Good location, little bit far from “center”, underground railway station just in front of hotel, apartment was spacious, beds and mattresses were super, very good value for money (in our case - family of 4), we did not take breakfast (too expansive to my opinion), lot of grocery stores around
Very helpfull and kind staff! Especially Stefano who was helping us a lot! Thank you for him everything again! Brilliant location, you have train, metro, bus close. Shops, pharmacy and restaurant just next door
The rooms were a pretty good size and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They gave my wife a bottle of champagne as it was her birthday. Right next to a very good restaurant and the train station
I have a good stay here with family. Nice apartment, very good restaurant just next door the hotel. Easy access to the train/bus station.
All amenities you could wish for the staff also great very courteous and professional, we would love to return loved Rome
Breakfast on site was very good. Computers to use if you need to and the wifi was good enough to stream videos

Not to mention, we would have shown up for a tour that was scheduled (through another site in error) but Peter was very sweet to show us why there was no tour and the site had made a big mistake
A bit outdated furniture and bed, but the bathroom was newly renovated. The good thing is room is very clean and room service did a great job everyday. Staff is friendly and accommodating
What a great place to stay! Very close to many attractions and the manager Peter was the best! The top floor breakfast was great with an awesome view
Very close to touristic areas and attractions. We mostly walked to everywhere and no need for any means of transportation
Also many times there’s a lady constantly asking the guests to write a good review on booking when we just want to enjoy our breakfast peacefully before the food is taken at 9
I’m giving a 4 star review mostly because of the excellent location and the friendly and helpful staff at reception. However, the situation is different at breakfast

Easy to reach by car, new and clean room, friendly staff. Good solution if you got to Rome for work
The Hotel is very reserved, has not many rooms, and therefore it games force on the tranquility of the structure and on the availability of the rooms. Very nice shower in the room, very spacious
With my spouse, we have stayed at JC for a couple of weeks. People were very tactful and helpful. Breakfasts were above the average according to European hotels
Very valid. Clean and comfortable. Staff really available for every need. Ability to communicate with the hotel via skype for any information. Recommend
There is a bar in the gas station and Metro gross market near the hotel where you can eat something, also you can order food online on justeat
From Hotel to historic center you can go by a 10 min bus and 30 min. Metro trips or by a taxi for about €15-20

Transportations can’t beat it just around the corner is the Lepanto metro station not even 5 minutes walk. Restaurants in this neighborhood is very reasonable and low key very comfortable I had some really good ones
In early morning, he helped me out to call a taxi and brought my luggage out and waited for the taxi with me outside. I felt bad I forgot to give him a tip I was stressed out to make my airport shuttle
I did not stay at this hotel but while traveling alone my phone died at midnight and the staff was sweet enough to call me a taxi. They stayed with me until it got there and made sure I was safe
Yasss! And I’m alone…🤣 I love it! Room is very clean and perfect for me. Love the iron sculpture of general Adriano wearing Versace outfit right outside my door. Fantastic sculptures throughout the building
food is not good and not cheap anymore too. Maybe it was good 5 or 6 years ago. Love the hotel I’m surprised it’s inexpensive perhaps it suffered from the bad reviews during dinosaurs time
I missed my flight! I got to stay at Hotel San Valentino July 29-31,2023. Beautiful room with a view of a church dome. Bathroom is good everything functioning well and very clean

That makes no sense to me when there was no way that the room have been given to someone else the room yet. my thought is they didn’t care and didn’t make an effort to get it for us
The hotel and room were impeccably clean, and the receptionist was extremely helpful in assisting with event bookings, facilitating early room entry if available, and providing vital information about the city, including popular tourist attractions and recommended restaurants
We had a room on the 5th floor so we had a little balcony that we could leave the windows open during the night. Super close to Vatican City, and the train station is just right down the street from the hotel
The rooms were great as a launching point for Rome adventures. Out of the touristy part of town so you can get your bearings. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The dinner service was not great at all
Saw a lot of graffiti around the streets and thought it might not be the best neighborhood when booking online, for anyone having those same worries hopefully I can persuade you otherwise
Great staff, great service and great location. Umberto, at Reception, is wonderful. He loves his city, it's history and it's culture. His recommendations are thoroughly reliable.

We thought the price was a tier higher than the hotel's actual quality level. Our biggest gripe was that the walls are ultra thin and carry sound from the hallways and other rooms too easily
Particularly interesting if you plan to visit Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana
Very nice, upscale rooms, excellent Service and very good continental Breakfast. Location is wonderful, if you arrive by car, but prefer to use the train to the city center will!
This hotel is not perfect, but it's the best for the price
Very cheap: 53 €/night for 1 person with a double bed and private bathroom On the - side: low water flow to flush toilets; I couldn't open the sink again after I closed it; the breakfast looks good on the sweet side but not too appetizing for the savoury; if you have loud neighbours (which was not my case) walls may be too thin; no view On the + side: very cheap; A/C with private control; on the...
The room beautiful. Staff at the reception efficient. 10 min walk to the metro Rebibbia, but a bit isolated. The restaurant of the hotel was not in service, and then a move was required. Paid parking

The hotel is not the newest but everything is very good- the beds are comfort, small and nice breakfast, nice hotel workers, good condition air and there is European athmoaphere because the old and nice decoration
Finally, you got what you pay for- not a luxury hotel- but very nice and gives good value for your money- and the best part- the great location- 15 minutes for trevi fountain and the collousiom, 2 minutes from metro station
Excellent for the price.
nice hotel, perfect location, people say in the comments that this hotel not good but I think that they are wrong because for 40€ per night you don't need to expect for a luxury hotel or something
The room has a musty smell. The shower is very small. If a person is more than 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall and weighs more than 200 lbs (91 kg), he/she will have a difficult time washing himself/herself.
Some run-down rooms, but all offset by super service, good location and cosiness. If you are going to Rome and the room is for overnight stays while the city calls during the day, then this is a good bet

Variety of coffee beverages! Bobby of the night shift was extremely hospitable and made our stay extra pleasant! He helped the kids to get their way around the breakfast area, and also let the kids "work" a bit at the reception - we even took photos with the kids behind the counter, "answering" the phone and having fun! Our flight back was late in the afternoon and they were very accommodating, offering...
Please note that the building is at via Nazionale and it is a busy place even at night - noise is to be expected, but it wasn't a concern for us) The hotel is clean, the housekeeping is great, and while the breakfast area is small, the breakfast is great for its price! Toast, Nutella, jams and butter, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, cakes, pies, and some packed croissants; juice, milk
Paul's church and the view from our room was great - we could see the beautiful bell tower, and we could also enjoy the melodies of the bells tolling. (not all rooms have this view, we were in room 35
We've spent five nights at Hotel Martini. Family of four - the kids are 7 and 9 years old. The place is very easy to get to, regardless if you are coming from Termini or from the Ciampino airport
It’s only 15 minutes walking distance to the Colosseum and all other sightseeing places. Bobby got up early to prepare breakfast for us knowing we have an early tour to catch

Our first day in the city the concierge gave us a map and made some wonderful recommendations for shopping and sightseeing. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I can't wait until I have an opportunity to return
Good Hotel , excellent staff . Great location, just few steps from the Vatican. Car parking is absent.
Stayed here with my daughter for our first trip to Rome. very traditional style hotel, really friendly staff and lovely rooftop terrace with fab views. Can walk or take a short bus ride and you're in the centre
It's right next to a subway station and walking distance to most attractions. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and the staff is so pleasant and helpful
Nice location. Remind it is on a small hill, so if you walk there, you need to power up. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The clean was as 5 star. The price was fair. I recommended.
Very friendly and efficient stuff, good location, hearty breakfast, clean rooms. Worth the money.

There were some little details I didn’t like in the room but in the end you don’t book a hotel to spend a day in it,you book it to see rome and get some well rest in the evening
Very pleasant experience, had a 3 day trip to rome and my wife booked the hotel. There are better and worse hotels around but for this price this place is unbeatable
Very comfy and clean place, the staff is very polite also helped me print some materials when I had an  emergency
Location was great with easy access to bus routes and some major monuments that are must sees. The room was beautiful and well kept
We loved The Medici ! Very fond memories . I will return someday old friend !
The breakfast was pretty nice (could've had more fruits but I gotta admit it was winter so maybe it's cause of that) but it was in a great area, not far from an important avenue and there are many nice restaurants and cafes near so it's a pretty place to walk by at night

Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio
The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice
I appreciated the prompt room service in the morning, and the attentive door men. They have a nice rooftop restaurant and bar and gave us a welcome drink and free upgrade to a nicer room
We shared that our room was incredibly hot and were given a fan, which made a little difference. They didn’t investigate further. As for the rest, the accommodations were nice
Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke
It would blow air, and at night would finally get down to maybe 78 degrees Fahrenheit (despite having it set on the lowest option)

All hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was in perfect condition as always, though perhaps a little cool. We enjoyed the breakfast, with excellent cappuccino and scrambled eggs
The staff is exceptional, supporting and ready to help. Rooms are spacious, confortable and clean! The location is great, per se, right in the center, close to Termini station and Monti quarter
unfortunately the crowd around the block in the evening doesn't make you feel very safe (people shouting in the middle of the night, too many clochards): this is the only thing I didn't appreciate and of course it is not the fault of the hotel, which by the way has guards at the door
However it is very convenient to get to station, just about 2 mins walk. The shower screen was not optimal as water kept leaking out and flooded the toilet floor every night when I used the shower spray
Rooms were clean and comfortable, but rather noisy as we were very near the central station and every night there were people who hung around till late and made quite a bit of noise
The location was a brilliant starting point for everywhere in the city, loads of good transport links and some really great museums nearby too. Good food was easy to find too

Best low cost hotel I Have ever been Clean, beautiful, friendly, parking. It is a bit far away from the Center, but it is calm. Top
if you need to leave to the highway is super easy, nice parking spot. the breakfast was vast and delicious. the linen and bed were very comfy.
Nice, modern cozy comfy room, great bed, friendly staff, free car park around the building or secured garage for 10€ per day. Nice staff, especially at breakfast which is nice, too
It’s not a 4 star hotel old fashioned and the floor in the room os from plastic. Breakfast is also a bit poor
Absolutely recommended, especially if you have to be in this part of the town and if you come by car
The hotel is nice, rooms are clean, replacement of towel and maid service daily. A 10 minute stop for the bus that will take you to the subway

We knew that going in so I'm not knocking them for that (do a Google maps search before you book to see how close it is to the sites you care about and plan for that)
Had a great experience for a 2-night stay in July. Staff was helpful, restaurant food was delicious, A/C worked well for European standards, room was clean, shower was strong, and free drinks in room (for first round)
I don’t know that I have ever stayed at a Marriott Brand hotel in a bed that was uncomfortable. The location was amazing just a few minutes from Vatican City, the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain
Great value for a nice hotel in Rome. Well kept bright rooms and the AC worked, even with the high summer temperature. Buffet breakfast downstairs is well done, and free to elite members who qualify
Very friendly and efficient staff at reception and at the main ground level restaurant as well as breakfast restaurant + rooftop bar. The quality of food and beverages is excellent
The buffet had a great assortment that myself and my son were both able to find something to be happy with. My only negative comment is that the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable

The hotel is probably about an hours walk to the Vatican but you can either walk by the river or go parallel to it and you come across many piazza squares and market traders that really come to life in the evening's
Our room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was a good size with a fantastic walk-in shower. It's a relatively quiet part of town, so it was nice to sit outside in the evening's on the balcony
The welcoming odor everytime you get into your room is the smell of old house. Maybe it comes from the dirty carpet. Easy access to public transport 2. You can just take a walk around and find nice places
Great hotel in an ideal neighbourhood near Trastavere. Good connection to the city centre with bus. Bus number 8 takes you to Argentinta stop which is walking distance nearly to all centre
Also bus 75 takes you to colosseo. The room was very nice and spacious
The breakfast area was typical with Italian style and quite large. The food was buffet style, where you helped yourself and was fit for a king

Highly recommend! Quick check in even during the late hours! Amazing rooms! Great room service! Friendly staff! Nice view! Very peaceful and quiet! 20 minutes walk from the underground station (where it will take you to the Colosseum) or you could always catch the bus and be there in 5! Suitable for couples and families! Enjoy ☺️
I find the hotel's location, a few kilometers from the center of Rome, to be strategic for those who don't want to go crazy with city traffic while maintaining a certain calmness during leisure hours
The structure is very large and at the same time welcoming. The rooms are not very big but are welcoming and functional
In addition to a delicious breakfast, although we had to choose self-service for organizational needs, we found the cuisine of good quality and varied. Polite and professional staff
I stay in this hotel at least once a year. There are already four times that I will stay here. The rooms are always clean and well furnished, excellent overall service, helpful staff
I would like to know how the transportation offered by the hotel to the center of Rome works. Is there any cost? What are the stopping places? What are the times? Thanks

What is stunningly beautiful place. The lobby, the two-story chandelier from the ground floor looking down into the basement, the beautiful spiral staircases are all lovely
The salmon colored rooms are gorgeous and feel retro and chic at the same time. But you have to see the breakfast room and the spread
Be sure to leave your phone in your room so that you can enjoy the breakfast and not cause, ruckus for others
The gym is pretty sad: some cardio machines, small dumbell rack that only goes to ~20 lbs, weird cable machines, a few benches, and one barbell with maybe 50 lbs of plates total
Large, spacious and great air con. Service is good, nothing special. Location is a little far from centre, however using Lime scooters nothing far. Quite cheap to book, so recommended!

There is a great bathtub on which you can even turn on the radio and lights The breakfast was good too and the service was very welcoming, with the people working there giving you various tips on where to go out and how to get there
The day of check out they held our bags for 7 hours so we could finish sightseeing no charge and had extra keys if we were late getting back, they even set up our transport to the airport with us able to choose the pick up time
Elegant breakfast room, exceptionally clean, and very classy. Cons are some street noise (cured by closing the windows and turning on the aircon), and not wheelchair handicapped accessible given the entrance stairs
Breakfast was awesome fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, croissants and great coffee cappuccino, espresso and many more choices, rooms are like a piece of art work as is the whole building don't let the outside fool you
