Hotel Lunetta

Great staff on arrival. Arrived earlier that check in time. But was happy to just drop our bags off and have a walk until later. Asked if we would like a coffee while sorting paperwork out. Was told they would upgrade us to a junior suite if we did not mind waiting until check in time or they could offer us a smaller room straight away. We opted for the upgrade as was happy to head out to explore.
Room was beautiful, spacious. Rooftop bar with view of the back streets. Nice breakfast.
Also a great location for all the sights on foot. Would happily go back again.

Lodged in March for four days, wishing I had not split my stays between multiple hotels and BnB’s, and had just stayed here the entire time!

The front desk staff is kind and helpful, which I did NOT exactly experience other places. Free breakfast is diverse and fresh. It is one of the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are gorgeously clean and kept as well!

I have not one bad word to say about this place.

The location is wonderful too, as it wasn’t as well advertised as a few of the other locations I stayed prior in Rome. I actually enjoyed it more though, because it was still super easy to walk anywhere within the city center, but was quieter than the average street. I loved resting on the rooftop with the gorgeous plants and comfy chairs. Much preferred now. I want to stay here again if I can!

Even after reading all the positive reviews, I cannot emphasize enough how much this hotel is exceptional!!
We were family of 5 with little kids and it felt this hotel thought on every little detail to make sure our stay is enjoyable:
Wonderful location, professional, helpful and kind stuff, beautiful luxurious rooms with big well equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds and tasty, rich breakfast with so much too choose from.
Since it is a small little gem, even when it was fully booked, it did not feel crowded at all, the opposite. After a long day of exploring Rome the hotel offers beautiful, romantic rooftop to relax and spa with everything one needs and we practically had the spa to ourselves.

If you are lucky enough to find a room, I would not hesitate!
My family is looking forward to come back again.

This was a perfect hotel for our time in Rome. A wonderful location, easy to walk most anywhere. Our room, while smaller than we expected, was clean and lovely - and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Most impressive was the wonderful service of the reception desk and others. We shipped a large suitcase from the US to the hotel ahead of our arrival, and the reception staff kindly let us know it had arrived and that it was safely stored. It was indeed waiting for us when we checked in. We recommend this hotel very highly!

Great location for walking to visit all historic sites. Restaurants galore. Their rooftop bar is a great place to relax! Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. It was a bit stuffy (temperature wise). One of our travel companions had issues with the electricity going out in their rooms. The spa was an added surprise and luxury!!! Breakfast was great and service impeccable!!!

A beautifully appointed hotel in the centre of Rome, with a fabulous roof-terrace, which would be wonderful during the summer months. There is also a fabulous spa situated in the basement .The staff were all very warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was excellent and there was a good selection of food. All areas in the hotel were well-maintained and exceptionally clean. My room was very clean and well presented. I only gave 4 stars for my room. It was a double and as I was a single-occupant I had plenty of space but if I had been staying as part of a couple it may have been a bit of a squeeze. The bathroom was very large and well-appointed. In the actual room itself there was limited wardrobe space and no-where to store my case when it was empty. However, I’m sure that the hotel would have stored my empty case for me if I had have asked. I found booking the hotel very straightforward and the communication from the reception staff before my visit was excellent and made me feel welcome before I arrived. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was a solo traveller meeting friends who were also staying at the Lunetta but I would feel confident, in the future, to stay there alone because of the warm and intimate nature created by the staff.

The staff and service at Hotel Lunetta are very good, and its location is perfect for walking to many great restaurants, shops and historic sights including the Pantheon and numerous churches. The breakfast is outstanding and the rooftop bar is cozy. Despite being in the heart of Rome, we found it quiet and relaxing. I appreciated the spa pool being included (rather than an extra fee).

Hotel Lunetta was as wonderful as previous reviews indicated. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and loved the toiletries! Breakfast was great. We even enjoyed the spa for a brief rest before our next walk around beautiful Rome. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely stay there again. The hotel staff recommended Emma's for pizza - it was wonderful! The hotel location was a short walk to Piazza Navona and about 30 min. walk to both Colosseum and Vatican.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lunetta Hotel. It was a quiet location in the heart of Rome. We booked the family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were polite, professional and helpful. The hotel booked our private transfers and even helped with further private transfer bookings later in our trip which I appreciated a lot! We will be back to stay again.

I typically do not write reviews; however, I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lunetta! My wife and I stayed for over a week and everything was wonderful. The staff, location, and room was great! The room was a little small, but that's to be expected in the heart of Rome. Highly recommend.
