Clean and well-kept place in an area of ​​Syracuse where you can reach everything on foot. Near the Greek theater and the Paolo Orsi archaeological site. It is also very close to go to Ortigia. Definitely recommended for those looking for accommodation in Syracuse in a quiet area but at the same time close to the Greek Theater, the Paolo Orsi museum, the Sanctuary of the Madonna of tears and not far from Ortigia. Really nice hotel, greatly located, and the staff is really attentive. I washed my clothes in my bedroom and put them on the balcony. We arrived in the room and the clothes were nicely put on a drying rack to make sure they would not fly away. The breakfast is great Alessandra is a sweetheart.

Small hotel in very old building. The hotel is small and has no elevator. Just across the hotel is the local immigration police office, which creates some groups of people in front of the hotel. Nevertheless very friendly and helpful owners and at a perfect location. Rooms are spacious but simple. Looking for an affordable hotel in the middle of the action. This is your choice.

Great location, plenty of street parking, clean room with air conditioning, refrigerator, and bathroom. Sore notes: Stained and unscented towels. A beautiful and clean bedroom in a nice neighbourhood near to the museum and the archaeological park!

The rooms are welcoming and functional and the location of the structure is very good. A 10-minute walk from Ortigia with free parking just outside on the road. However the service is almost non existent. Lack of time flexibility both for check-in (this was the main problem for me) and for breakfast (available only from 8.30 to 9.30).

Host was very friendly. Every evening we had our breakfast ready waiting for us behind the door. Accommodation is close to city center and easy to walk there. I can fully recommend for the price. In general, beaches around city are not the best. I guess locals are leaving town to enjoy the sea. But for us for 2 nights it was alright.

The vision is a vision, a gem not to be missed a few hundred meters from Ortigia, the host is an exquisite person, our stay in Syracuse, unfortunately short, only 4 nights, was made even more beautiful by a hospitality excellent. Well done keep it up.

In a quiet place in the center of Syracuse, without night noise. A 15-minute walk from Ortigia is the ideal place as a base for the entire eastern coast of Sicily. Very kind hosts and full of advice on what to see and where to go. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back. Thanks

Room was ver clean. Very small when you need room for your suitcases. . Bathroom was also quite small. Breakfast was very basic but staff were cheery. There are some shops nearby for supplies.

Good place for the price. The only problem is that you can hear everything from the other rooms.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fully satisfying. The security of the hotel and the rooms was constantly maintained. The host, Chiara, was very kind and helpful. Right opposite the hotel there is a supermarket. Surely recommend!

The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

Great value and welcoming host for breakfast. Easily walkable to the sights of Siracusa and ortegia. Clean, comfortable and nice bathroom facilities.

The distance from the station isn't close, but the room was reasonably priced, the size was decent, and the interior was tidy. There is free parking. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this Resort. We went in May and many other Hotels which have a pool, had it closed at that time. But this Hotel has a very nice, small pool which our children loved (according to staff it opened mid-April). The rooms are fully equipped and lacked nothing. This hotel complex when first built would have been a 4 to 5 star resort but over a few years of use some of the shine as gone being replaced by the start of grime and mould. (Showers and other sanitary fittings) To maintain a high standard you do need to maintain not just think it was new 3 years ago! Quite spacious room with a super window overlooking Ortigia! Possibility to use the washing machine and hang out on the terrace. Free private parking in the condominium. This weekend we went to Syracuse. Two things not to be missed: Ortigia and the sea view from the Ortigia d'Amare apartment. Thanks to the hosts who welcomed us with kindness.

Fantastic place. Close to Ortigia (5 minutes walk to the bridge, 15 minutes to the Cathedral Square), but very calm, with the sound of shrouds hitting the masts almost all night (but windows very tight, if you don't like ...). Very friendly owners. I recommend it and intend to use it again!
