amazing boutique hotel, centrally located, very luxury decor and worderful suites! The manager & owner was at our complete disposal every day and gave us the best recommendations for tours & restaurants. Several benefits, included one smartphone with Internet & free calls. Truly a gem, we strongly recommend this exclusive property. Thank you for everything!!
Perfect and adorable luxury location in Rome practically in front of one of the most important monument in Italy, it’s so called Venice place where is located the “altare della patria” magnificent monument representative the Italian history. The location is perfectly splendid and tidy. You can sleep and live in a modern luxury location in the most historical place in the world. This is amazing!! You...
Beautiful boutique hotel. Very friendly staff and breakfast is brought to your room everyday. It’s in quite a busy location which is a positive (close to everything) and negative (abit touristy). In all we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience!
Stunning bnb great location for all the tourist attractions
Very friendly staff. Very good location. Well appointed rooms. Will book again.
Nice, clean rooms. Great location.

Rome, Piazza delle Vaschette, 13 🧭 Map
The location is good. The soundproofing is poor. During my three-day stay, the upstairs kids seemed to be running, crying, and screaming all day and night. In the middle of the night, I could hear furniture being dragged, things being thrown, and the floor shaking. It was exhausting and annoying after a long day. The front desk was very helpful in communicating with them, but it didn't really help
What a wonderful property! Our apartment was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and breakfast room perfect. The Borgo Pio neighborhood is safe and charming and only blocks from the Vatican. Beds were a little low and I was worried may be too hard for me but we both slept well. Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome!
Great stay at the property. Everything was clean and roomservice of high quality.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Trianon Borgo Pio! The location is unbeatable – just steps from the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the beautiful Tiber River. We even walked to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and many other iconic sights with ease. Our room was spacious, well laid out, and thoughtfully equipped with a kitchenette, which was a great touch. The beds were very comfortable, and everything...
While we travel often in Europe, Italy holds the biggest place in our travel heart. But we have never been to Rome :-). So, we finally made up for it with a long weekend and stayed in the heart of this beautiful city right next to the Vatican walls at the Trianon Borgo Pio. And it was a great choice. The hotel is in a place of romantic but mostly quiet streets full of restaurants and shops. As a builder...
Extremely clean hotel in both private and common areas! Spacious rooms, good beds, quiet at night in the streets, so we had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was great with high quality produce, coffee as well, the staff excellent, and the view from the dinning rooftop balkony is absolutely amazing. As for the location, we like the quiet areas and this is the best you can get in central Rome. I would...

The room was old style but very spacious, clean, well appointed and functional for a quiet and comfortable stay. Good value and being away from the city centre, the nearby train station provided ready access to then explore the city and sights. Breakfast was available which we enjoyed and as there was no evening meal option, the restaurant next door was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful so...
The apartment was much larger than we expected and we loved it. Full kitchen with full sized fridge. Large lounge and dinning area. Big bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of storage. Massive balcony with outdoor setting. The train station is just next door (Roma Balduina). You do have to change stations for Rome Termini. We would catch the train in and get an Uber back. Walking distance to two local supermarkets...
Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very big and had kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large fridge freezer etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was decent (bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals etc). Next door to a train station and close to bus routes. A Pam supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. The pool was also decent and had no problem...
We just got back from Adagio Roma Vatican. Great hotel in the perfect location. We had a very clean apartment, with spacious bedroom and lovely balcony. Kitchen very well equipped. Clean and nice bathroom. Hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Vatican city. There's a train station just a minute of walk from the hotel, and bus stop, 3 minutes of walk. You can reach the city center easily then...
A nice, very clean hotel with a lovely swimming pool and decent views. Comfortable beds and excellent air con. My room had a fantastic balcony. I requested to change rooms a couple of hours after check in, as a connecting door to the next hotel apartment room meant I could hear every word said by the couple next door from my bed and couldn't sleep. I was given a new room after some persuasion. Reception...
The apartments are of very good quality, pretty big. The kitchen has just the minimum to be able to cook, the bathroom is standard. The design is a bit old fashioned, but everything is working very fine. The rooms are nice and comfortable, it’s also very quiet. It was nice to be close to some green area, a nice path is passing by going to a wood, perfect for jogging. The hotel is easy to reach by train...

Our stay was everything we were looking for! The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything, but the entrance was private so it was quiet and you couldn’t tell you were in the heart of it all. Tons of dining options, and you’re at the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain within minutes. Our room was huge and the original ceilings were beautiful! Definitely recommend!
My husband and I stayed at the Martivs for 2 nights before our cruise. Everything about this hotel was perfect. We arrived at 7:30 am and thought we wouldn’t be able to check in until later in the day but a room was ready for us right away. Also, we were upgraded to a larger room which was absolutely heavenly. This hotel is a mix of old charm and modern luxury. The bed was very comfortable and the...
Loved the Martius Suites. Our room was spacious and the staff was incredibly attentive.
The hotel location is close to everything; staff is very helpful and wonderful. Beatrice and Luigi went the extra mile to help us with everything. Breakfast included (Continental) was great, I wish it included eggs too. Overall great experience!
Amazing staff who upgraded our room to a presidential suite. The room was incredible and the hotel is in a perfect location for walking to all the sites Rome has to offer. When I return to Rome I will make sure to stay at Martius again. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
The advantage is that the room is new and big, but many details are not in place, the ventilation is not good, the smell after using the toilet spreads throughout the room, and there are too many carbohydrates and eggs for breakfast, and you have to pay extra. Hope to do better and better

The location is not bad. It's not too far to walk to several major attractions. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. The mini bar is free. The service staff in the hotel, including the restaurant staff, are very good. When I went there, the elevator was broken, but I was given the fourth floor. It was a black man who helped me carry two 28-inch luggage to the fourth floor. I checked...
I have experienced two types of rooms in the past two days. I really recommend this one because it has an excellent anti-theft factor and a total of four door locks.
The facilities, location, and staff service are great~
The suite is great! It's big and stylish, I like it very much👍Especially the breakfast area. It's really enjoyable to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sun and the street view! The sofa in the living room is a surprise. It opens into a big bed. The children like it very much and sleep all night. They are very happy!! Located in the city center, it is lively but not noisy. It is very convenient for eating...
The room was a pleasant surprise
Except for the small room, everything else is good. Good location, good service, and good breakfast. There are several doors to enter the hotel, and the security factor is also high. The room is in the next building, and the doorman will deliver it. If you put the things you bought at the hotel front desk, they will be delivered directly to the room. The room is really small, and the bed is very...

I have been to many luxury hotel and this one was one of the best if not the best! Bravoooo superb service very very nice clean rooms and super bed! We slept on clouds!
The hotel was incredible with what I think is the best location in all of Rome for tourists. The 4 stars are due to a very low shower water pressure and a less than average breakfast with extremely limited options. The receptionists were extremely helpful and helped us navigate through Rome and other cities. All in all, I wold definitely recommend choosing Fendi Suites and I would choose it everytime...

If one must stay in a "prolonged, temporary" living situation, RHP is the place to "tough it out." The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping are unbelievably professional, efficient, friendly, and compassionate. Hooray for Italian hospitality! Thank you, RHP!

Very friendly place though the property is quite tired now. Great having trams outside (stop opposite) though the rumbling can sometimes be noisy
Room was very spacious, good amenities and clean. The front desk lady working in the afternoon hesther was very helpful, gave good recommendations and always had a smile on her face. Thank you everyone.
Overall good Property was clean and well maintained. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall good for family
Although the facilities are a bit old, I like its large size, the feeling of a family suite, and it also has a kitchen. The only drawback is that there is a tram line right at the door, which is not recommended for people with poor sleep.

We stayed in the Executive room - which was very large and the kids enjoyed the swinging chair. However, the noise from above (Work) and outside street, plus below from the cafe in the mornings significantly reduced our enjoyment of the hotel. Staff were helpful enough but didn't seem to take our complaints seriously. A nice hotel - but would not recommend the executive room.
Great stay Clean & cute. Great location - easy walking to any of the sites within the historic center. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. We would stay here again!
Compared to other hotel prices it was ok but it’s basically a 3 star place. We were in the annex around the corner and the elevator is up a big flight of steps so not too easy with luggage all else ask -on par for a 3 star
This was our favorite hotel of our trip. Great location! Walkable to everything people go to Rome to see. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed, nice toiletries, nice shower, good lighting. The staff was great! Small elevator but that's everywhere in Italy it seems.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, only negatives I’d say is the room wasn’t ready by the check-in time, & the window in our room didn’t close all the way on the top so you could hear every little noise outside all night, we ended up having to buy ear plugs to help block the noise.
10 out of 10 The guys on reception were very helpful and very poliet and attentive. The hotel was well situated between the Trevi Fountain , the Colosseum and the Vatican was ideal and we could walk the distances. Breakfast was good and the croissants I really enjoyed. we stayed in this bb for valentine's day and we couldn't have made a better choice! the location is perfect: a few steps from piazza navona and campo de' i fiori, ideal for exploring the city on foot. WONDERFUL location. Was our first time in Rome and this was the perfect place to stay. I mean a 2 minute walk to everything. We had room next to hotel. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, a great start for our busy days. All staff was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our nightly beverages in the bar.
It was centrally located and easy to walk to many places, otherwise, the metro was 1 block away, as was the main train station. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about getting around Rome and to the Vatican - I wish I could remember his name.
Wonderful Stay – Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Great location for a stopover, as close to Roma Termini station (about a 5 min walk). Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good breakfast. Air con was average - ok if you were right in front of it but didn’t seem to reach the bed - and as the room was on the main road side it was unsurprisingly noisy with the window open.
Preperty was clean, the lobby staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel was within walkable distance from the Trevi Fountain, and amazing restaurants, gelaterias, and stores. The only issue we had was with the hotel restaurant staff during breakfast. Giorgio and Anastasia are a very kind and I was so happy to stay this hotel, Thank you
The staff is very friendly, the room and bathroom are spacious and clean, and the facilities are all new. Since it is right next to the park, the air is good and it is quiet and secluded.
It's OK. The service is OK, but it's really biased. Breakfast is almost nothing.
This is a hotel I don’t know how to review! It feels like a semi-express and semi-B&B. The front desk gets off work at 6 o'clock, and you need to get the room card via email for instructions. The whole process is like a treasure hunt! Request to check out at 10:30 in the morning! Pictures are not available.
Location: requires a fair bit of walking to from the metro. But otherwise fairly central. Service: one of the best I’ve had in a while, with personal greetings at the door, introductions, suggestions for what to do in the city, friendly hosts, etc. unfortunately the electricity got cut off the next morning but they apologised and waived the city tax fee for our inconvenience - this was really appreciated...

My friend and I had a short stay here recently and were very happy with the room and helpful communicative staff. The location of the Clementi 18 Suites was unbeatable. The room had a beautiful balcony, it was clean and had friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Not quite a hotel This is converted apartments rather than an actual hotel. Reception only has someone there for a short period in the morning. Room was small but clean and was made up while we were out. Overall, if you need a cheap place to crash near the Vatican, it's a good spot.
