B. & B. perfect! Very spacious and clean rooms. Air conditioning, TV and free wi-fi. Full breakfast. The very kind ladies. In addition, door openings without keys, but with codes, are a real convenience and avant-garde! Definitely recommend it!

The B&B opens without any key, really very avant-garde, positive. Large room in good condition, there was no bottle of water in the fridge which in this heat would not have been bad, but I remedied it by walking out, at 500 meters there was a supermarket. Normal breakfast, I was sad to see ants on the ground flinging the breakfast table. Friendly staff

Excellent long weekend spent in the beautiful Ortigia island. We had three rooms here and were thoroughly looked after. All the rooms were beautiful decorated and had everything we needed. Some traffic noise heard especially in the ground floor room but nothing excessive. Breakfasts were very good, great choices and plentiful

Cute and homey stay Cute boutique hotel with helpful staff. We loved the location which was close to our favorite beach at Ortigia. It is not easy to reach the hotel by car and park but staff was super helpful to help us navigate. Rooms are very spacious for european standards. Sea view terrace or run would be nice to have.

Re Federico Boutique hotel is located in a narrow street (just room for a car) at the southern end of Ortigia Island which is connected to the mainland by two bridges. This puts it close to the old town and the beautiful central square but a bus or taxi ride to the Archaeological Park. Absolutely loved this place. We stayed for 4 nights in room 5 which is huge - full kitchenette, living area, bedroom, bathroom and private terrace with table, chairs and loungers. I stayed last week at this B&B, where I found Mr. Nunzio's kindness and helpfulness; the rooms are very nice, clean and recently refurbished. I will definitely be back

The structure is small but nice for us it was fine we only needed to sleep and take a shower so we were satisfied. I recommend it for the excellent quality / price ratio while I do not recommend it to those who have different needs and then have to go to the hotel and spend a lot more. The owners are however kind and helpful, polite and ready to advise you to facilitate your visit to the city.

Verry nice place to stay with really nice and friendly hosts

The property was not close to anything. We took hop on/hop off to get around and had to go back early or look for a taxi. We received coupon for breakfast and had to go to a bar which only gave us a coffee and croissant.

Large unique room with comfortable bed. Handy parking. Good wifi. Pleasant man met us at door. There is no laundry facilities. It took extra long time for hot water. Bathroom sink area small.

This B&B was exceptional. Very modern, clean, and well located. Parking is available. The walk to Isola di Ortegia was a 10-15 minute straight shot. The Basilica of the Madonna delle Lacrime is next door, but quite frankly, although interesting from the outside, it is not particularly interesting inside.

Monica , went out of her way to help me on finding another room for the next day because they had no availability. Monica made my day about explaining the garage was next to the door. She is the best.

Very beautiful place to stay however wifi was mediocre at best and did not work in certain rooms. Otherwise beautiful with good breakfast.

The manager doing a good job to help you. Really good. Salvo helps out on everything. The room was good. Clean. Good bed. Very central situated. He fix parking for you in public. No problem, just a few minutes walk. Why not 5 star? Wifi is to poor. If you want 5 stars from me you need a decent net in the whole room.

The host was very friendly. Breakfast was at his friends bar which was very tasty. The room with the seaview was great.

Ideal location to be able to park a car free of charge close by, walk into Ortigia or catch the hop on hop off bus to visit the Greek Theatre & Roman Amphitheatre etc. Arete B & B is in an old building with lovely high ceilings. Our room had been modified to accommodate an ensuite bathroom and looked out over the harbour to Ortigia Island. We would have preferred to have breakfast a bit earlier...

B & b in Syracuse at the gates of Ortigia overlooking the marina where it is easy to park the car for free, which should not be underestimated given the proximity to Ortigia, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, room equipped with all comforts with an excellent sweet breakfast.

Our room, in its somewhat retro style, was clean, spacious with a small balcony overlooking the harbour. This B&B offers an almost hotel-like service (change of sheets and towels every 2 days) and quality... but it lacks a little the human warmth that one is able to expect from a B&B. Our host was kind but distant (no advice,...) and not very interested in the stay of his tenants. The breakfast buffet...

It is good pension with newly refurbished rooms at the very centre of Siracusa old town area Ortygia. Everything interesting is very near to it as well as supermarket at the back of the building. It is very good option for short stay.

We stayed at this property for 7 days and found ourselves very well. The owner of the bed and breakfast courteous, kind and above all available for any request. Simply excellent. The position of this B&B is truly optimal, in fact it overlooks the main street of Ortigia, where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. This is exactly the B&B you look for as an English speaking traveler in Sicily. It's located one of the best streets in the historic center of Syracuse called Ortigia. It is walking distance to the main attractions and best restaurants/bars. The rooms are large, clean and well-priced, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Can't recommend it enough.

Excellent place to stay in Sicily. The rooms are spacious and have great airconditioning for hot summer days. The staff clean and replace the sheets and towels almost daily. The breakfast is quite good, the staff is helpful and friendly and they offer space for parking your car.

If you want a great room, private parking (which is very hard to come by), beautiful and quiet balcony, with a central location, all at a very reasonable price then look no further. Seriously amazing place end to end, and giuseppe is a very warm host and owner and it’s obvious he cares deeply about his hotel and city. My only regret is that my travel plans didn’t allow me to stay longer!!
