We love this place! The staff was wonderful! They were happy to help in any way. We used the hotel as a home base for smaller excursions. This hotel is located on the Vatican side of the river and offers a small walk there. It is a 20-minute walk to most of the popular attractions. However, you will walk through some of the best shopping and food Rome has to offer on your way to anything. We will stay here again!

This hidden gem is truly that, quiet, secluded, and very professional. Literally feels like I'm at home and the attention to detail unbelievable, with breakfast included.

We had a wonderful stay here during our visit to Rome. The rooms are modern, clean and the bed comfortable. The gentlemen serving breakfast each morning were so pleasant and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast choice was either sweet or savory foods. They made some of the best cappuccinos we had in Italy and fresh squeezed OJ each morning. Our room was taken care of each day so whenever we returned at night it felt welcoming. There are coffee, tea, mini oranges, and small sweets for snacking all the time. The hotel itself is located in a great spot. The Vatican is a short walk one direction and the coliseum, Roman forum, and pantheon the other. There are a number of great restaurants a short distance nearby as well. We left our car at the Anignina parking lot at the SE end of the red tram line and got off at Spagna which left us a short walk to the hotel pulling suitcases, but it wasn’t bad. Better than trying to drive in Rome and cheaper than parking in the city. If you choose to stay here be sure to call the hotel as you’re arriving or you might get a very grumpy desk clerk. The desk is not staffed before 3. After 7p the ginormous door on street level is locked with no doorbell. So special arrangements have to be made for entry to the hotel on the 4th floor which is also securely locked if you’re arriving late afternoon.

It's was the best place to stay, not because it was near to attractions that it was another thing ,that my husband and I likes , easy to visit them, Is the STUFF was very very nice, servicial and super kind,
started by Joshephine ( Josy ) who's attending in front of the counter, she is very nice and patient, attending to our needs, the guys in the morning gave us the same treat too!!! I recomended
100% this hotel to stay!!!

Its not a hotel, more like a Bed and breakfast thing but on the other hand staff was great ,
specially the breakfast people, very nice and friendly 😀.
There was this petite Pretty Romanian lady at the reception booth,
who had a beautiful smile, very friendly and helpful.
