Château Monfort - Relais & Châteaux Mini-hotel

We had a truly wonderful stay – the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were kind and welcoming. It really felt like staying in a castle. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel – high-quality ingredients, a great selection, and proper coffee (no machine!), which I truly appreciated.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet and perfectly dark at night, so we slept really well. We also loved the elegant details like the bidet and the twice-daily housekeeping – everything was clean, calm, and carefully thought out.
Thank you for creating such a magical and relaxing experience – we would love to come back!

Coming from 4 star in Lake Como this hotel is definitely worthy of 5 star. From the moment you walk in. High end area and staff also very friendly.

The room are nice especially superior with the balcony. Very quiet. They offer you water all the time.

Château Monfort – A Beautiful Stay with Only One Small Letdown

We were very happy with our recent stay at Château Monfort. The hotel itself is stunning—elegantly styled with a romantic and whimsical design that creates a truly memorable experience. Our room was exceptional: beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared with a complimentary drink to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch.

Most of the staff delivered outstanding service, especially the concierge team who handled our parking with professionalism and ease. The overnight parking service, at €40, was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is another highlight—just a 15-minute walk to the city centre, making it easy to explore Milan on foot.

The only downside to our stay was our experience with one member of the reception team. A blonde lady at the front desk seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which contrasted sharply with the otherwise excellent service we received throughout the hotel. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it was disappointing to feel so coldly received upon arrival.

That said, we would still happily return. Château Monfort offers a unique and luxurious experience in Milan, and with the exception of one staff interaction, everything else exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service, location and amenities! Milan was the kick off of our honeymoon experience, and now as we reach the conclusion of our trip, we are still reminiscing the phenomenal time we had during our stay. We received a handwritten note from the staff celebrating our honeymoon, and they made sure we were happy & comfortable throughout our stay. The train station is directly outside the hotel, which made it extremely convenient for us to go anywhere. The location is in a social & fun area, but is also tucked away from the tourist congestion. Their restaurant has great food and the overall ambience is both luxurious and relaxing. We are already planning our next trip to Italy, and we can’t wait to return to Château Monfort. Highly recommend this gem in Milan!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was top notch. Everyone on staff was super friendly and made me feel really welcome. After a long day of exploring, it honestly felt like stepping into a little slice of paradise.

The location couldn’t be better. The metro is right outside the hotel, which made getting around the city super easy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was seriously next level. Everything was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety.

Overall, just a fantastic experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. Five stars all the way!

Highly recommend the Château Monfort. It's ideally located to bus, tram, metro stops and coffee shops with central Milan within walking distance.

In terms of noise the room was well soundproofed and experienced no interruptions during those peaceful evenings. Fantastic hotel, great style, good service, welcoming and friendly staff.

We experienced one small friction point regarding changes to a meal to suit dietary preferences (dealt with) but does not distract from the overall enjoyment of being here.

This was the first stop on our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make it feel so special. The room was gorgeous as well as the spa. Had a lovely spa treatment too. Easily walkable to great restaurants and shopping as well as the main square. Highly recommend!

You can walk to Duomo and there is a subway at the door, which is convenient

First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were very helpful in every way. The hotel's architecture is very beautiful and the location is very comfortable. We were very pleased, I definitely recommend you to go. We were worried about parking, but there is parking on the side of the road around the hotel, you don't have to go to the paid parking lot.
