Rome, Via Damiano Chiesa 8 🧭 Map
It's quite good specially for families, it has a swimming pools, the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful
Very comfortable hotel. Amazing staff. During this hard time they provide safe and excellent service.
Good location, little bit far from “center”, underground railway station just in front of hotel, apartment was spacious, beds and mattresses were super, very good value for money (in our case - family of 4), we did not take breakfast (too expansive to my opinion), lot of grocery stores around.
Great family hotel, we loved it clean spacious apartments great location 30 minutes from Rome centre. All amenities you could wish for the staff also great very courteous and professional, we would love to return loved Rome.
Very helpfull and kind staff! Especially Stefano who was helping us a lot! Thank you for him everything again! Brilliant location, you have train, metro, bus close. Shops, pharmacy and restaurant just next door. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel. The rooms were a pretty good size and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They gave my wife a bottle of champagne as it was her birthday. Right next to a very good restaurant and the train station. Breakfast on site was very good. Computers to use if you need to and the wifi was good enough to stream videos.

Such a beautiful place to be,i was there for 12 days back in 2019,i would recommend to anyone.Really enjoyed the gym in the morning hours.
I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay there was NEARLY perfect, however, to be entirely honest, it wasn't as nice as we were expecting. Pros: 1. Location. Just a short walk from the Roman Forum (w/gorgeous views of it) and the Colosseum. Another short walk down the Circo Maximo to a metro stop. I really loved starting each day with a quick stroll down the Circo. 2. The View. Amazing. 2. San...
Friendly, helpful front desk. Breakfast is a lot of bread items, fruit, yogurt, meat & cheese slices and you can get soft boiled or hard boiled eggs on request. If you don't have breakfast included it is 12 euro. Ask if service tax included before tipping. Location is great, right out the door. Nice terrace on 2nd level. Not sure there are any handicap friendly spots anywhere in all of Italy. Sad
Centrally located close to both Colosseum/Palatine hills/Forum romanum as well as Trastevere. Spacious room with pentry giving you the opportunity to get some nice food from a supermarket and prepare there. Real nice breakfast buffet with Italian standards. Friendly staff. Bed could be a bit more comfortable though.
We really enjoyed our 5 nights here. The hotel is clean and modern. Our room was quiet, despite the fairly busy road close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a small gym and an enclosed outside area for lounging around. It's well located near Palatine Hill and Circus Maximus. For a great dinner take an easy stroll to the Jewish quarter or across the river to Trastevere. Around...

Food was excellent. Service was about ok. Unclear over charging, so believe we were overcharged by around 8 Euros. Didn't have all food and wine shown on the menu.
We stayed between 4 and 6 June 2019. Everything was ok, nice personal, good location with a bus station over the road. Good price on booking. Delicious breakfast with coffee, natural juice.
This is a delightful place where my two sons and I stayed for a week, very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised that our suite had a small kitchen so we could cook many of our own meals (which was good since they do not have free breakfast or a restaurant). There is a nice grocery store just two blocks away. It is right on the bus line (if you can ever find a bus with room). I'm planning...
Decent location, room was average, bathroom was continually flooding, nice location near Cipro Metro Station
This hotel is fabulous. Room was modest yet extremely comfortable, clean, quiet and equipped with a mini kitchen. The bed was very comfortable (lovely firm mattress for those like myself with back problems) absolutely no noise at night which allowed for a great night sleep - Fantastic location being a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and a quick metro ride away from the city centre and all the historical...
The hotel in itself is ok. Kind of far from the metro and not really near anything. My wife and I stayed in room 21 which was a bug den. Reception moved us to room 22 which was also a bug den. Then moved to room 36 which only had about five solid minutes of hot water. Either way the bathrooms are small and cramped. Shower water goes everywhere even with your best efforts regardless of what you do....

The Raspberry apartment was wonderful! It is very colorful, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. We loved it! The location is excellent as well, we could walk anywhere and find exciting things to do, places to eat, or shop for groceries and cook our own romantic dinners We HIGHLY recommend the Appartamenti MarcusAurelio49 and we will return!
The hotel is in a great location and it's "wacky" bright decor is strangely attractive. Room amenities are very good and the reception staff was excellent. The introduction video shared before our visit was a great idea and meant we were already familiar with the hotel and room amenities before arriving.
Very nice welcome at the hotel. We were told good restaurants and other advice in the area. The room gives a personal vibe. It is pretty unique and comfortable. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Only salt and pepper are missing. The terrace is like a cherry on the top. Very nice, that's when you know that you are in Italy. The smart tv was not often used by us but it works without problems...
This was an EXCELLENT stay! The amenities of the apartment (2 refrigerators, dishes, tables, space of each bedroom & living area, outside access via a large balcony, the layout of the space (bedrooms separate from living space and not far from bathroom), the colorfulness & lighting were so comfortable. We appreciated the help from the staff in calling a taxi to some very early morning tours. The...
This is a great place. The staff out friendly and they truly feel like family. Thank you so much we had the time of our life and felt like we where part of the neighborhood !!! Laundry service was great. Can pack lighter.
100 years old building, you can't believe the design of the rooms is so beautiful and modern. I love this place.

I can not say enough about this location. This hotel is centrally located to everything. It was super clean! The staff were the best part. They were so helpful, they gave several recommendations that were top notch. They helped with luggage at check in and came back for check out. Booked a taxi for us as well. The restaurants recommendations were fantastic! There is a taxi stand around the corner...
Very nice hotel, the staff is listening, the rooms are clean and large enough for 2, 3 or 4 people. Shuttle Service to the airport. Restaurants everywhere, grocery store 3 minutes walk away, property that is centrally positioned.
I found it almost by chance and I was glad. the suites are cozy, clean and with new furniture; they are situated in the city centre; it maybe slightly difficult to reach by car or taxi but is the main characteristic of ROME... you have to walk ;-) the services offered are good but do not reach those of the best hotels. the owners are courteous and kind prices aligning in the top recommended
VERY STYLISH AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED RESIDENCE IN ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PARTS OF THE HISTORICAL CENTRE OF ROME. IT IS FAMILY RUN AND YOU CAN SEE THE OWNER'S GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND EXTREMELY HELPUL AND KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS THEIR GUESTS. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING, JUST ASK!! HOPE I CAN GO BACK SOON!! THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!

So glad we stayed here. I know of the hotel from having stayed nearby several years ago and from eating several times at one of our favorite restaurants right next store, but had really looked into staying here until this last trip. Wonderful experience. From the time we walked in the door to check in through the time we left to fly home we felt so welcomed. Staff was so kind and friendly. We...
What a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Umberto and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, the rooms were gorgeous and spacious with full living room and two apartments for my family. The breakfast truly is as good as the reviews suggest. And the location? Perfecto!
What a find! The staff are wonderful, caring and kind. They went above and beyond for us to fix a problem our travel agent caused. The hotel is unique and perfectly placed to walk to all the sites, shopping, and restaurants. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
We are a family of five and needed two bedrooms and a cot or sleeper sofa. We booked the Victory Suite and it fit out family so well. We each had plenty of space for naps or reading after a long morning of touring and a late lunch. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The free minibar was a huge hit - husband had his glass of wine on porch, kids could get water or soda and I could find some prosecco...
I stayed for a week with my mom celebrating her 70th birthday in Rome. I used to travel a lot for business and stayed mainly 4-5 star hotels. Scanderbeg may not be the fanciest but for me it was the most memorable place-genuinely caring staff members and very comfortable & spacious room. Location is one of the best. Pretty much any attractions within 20-30 mins walking distance. Small kitchen was so...
Great hotel, staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room we booked was pretty large, warm and quiet, with some complimentary alcoholic drinks. Shower was super spacious and we had a walk-in wardrobe. Cleaning of the room in the morning and evening was excellent. The free breakfast offered a large variety of food and drinks. The highlight however, has to be the location; less than a minute's walk...

I stayed at this property for 10 months having to work in Malagrotta area. Mine is therefore a well-founded judgment: great correspondence between what is seen on the internet and reality; my fully equipped two-room apartment, very functional, clean and welcoming; the swimming pool is very pleasant during the summer months. Nice room and a very kind receptionist, at center of Rome, close to Termini Station. price is not very expensive.
The wifi dies randomly and there are only two laundry machines for the entire building. One of the machines does not even work properly. The cleaning service is fantastic and the rooms are also very nice. However, the communication with the staff is not so great - I was not informed that I would have a roommate. Additionally, the doors inside the apartment di not have locks.

The location is that although close to a main road Viale Marconi, an artery of the area, it remains a surprising tranquillity. Honest prices.

Good and Bad.... Firstly, let me start by saying that Livia Valeria is a beautiful property! Once the gates open you are greeted by lush flowers and green grass- its like an oasis and very welcoming. A unique place very near the center of Rome. The owner/host and the staff are always willing to help and take the extra mile to make you feel very welcome. Visiting with a family of 4, mwe took 2 rooms at ground level which connect with each other. All rooms are new and very clean. The pool is amazing as well.

We booked this place for 4 nights for our travel to rome. It's one of the newer buildings and thankfully isn't stained with graffiti yet. A great apartment booked with Airbnb great location and very roomy apartment and tell host Manuela and BHI staff could not have been more helpful.
As an abroad student, this works just fine. Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty, but other than that, it's good enough for what I need.
Rooms and Hall's are spacious with plenty of storage. Laundry machine did not work upon arrival. Fridge does not get very cold. Two bathrooms function well. Kitchen appliances function well and come with basic pots and pans. Towels provided. Cleaned weekly. Acceptable WiFi.
I'm here as a study-abroad student from the states. Everything has been great so far, including the location and the space. While I love that the Porta Portese is right outside my window, the windows aren't very well sealed so the sound comes in clearly. Additionally, the small bathroom has a tenancy to flood. Despite these issues, everyone is extremely kind and the amenities included are great.

Our room was relatively spacious with a large bed and a bathroom designed all in great condition and freshly restored...
We stayed for 6 days in this great location. The strong points are the location, being situated right next to the metro (I got out of the metro and opens the door of the building); the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff; and the facilities once the room is a mini apartment with 3 divisions. The room has a LCD, desk and wardrobe. The shower water in the TOILET is hot and have a lot of pressure...
Metro in front of the door, the room wonderful and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they have washed even the dishes! The only flaw is to be left with only two nights! The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the colosseum, 5 minutes there is a supermarket very economical where do the shopping and on the opposite side of the street you will find a bar where they make a great cappuccino! The room...

Great location. Spacious rooms. Nice people. We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely return. This was just an overall nice place. A/C worked great—room was always nice and cool, WiFi was perfect. Elevator was always working. Nice size shower and bathroom. Breakfast was great, included water and croissants that was replaced every day. Rooms were cleaned by housekeeping nicely.
We spent one night at Ripetta 25 after a Mediterranean cruise. Paolo was a remarkable host making sure our short stay was comfortable. Best place to book if you are looking for a central location in Rome. Best part is the friendly nature of the owner and other staff. The owner went over and beyond by booking us a 2 night hotel somewhere else as there was an extended blackout in his hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone!
We liked the place very much. The apartment was specious, comfortable and clean! Very friendly staff and the owner was very helpful and gave us good recommendations. Well stocked fridge and breakfast and replaced daily. The neighborhood was amazing. Easy to walk to all the tourist attractions. We will definitely come back!!!
Great value for money. Amazing location (walking distance to the main landmarks). The rooms are spotless clean, cozy and ideal for family stays. Great food in the immediate vicinity.
