This hotel was exceptional in every way! The balcony looked out over the Piazza Navona! The staff was extremely kind and considerate! They went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout the stay! The breakfast was outstanding! The rooftop patio provided views of St. Agnes Church, overlooking the piazza! I highly recommend this hotel due to the warm welcome, convenient location and gorgeous room!

This is an incredible place to stay if you want some luxury and location in Rome! Elmira and Max were so very helpful! Thank you both for making our stay enjoyable!

wow...this place is awesome. East area surrounding Piazza Navona is really nice too which adds to this incredibly located hotel in an amazing square and a great staff. The free breakfast was really good too. Highly recommend this place.

Unbelievable. As in unbelievably great. We've stayed in a hundred hotels on two continents and never enjoyed our stay more. The staff is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and second to none. The rooms - from small to large - are beautifully designed and have a little bit of everything you need. Each meal was better than the next, with breakfast being one of the best we can ever remember. And the location, Piazza Navona, is vibrant, beautiful, safe, fun, and within walking distance of The Pantheon and other great locations. And did we mention the staff - who requires a second shout-out for their superior service. We are fifty years old, traveling with our twenty-something children, and they loved it as much as we did. This is the first time in forty years of travel I've been moved to write a letter like this.

We were there for a wedding and the staff was the best, We were surprised that the rooms were so big and comfortable. The outdoor patio where the wedding was held was decorated wonderfully. Would like to come back soon

We've never had such a warm experience. Sheila has the unique reception skills. Not like,"let's show you the room and a description of how to use this or that". No! They really care about is someone entering a new home. Room is another great experience. Relaxing and very comfortable. Our room can see the rights of forest-Germany, Berger Navona it. A bottle of champagne is all we need at night! In fact. I could do good,but my advice is: you feel yourself.
