This was a great location and hotel. We were completely satisfied with the service as well. The location is close to the Vatican, and a walk away from the train. There is a shuttle that brings you to the Vatican. But its schedule is sparse. Conveniently, there are dollar stores and supermarkets across the street. There is drinkable water in the laundromat and in a fountain by the front entrance. This would be a rough place to stay for those with limited mobility, even though there is a street that winds around the grounds that can serve as a way for handicap. It is steep, and the stairs are about four stories high. The amenities are sparse, but the room was clean. There's no coffee maker in the room, but there is a fantastic coffee vending machine that serves cheap, but delicious coffee. The rooms come with a clothes stand to dry your clothing. A shuttle goes to and from the airport as well that is pretty economical (Fiumicino). There is a marketplace on the grounds with good prices on food, and the restaurant on grounds is fantastic. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here.

No WiFi in rooms! Only common areas. Far from city center but easily accessed by bus and metro. I had problem with electricity. Lamps turned on and off. Also I had problems with shower, it took a few minutes for water to become hot again.

Camping is great for this price there is probably no better choice, the cottages are great after returning from the center of Rome you can sit on the veranda and drink a beer in peace. Restaurant on site. Nothing more is needed to relax, why is camping better than a hotel room because here you don't sit like a sardine in a can 👍😀🍺🍰🍨🥘🐈🐈‍⬛

What an incredibly fun concept, trailer park not far from the center of Rome with a pool. We chose a night here to be able to cool us down by a pool at 35-37 degrees. This campsite was not far from our own hotel, so we were familiar with the area. It is a very well maintained hotel/camping. Great, but simple rooms with what you need. We chose the cheapest room, it is possible that some more expensive ones had a fridge. The staff were incredibly service minded, and we got help right away when we found a problem with the electricity. There was also a quiet and good air conditioning that run all day, which was a big plus in the summer heat. The pool was great, with a pool bar that served both good drinks and food. Toilet facilities by the pool were great and clean. The only downside is the hard beds, we reduced it with a star since this is important for people. We didn't have the best sleep here, but we were only going to be there for one day. Recommended if you are in Rome and need to cool down.

We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 5). The rooms were clean and looked better than most hotels. It had AC, outlets and even 2 towels per person and soaps. Really did not expect that, because the stay was pretty cheap.
Its a really big complex with its own pool, restaurant & bar, market (like a normal supermarket), barbecue area and laundry room. The most important thing as well is that you can park your car outside your room!! That was really incredible.
They take care of everything - toilet paper, soaps, towels, anything you need. The check in and out were super smooth.
We really recommend this place and I think we'll be definitely coming back and even for a longer period. Thank you for everything!

The best campsite I’ve stayed on. We booked this last minute after a 20 hour ferry crossing; we had nowhere to stay and was worried about the pricing for being so close to Rome.
We booked online for one night for €70, which when we got there added €2 per adult for tax which was fine, the young lad lad on reception was so friendly. We were given our keys, and the chalet we had was amazing for what you paid for. It had 2 beds and a sofa bed, air con and bathroom. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We actually went to reception the next morning and paid for another night. We then got the bus into Rome, the stop was right outside the campsite. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely and Esther cheap as well. They even had a live band on which added to the atmosphere! Looking to book there again as we loved it so much! Highly recommend

A very nice and well functioning camping site, easy to get from and to the city by bus or cabs.

Very affordable.

The camping site has very helpful staff, and a website that offers helpful advice
Showers where clean and private
There is a pool and a resturant, laundry.

Nice big slots to camp at.

Small comfy place, we got everything that we saw on pictures. Place was clean and tidy.
We arrived at 1 am and the staff was more than polite, we did our check in in less than 5 minutes. Whole place is cute, it has a lot of content, pool, restaurant, playground.... Train station is 15 minutes away on foot, and the bus station is few meters away from the entrance. Across the street is a shop that works everyday.

The hospitality was great, as well as the food and overall helpfulness. The bungalows were fairly sized and more than enough considering that all I really needed was a place to sleep. The restaurant was very nice, as well as the pool area, and the outdoor areas were always kept clean. I really recommend this place for anyone who is considering to visit Rome, Italy.

Lovely campgrounds with great facilities. We asked for breakfast which was a buffet and had lots of options to choose from. We took our dog with us and had absolutely no problem. We stayed in the smart stay XS cabin with 3 people. If you’re travelling with a lot of luggage, you might want to stay in a bigger cabin, as it can get pretty crowded. Bus stop is 3m from the entrance and you can easily get into the city centre on 40 mins with bus and metro using just one ticket (that they sell on site). All in all a great 3 nights and definitely recommend.
