Thanks for a great stay in Milan!
What stood out most was the staff. I fell ill during my stay, and they were incredible. Paulo at the front desk and Vavina from Guest Services went above and beyond, calling me an ambulance (even though I insisted on just a doctor) and staying with me until it arrived. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
We also held a global business meeting here, and the events team did a great job – everything ran smoothly. I’d 100% recommend this hotel for a city break or business trip, and I’ll definitely be returning!
I have had amazing experiences at other NH Collection hotels. However, this is by far the worst one we have stayed at. We requested an iron more than three times and received nothing (at 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8:20 p.m.). Maybe there isn’t one available, but no one has explained this, and I’ve now been waiting for over 40 minutes. Tried reaching out through WhatsApp since this morning but no one responded. The internet didn’t work properly on our floor. While the security guys, the staff serving breakfast and at the bar are lovely, everything else was disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!
