Would highly recommend. We stayed for just one night recently and would definitely go back.
The hotel is really centrally located, but has great soundproofing with quadruple glazed windows. We were upgraded and loved our room.
Staff were very kind and friendly and breakfast had a great range of food.
We will definitely come back!

The room for solo traveller was spacious. The location for the hotel cannot be beat. It is close to the Duomo and excellent restaurants and grocery stories nearby. Very accessible to the train station by metro as well. Also, a big thank you to Andrea for his help while i stayed in Milan. As a plus, the hotel offers coffee, water, tea and pastries in the lobby for when you need a break.
Note - the room was pricey for Grand Prix weekend.

Loved this hotel! Close to public transport but not in an insanely tourist area. Great for solo travelers; I felt very safe. Modern amenities and wonderful bathroom. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. I loved the pistachio cream served at breakfast and they had a jar I was able to take home.

Definitely an hotel i would recommend, super clean room, great breakfast, good services. Quiet street but at 5 minutes walk from any facility

Hello, i stayed 2 nights and i had a great experience. The room was new and clean and the hotel was 12 min walking distance from the Dumo which was great. Recommend to stay🌹

Convenient hotel for exploring Milan, 15 minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms small but it's a boutique hotel in the city centre and given you spend most time either out or asleep it makes no difference. Beds comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel Regina has a family-run feel to it. It is somewhat old fashioned in decor and overall experience. It is not quite quaint enough to be hip, but not quite grand enough to be, er, grand.
Clearly, smoking in the hotel is still a popular passtime, as many of the rooms had a lingering smell of tobacco. Also, they turn off the air conditioning over the winter months, so my room reached 27C before I discovered I could open a window. The pillow situation is also weak, with one ridiculously stiff one and another slightly too soft.
The breakfast found in a poorly lit basement (again with wafts of cigarettes) with good quality albeit limited selection of buffet options.
The location is good, and the price is fair, but not a destination in its own right.

It's an old hotel and needs renovations but the room and sheets were clean. The bathroom was out dated. it's good for an overnight stay. The location is great as it is just two tram stops away from Duomo.

Old fashioned charm, pristine, with wonderful personnel. ...walking distance to major historical places and eateries. The Regina still offers their guests a robe and slippers, the floor is wood, the breakfast buffet is pretty well balanced and has a variety of meats, fruits, yogurts, cereals, breads and sweets ...coffee or tea is brought to your table by a waiter or waitress.... Affordably priced hotel - with everything you could ask for and then some!
