The view out the balcony is phenomenal. You can watch the sunrise right over the bay. But there is no common area, and no laundry facilities. It's a great place to for a bed with a view

Staff was super helpful and nice & the wifi worked well for me (then again I was on the 6th floor). It was just a little confusing to find and the room layout was a little cramped

I HAD WRITTEN: Because it is characteristic, it has few rooms but nicely furnished and from the living room at breakfast you can admire the sea and the Gulf of Naples, also from this place you can go down to swim in the sea or leave for tourist excursions Like every year, I went back on vacation to this property again for its convenient location for all situations and I was well received

several times I was able to easily visit the historic center of Spaccanapoli, and the archaeological museum in Piaza Cavour, and the royal palaces, castles, or Capri, Ischia, Pompeii, Oplontis, Cuma, Baia, the Royal Palace of Caserta, Sorrento, on the Amalfi coast, in Salerno, in Paestum in Velia, etc

Several times I have been alone as a tourist in this beautiful structure that has a sea view over the entire Gulf of Naples and is within the reach of all means of communication for any historical environmental geographical excursion of the city and its surroundings

Breakfast is sometimes varied with organic things, cereals, croissants, sfogliatelle, extracts and centrifuged fruit and vegetables of vegetables and fruit with lemon turmeric and ginger

Kindness of the owner Corinne very professional but also friendly in an environment I would say of a family type that makes the customer seem to be at home

in this city that pampers you everywhere!

The area surrounding the hotel itself isn't the greatest but this hotel is a gem. We came to this location due to it being near the train station (just a 1 minute walk) but the location is a bit dirty

We were given a breakfast voucher for breakfast that includes one drink (cappuccino/cafe) and a choice of pastry in one of the amazing nearby cafes! The hotel is next to one of the main train stations that takes you straight to Sorento! You can also walk for 15 minutes to get to the Port! I would recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again!

Don't be put off by the location or the look of the outside. We're the only guests this week so the owner has given us the run of the place. Keys to come and go as we please. Breakfast times to suit us, etc

The room itself is clean and very pleasant with a nice view out of our window looking at Vesuvius. As well as this, the breakfast was also great, we had it at a nearby cafe that was great

If you need to go to the shop, there is a nice supermarket about 3 mins away with everything you need and also, a great pizza restaurant is also nearby if you need something for dinner

When we were ready to check out, we had baggage we wanted to store and the owner let us leave it there in the hotel. They're very accompanying in everything you need

B & B in an excellent position a few meters from the sea, close to private parking, the rooms are very large, clean, tidy and fragrant, courtesy and education are the masters not to mention that in that position the prices are very low, I've been there for work myself and the My boss! we stayed here before going on the sea (private marina with rental boats and captains are within view of the rooms. ask the hosts ;-) Everyone we met here was extremely warm and welcoming

It is a privileged location, extremely comfortable, clean with spacious modern rooms. PS - stop to enjoy the historical antique books in the lobby

Caracciolo 10 is always good and nice. That's why I'm always going there for my staying in Naples

Owner Emmanuela helped us with a crisis when our car battery died; she had a jump start device that saved the day. She then went in the car with us to the parking garage which is a close walk to the hotel

The place is good and clean. We stayed here three days and had a good time in Naples. The area is far better than the city center. If you read want to visit Naples that's a nice choice.

Nice small boutique hotel. Close to the airport, and walking distance from the port. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean, and nicely designed. I'd stay here again, if in town.

Theres a fridge and a sowing kit in the room too and a lovely balcony that lights up at night. Just a couple of minor repairs in the bathroom needed

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is good. However the room was very small and all fixtures starting to look worn and old. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and pillows very lumpy.

My wife and I stayed at Platamon B&B in Naples as part of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The B&B is located just a street behind the ocean and many nice restaurants

Our room was very nice and clean and was perfect for our honeymoon. The breakfast was also great with many options. One breakfast even included a homemade tiramisu type cake which was delicious

Very important for real coffee lovers, Anna makes the real Neapolitan coffee and offers it at breakfast. Very strategically close to castel dell'ovo on the long stretch in via Caracciolo

This was a great place to stay overnight before leaving for other areas. Kind owner and employees but not present all the time.

This year the breakfast area is on the top floor with an astonishing panorama and an always friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Location is pretty good: just by the sea

BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Castle. We had a balcony room for 3 of us and it was perfectly sized, huge bathroom, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was magical

Check in was swift and pleasant. Our room was standard , bed, shower, clean, a safe and aircon that was all we needed as we never intended to go spend time in our hotel room but to explore Napoli

Great weekend exploring the treasures of Napoli! Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent staff, specially Romina who did everything to help us organize and plan to explore Naples even in this pandemic time where most of tourist spot were close! She also help us to booked a PCR test, that is very difficult to have specially if you are a foreigner

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. My room had a balcony with an Eastern facing window over looking the water. So I was able to watch the sun rise. The room is very clean and a good size

Rex Hotel is great and especially a good bargain. It's located in probably the best area of town, at least the best we saw. It's right around the corner from a 6 star hotel and close to the water
