Clean enough, old but quiet and good for sleep. Rooms is the old fashion way, door with old keys. Of course there could be better, it always can, but reading others reviews about bad conditions, I think they must be extra picky-in-life people.
As a 4 star hotel they can have 4 stars from me. I've been travelling Europe for 35 years and seen a lot. 😅
The breakfast is ordinary continetal, fresh and good. Recommended place for short stay.

Amazing location! Close to Duomo (walking distance) and all major shops. Breakfast had a good selection. The rooms are older and AC is not working, which was a major issue. Would not go back.

I had an amazing experience staying at iH Hotels Milano Ambasciatori! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and many of the city’s top shopping streets.
My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. I especially loved the view from the upper floor—you can even see the stunning Milan Cathedral from some rooms! The hotel’s rooftop bar was a personal highlight—enjoying a drink with a beautiful view of the city skyline was unforgettable.
The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes to choose from. It was a great way to start the day.
Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between location, comfort, and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan—whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Cathedral! It seems like they are currently undergoing renovations, which is great to see. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're in town for shopping or to explore the city center. IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD. Besides the location and roof top bar there is nothing good about this hotel. The air-conditioned didn't work and it was cooler on the streets of Milan, the shower was had mould and wasn't clean. When we complained to the staff they looked at us with an arrogance of "what do you want us to do about it". I asked for the manager and he wasn't available to speak to. I've been in business for a number of years and I can tell you, if I had a customer complaint about my establishment, I would be on the phone to them straight away to try and rectify the situation, but clearly these guys don't carr for customer service. From our reviews I can see I'm not the only who feels this way.

Terrible experience. The air conditioning didn’t work — our room stayed at 26°C or hotter for three nights, and staff did absolutely nothing to fix it despite repeated complaints. To make things worse, there was mould in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. The service was indifferent at best. Avoid this place — not worth the money or the discomfort.

so far its good for couple and solo traveler. location are good 3 mins walk to cathedral. its very Good location from milan. specially the price. cos usually this area is expensive but here i booked like €90 only. its friendly proce with great location. they even have a free gifts 🎁 appreciate alot.

Location is great! Pancakes at breakfast buffet was really good. I stayed at the french bedroom which was quiet and spacious with closet and the bathroom was right size for my needs. In general, this hotel needs total renovation. Carpets are very old and stinky especially the waiting area where they sent me on my first day, they are very dirty with very old sofas. The reception did not even approach me that I can already check in not until I asked, I wish I remember her name, but I do not like that reception lady, she did not care at all. Tbh, they're overcharging due to its location, property should be renovated to justify the price that is being paid.
