very much better and we really appreciate. One of the key things we look for in hotel rooms is the responses from the hotel service, and we think that this hotel had did an excellent job on this.
Last but not least, the breakfast spread is very good!

We had a wonderful experience here, one of the very pleasant surprises of a three week European trip. The team is so warm and welcoming and the hotel is absolutely charming. Centrally located but still quiet and unassuming. Eclectic art lines the walls and you are greeted daily by the desk staff. Delicious and comprehensive breakfasts every day. A strong recommend!

Incredible hotel.Rooms brilliant, location excellent, breakfast excellent.What makes this a 5 star review is the staff and their service.We left the hotel early (5am) to catch an early train. They served hot pastries & coffee then made up a take away breakfast pack consisting of juices, fruits, water, yogurt & ham/cheese bread rolls.

We chose this hotel due to other good reviews and it's central location to practically everthing in Milan. The Duomo metro stop and tram car stops are a very short walk, which proved to be a huge benefit when traveling around and outside the city. It's also walking distance (~15 minutes) to the Cadorna train station for when you arrive via Malpensa Express train. We found that there wasn't a huge amount of cobblestone or uneven surfaces between Cadorna and the hotel so our luggage bags made the journey just fine.

As for the hotel and staff, they were always very welcoming and made sure everything about our stay was pleasant. The hotel room was basic, but was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. We didn't face the street, but the room was quiet and comfortable. Beds may be a little on the firm side, but it didn't bother me as much as it might with others.

Breakfast alone is a reason to stay here. The fresh foods, amazing options, and exceptional service made breakfast a true 5-star experience. The staff clearly take it very seriously, and it was the absolute best way to start your day.

Just around the corner from the Duomo but it's quiet. Tasty breakfasts, free happy hour, clean room with the best shower ever: waterfall shower, rainfall, and hand held with good pressure too. Room spacious enough and quiet. Highly recommend

Excellent location very close to the Duomo. Super warm welcome and friendly service throughout our stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Television broadcasts almost all traveler languages. Breakfast was buffet style and made to order and the evening aperitif was a delightful outdoor experience. This hotel is next to my favorite grocery store, Peck....be sure to leave room in your suitcase for all the great things you want to bring home. Stay here if you want an unforgettable experience in the center of Milan. !!!
