Hotel Martis Palace

We had an absolutely lovely 8 night stay at the Martis Palace Hotel in late September, 2024! The staff was warm, friendly, always helpful, and went overboard to help us feel welcomed. They provided great restaurant recommendations, and lots of good information about the local area. The morning coffees and breakfasts were stellar, featuring both European and American fare. And the rooms were extremely well-appointed, thankfully with great air conditioning during the hot week we were in Rome! We loved the walkability from this hotel to so many of Rome's beautiful sights and great neighborhoods. It is also close to wonderful shopping areas and local transport. We cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had, and look forward to returning the next time we're in Rome!

We loved this hotel. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and located is a great spot to get around the city. The rooms are nice and modern. We'd stay no other place than here in Rome. Only things to be aware of (at least for the room we had) make sure to bring your travel adapter since there is no USB outlets in the room and if you a traveling with someone who is not your partner the shower is in the hallway of the room and open to the common area.

Fantastic staff and great location that is walking distance to all local attractions. Room was comfortable and the public spaces were very nice and intimate. I knocked my rating down a star because our junior suite was a little below par for the price. One curtain was broken, the shower head was pulled slightly off of the wall, the shower tile was stained, and wifi was either working or not working at times. I do have to say the staff was amazing and made us feel at home. The morning breakfast was also amazing and staff even put together a breakfast for us on a travel day to the Vatican. I would stay here again, but would like to see room improvements for the money spent.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and the exceptional service provided by the staff at Martis. The rooms were beautifully updated, the rooftop had incredible views, and the hotel itself is very walkable!

They were incredibly accommodating to our needs, helped set us up with transportation during our stay, and were always ready to assist with any request or question we had. Their friendly attitude made every interaction a pleasure, and it was clear that they were dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

A standout moment was on the day of our early morning flight leaving Rome when the staff surprised us with having breakfast bags to go prepared for us. This gesture not only demonstrated their attention to detail, but was reflective of their service throughout our stay. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hotel staff for their exceptional service and hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a superb experience. We will for sure be staying at this hotel any time we are in Rome! Thank you for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and valued.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location was great, within walking distance to many popular attractions and public transportation. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, with a modern and inviting atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any questions or requests. What impressed me most was that they all spoke English fluently, making communication easy and stress-free.

The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The amenities were also top-notch, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and would encourage others to do the same. Five stars and a big thumbs up from us!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very nice and helpful especially with our children (2 year old & 4 year old) The roof top bar was beautiful and relaxing looking over the city. The hotel is centrally located. We walked to all the sites except the Vatican which the hotel helped with calling a taxi for us. We will definitely choose this place to stay again when returning to Roma.

Great hotel, wonderful staff and fantastic location for a short city trip where travel time needs to be limited. Service was so good and the quality of the refurbishment is exemplarary. Stay here when in Rome.

We thought the location and accommodations were wonderful. The breakfast was nice too. We had a family room which is two connecting rooms - that was great - and it was just a short walk to Palazzo Navona.

A great hotel, everyone is very friendly, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is very good. We'll definitely come back
