Where to stay with car in Rome

Marco sent us a nice gift of fruit and Prosecco. He also came over to see how we were doing when we were at the bar in the hotel lobby later in the evening. The only downside is that the hotel is not near anything

The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite that was spacious, spotless and very comfortable

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night

Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car

From the moment we arrived, Juan Carlos and Alessia went above and beyond to make our families feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding

The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge

Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus

My family of 12 stayed at the Crowne Plaza (St. We booked everything via IHG website, which you can text at anytime with any questions you might have and they actually reply right away

And catching the local bus routes outside the main gate is a great way to make it into town too, although I wish there were a sidewalk from the front door of the hotel to the street

The hotel transport services were very reliable, they picked us up on time at airport, we scheduled our transport to and from the cruise pier terminal, very smooth process

Brilliant hotel. Free shuttle for guests to the centre of Rome too, saved a fortune in taxis! Pool was nice and the food was brilliant, always good service despite the language barrier.

Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see

The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful sites

The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable

Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive

Very nice and contemporary hotel. The room is spacious but the beds are very small, 2 single beds ( US sizing). The TV is also very very tiny. The bathroom is spacious and clean

Instead of a window, there is a door that opens for fresh air & a small 1 ft balcony. This is for a two bed accommodation but was pushed together. Food was great and the were lots of pastry options

To go downtown you need to take the subway and to go to the subway you either walk for 20 mins or you may take the bus and walk for 3 mins. The walking is not very pleasant

A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area. We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel)

The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area. The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are exceptional

Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly

It was a nice, clean hotel! I'd love to stay here again if I go to Rome! The service was great too.

Plus there is an ice machine I guess near the door so I hear every single piece falls down. The pool is good enough very relaxing. The gym is very small so if you are into gym absolutely it's not good enough

I had to ask her about everything step by step for example I asked her if I can have a drink on the evening outside in the swimming pool zone she said I don't know you can ask the bar man

Maximum kg they have is 4 kg and very few machines and some of them are broken. The sauna was good but it's small so it's just for 2 people. Let's jump on the reception Part

It was executive room so it was pricey but it was very near the elevator so all of the noise at night and on the morning like I'm sleeping in the elevator

The restaurant is great breakfast and dinner were good. The room was clean and big enough and the bathroom was good

They can help with any reservations you may need. They have two pools, a Spa, restaurants, a bar and great views. It’s super quiet, and the rooms have the ability to be blacked out and noise free for a great nights sleep

Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed

The only downside is it’s about 25 minutes outside of the city and they have only one shuttle that runs into the city once per hour and back to the hotel once per hour. I hope to make it back here one day

I stayed in this hotel last week for one night and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the service that has been provided. They have upgraded us and added a nice amenity as a welcoming gift

They even have a pillow menu. NOTE: It is not walkable to and from any of the sights in Rome! In the end it may be expensive, but it’s definitely worth the cost. Would stay here again without hesitation

Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city

Very peaceful and quiet! 20 minutes walk from the underground station (where it will take you to the Colosseum) or you could always catch the bus and be there in 5! Suitable for couples and families! I find the hotel's location, a few kilometers from the center of Rome, to be strategic for those who don't want to go crazy with city traffic while maintaining a certain calmness during leisure hours

The structure is very large and at the same time welcoming. The rooms are not very big but are welcoming and functional

There is a tobacco shop and a newspaper stand which sells the tickets. But I went there during the holidays (new years) and the tobacco shop was close and the old lady in the newspaper stand didn't have any more tickets

The three of us can live together privately and take care of each other. My daughter was also very happy to have a room by herself. This is a wealthy area in Italy

The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk to the Vatican and the ancient city of Rome. The room is not big and the twin beds are very close to each other. It is awkward to go out with friends

The initiative to delay check-out until 4 o'clock is really good. There are also a lot of towels, and the shower room is super mini. Bad review! The water pressure is also very low

You may spend between 20 to 30 euros for one trip to go to the center of Rome, but for us it was perfectly OK. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel surrounded by the typical noises of a busy city

The taxi service is so great in Rome that we only had to wait 3 to 5 minutes after the receptionist requested a taxi for us

If you want to stay in a hotel to walking distance from the center, this hotel is not the right place for you

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a great find in a city that can be very hit or miss with accommodations. Will definitely be staying here next time

Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica situated on the outskirts of the city has a peaceful ambience. Stay was comfortable during our visit there in October 2019. Food was good, especially their breakfast spread

I remember being able to shop there as there's a store on the ground floor, where you can get souvenirs of all kinds. It saved me the trip of going out to buy one. Would definitely like to visit it again in the future

Initially, I booked another hotel in the center, but it was so cold and noisy that I looked for an alternative option and found the Radisson. If I'm ever in Rome again, I'll definitely consider it for accommodation

Average cleaning: the floors were not washed or vacuumed (crumbs and hair were lying on the floor, and no one cleaned them up during my entire stay). The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are also comfortable

While travelling in Rome we realised that other neighbourhoods were better to stay in. If you are in Rome for more days as a tourist, I’d suggest you explore options near Trevi or the Colosseum

In the morning the water pressure was low. The hotel walls are little thin. The staff is very very kind and speak English really well. They will help you with all things you need

Cheap good hotel with Parking.

You can easily reach by car, with a few tens of minutes, the Castel Romano Designer Outlet. The ideal base for shopping, and is recommended for those arriving by car. Free parking in the courtyard

The staff is polite, helpful, rooms cleaned daily, standard Breakfast, good restaurant, the location, near the shopping center of Rome, 30-40 minutes away (bus+ metro) take bus pass for 7 days per person 24€ all modes of transport, the hotel through the underpass stop at the direction of the metro, from metro to the hotel there are 3 bus 071, 709, 700, sometimes family walked to and from the subway...

The room is comfortable and clean, Wi-Fi is quite good, they have a simple but quite nice breakfast buffet, a small but very nice pool and the staff are uniformly very friendly and helpful! Couldn't ask for much more, especially at a reasonable price such as this

The hotel is probably about an hours walk to the Vatican but you can either walk by the river or go parallel to it and you come across many piazza squares and market traders that really come to life in the evening's

We got a room in the last floor and the the view above was from the terrace, with a table and two chairs as well. not very separated from the room, but we didn't care

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. It was clean, comfortable, close to everything. The Metro was about 30 feet away from the hotel. There are many eating places nearby as well as for shopping and pharmacy items
