I think a rating of 4/5 was more appropriate if this hotel was a 3-star hotel. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. It misses the attention to detail.
The room is spacious, clean and the staff is responsive.
The WiFi is terrible. You can not use it to work from there.
Breakfast is good but repetitive, and the coffee from the machine is using instant powder.
The air conditioning/ventilation is not working during cold months, only heating. So if you prefer a colder room, you have to open the window, but you would have the outside noise waking you up.
These are others, but all these small little things are missing that make the hotel feel average even though it could have potential.

Nice hotel with excellent conection with the center. Kind and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom, clean and efficient maintenance. Breakfast with various dishes, in the category range.

Nice hotel, that has aged well but could do with a little do over. The crew and service are very good, the meeting / event rooms are well maintained and accessible.
Breakfast is fresh and ample. Good coffee as well as a nice little bar downstairs and a vinoteca in the foyer.
Some downscoring as some things are beyond normal wear and tear - most annoyingly there's is a lot of noise (potentially elevator doors or HVAC issue that sounds as a heavy chair is being dragged on a wooden floor). This makes earplugs to sleep a must.
Breakfast is fresh and ample. Good coffee as well as a nice little bar downstairs and a vinoteca in the foyer.

The hotel common areas are beautiful, and the rooms are clean. The excellent staff was a highlight, but the overall experience was average. The bathroom only had a tiny bottle of shampoo and no conditioner, and the room felt generally outdated.
Our first room had a plumbing issue where water pooled on the bathroom floor, so we were moved to a different room.
The man working at reception was very kind, efficient and friendly throughout our stay, and the lady working at the front desk ordered a cab for us when we were leaving which arrived within minutes (we ran into frequent trouble like delays and cancellations when calling taxis in Milan).
The breakfast was mediocre / passable. No fresh fruit juice, with average hotel eggs/bacon. The cold cut meats and peaches were nice. I was not a fan of the instant coffee machine.
The hotel is in a local neighborhood with a supermarket and cafes nearby. As a tourist, the location was not the best. The time to go between the hotel and Milano Centrale each day turned out not to be worth the price difference of staying closer to the city.

If you like a hotel with 1970's decor (not in a cool way, just totally dated!), no bar, no restaurant, AC that sounds like a diesel truck and doesnt keep room cool, plus terrible service at the front desk, this is the place for you!

When we arrived the AC was turned up to the max pretty much throughout the whole hotel, even the rooms and you couldn’t change the temperature from the room so you had to get in touch with the front desk. Also our room was without power so they had to call the maintenance guy to fix it.
The breakfast offered the basic, but not much in terms of fruit.
The staff was all pretty friendly, its just that the hotel definitely needs to improve their service quality.

"4 star" hotel. Yeah maybe 20 years ago. The place is so old and the rooms not so clean. There's this eerie feeling in this place. We were having breakfast and it was so dark in the eating hall. The only good thing are the receptionist and the waiter and the free parking. 100€ and no ameneties at all! AC is not working. Bathtub is so dirty. Shower head is broken. Not even a slippers for free. The floor is so dirty and has this old carpet that they haven't probably washed in forever. 30 mins away from Milan center. 5mins walk from the metroline. Supermarket and asian store nearby. The pictures in their website for marketing is very misleading. I'm just laughing when I saw the place in person because the audacity to market it like that. I've had a better hotel/hostel in other countries that's not 4* and way cheaper than this place.

Ok ok type room in 4 star hotel for Euro 105!!
Very old rooms, definitely need renovation. Very limited breakfast menu. Staff is very good, bathrooms are renovated.

The worse empathy ever ! Unhelpful, protocol to the line personel.
Please avoid this hotel, they don't care if you need to sleep.
