NH Milano Touring

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the NH Milano Touring. The staff was outstanding and helpful; you felt they truly cared about you. The location is really great. Its super quiet in and around the hotel, but you are walkable to anywhere you want to go. Great park at the end of the street too. I have to give it 4/5 stars due to the cleanliness of our room. It was quite dusty and the floors were quite dirty under / around the bed and chairs. The shower had significant mold build up as well that was quite gross. The wifi in the hotel was awful as well.

Very nice hotel compared to the typical standard in Italy. Location is a bit outside the main city centre but still just 5 min away by metro. The room was very nice but a bit small. I got a great view from my room (326).

I was here for the second time, this time I took the Premium Room at the VIP floor which was very worth it, the rooms are spacious and comfy, there is no noise from the street. Other than that I had some issues with the room reservation company and the front desk helped us beyond what we expected and we were very thankful.

My only tip for anyone coming with public transport to this hotel or any other in the area - the subway is horrible with luggage (unrelated to the hotel) no escalators/elevators - I suggest taking a taxi from the Milan Central station for a few euros.

I stayed at NH Touring for few nights and had an amazing experience. After checking in, I realized I wasn't comfortable with the room at the end of the hallway. I spoke to Francisco at the front desk, and he listened patiently to my concerns. He apologized and enthusiastically provided several room options, even taking the time to show us each one. Thanks to his patience, kindness, and dedication, we found the perfect room. A big thank you to Francisco for making our stay so enjoyable and giving our trip a fantastic start!

Breakfast is so-so.

I liked my stay here despite the distance from duomo and downtown attractions. However, you’re not that far from Barrera and other parts of the city. There is also a subway line very close by. Service was superb. Rooms were large and exceptional. I have previously stayed st Milano NH president and very much like this location (touring) a lot more in terms of service and rooms size. Will be staying here again for sure

Convenient location, not too far from the main train station, and a walking distance to the city centre. We arrived there after a 21 hrs. journey, were given a warm welcome by Ismael who was very helpful, friendly and attentive, and on top of that he upgraded our room; that combination is exactly what we needed after such a long trip, thank you so much Ismael!
I'd definitely recommend it this hotel.

If I could give more than 5 stars to the staff I would. They seriously went above and beyond to make our stay special when they found out my friend was getting married. Definitely recommend and would come back.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay a bit further away from the touristy areas, but still in easy access to the city. This hotel is only a five min walk to the metro, which is great!

The room is average size for Europe but the bed is great (so many pillows!) and the bathroom (and shower) are excellent.

However, the real selling point is the service. From the minute I walked in to when I left, I was greeted and served by helpful, friendly, and genuinely NICE people. Signor Marino at the front desk made me feel instantly welcome, and even helped me check in early to a room with a bigger bed.

One night it was POURING, so instead of getting drenched outside I decided to go to the hotel restaurant (pizza was only ok, the only downside here - but the atmosphere is chic). Enrico immediately welcomed me and guided me to a table with the comfiest couch ever - perfect for my indoor evening. Naturally I wanted wine, and Sara listened to my request criteria before expertly recommending a wine that was exactly what my palate was craving. Both of them offered helpful advice on which neighborhoods were the best, and when I (inevitably) spilled sauce on my (white) top, Enrico saw me trying (and failing) to fix it and offered me proper stain remover instead!

TL;DR - come for the loyalty points and maybe the location, stay for the welcoming, friendly service! Grazie mille!

This is a fine hotel in the very center of Milan. Service is impeccable. Facilities are well designed, and the whole place "feels" good.
The only downside is that the gym is a small room in the basement, though it's equipped with very modern technogym machines.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were only here one night, but we had a great sleep. The room was beautiful, decent amount of space to move around and unpack, and the bathroom was good too.
Mini bar items are very expensive, so be careful!
Service was wonderful. We got there early and they had our room ready so we got to check in early. There's flavoured/fruit water in the lobby, as well as apples and some sweets. Everyone is as helpful and kind. They also held our bags for us after we checked out.
Location was ok. Close to a metro station so it was easy to get around!
