NH Milano Touring

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
I have had amazing experiences at other NH Collection hotels. However, this is by far the worst one we have stayed at. We requested an iron more than three times and received nothing (at 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8:20 p.m.). Maybe there isn’t one available, but no one has explained this, and I’ve now been waiting for over 40 minutes. Tried reaching out through WhatsApp since this morning but no one responded. The internet didn’t work properly on our floor. While the security guys, the staff serving breakfast and at the bar are lovely, everything else was disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed in the hotel for nearly 2 wks in September. When I checked out, they gave me a bill and told me all is set. 2 days after I left the hotel, they charged another random amount onto my credit card without notifying me or explaining to me what charge it was. I called the hotel, a so called manager in charge, a lady called Maria said the extra amount was because they forgot to charge for something, and also very arrogantly and aggressively said to me: lady, you used the service and therefore even though we forgot, you should order to pay!!! I did not know what to say. I told her that, I was in the hotel for nearly 2 wks, if the system can not track all my service requested, I don’t think it’s my sole responsibility as a customer to “check and remind” the hotel what to charge and what not to charge. And besides, when I checked out, the team told me that they would waive some fee or charges because I checked out earlier. I was confident that they had everything under control. So forgive me for trusting this hotel. Will never return.
