This is a great place for the money. The location is perfect. It was very clean with free Wi-Fi. Private unattached bathroom. I would come back.

I stayed with three friends in the quadruple corner of the building seen on the market and on the very beautiful temple the large and clean room. Ortigia is splendid and the b & b is close to the Duomo on foot and in the very convenient center

all the same as shown on the site .. maximum cleanliness, in the center of the city near the supermarket ,, I recommend this structure to those who want to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of ortigia, for the sea you have to move by car but it's all close ... great holiday !

Is this a five-star hotel? Why does it show five stars on trip.com? The room is only 15 square meters, with basic amenities and a damaged bathroom wall. There's no pool, and there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop that looks unused. You have to pay an extra 50€ to use it. The hotel only has one restaurant, so it shouldn't even be rated three stars! Paying 177€ a night for a hotel like this is sheer robbery

The hotel was truly lovely, clean and in a perfect location for all our jaunts; we were greeted warmly by all staff we encountered. The included Buffet Breakfast was varied and fresh. We did not try the in-house restaurant but the menu was very interesting snd upscale. I highly recommend the Caportigia Boutique Hotel and we would gladly stay again!

Save your money - pick another hotel A/C in the room was unable to keep room at a temperature that was even close to comfortable. Upon arriving, there was zero attempt to assist with our bags or even show us the way to the room. Upon checkout, there was a gentlemen standing next to the desk simply watching my partner try to haul bags out to the waiting car while I was waiting for the slowest ever check...

Really appreciate the warm services of the staff; we had a wonderful dinner with Valentina’s suggestion; Angelo made me a delicious lemon honey when he found I had a coarse voice. The Sicilian home recipe really worked ! While I would not call it a 5 stars hotel, it’s deco and warm hospitality is up to a very good boutique hotel. Recommended.

B&B in a condominium. It is just over 1 km from Ortigia. Owner very kind and helpful, especially on the indication of the restaurant for dinner. Small bathroom and not very large room. For a 1 or max 2 nights it's just fine.

We had an amazing room with a jacuzzi. The resort has 2 beautiful pools. Great customer service. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast is basic, and coffee was delicious. We ate at the restaurant for dinner for 2 nights and it was very delicious.

This B&B is definitely a great place to stay. I Highly recommend it. Great location. Friendly very helpful staff. Lovely room. Would loved to have stayed longer.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

Excellent location on Ortigia. I had a high balcony and could see both sides of the sea at either end of the street. I loved the mattress, there was great water pressure in the shower. There were many steps and I don’t think there is an elevator for those who need one. The room was large with one large bed and one single bed. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were in 2. Well equipped room equipped with all comforts, even if we were in the highest room and it was a bit small. Difficult to find parking in the surroundings even if full of paid parking lots. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful Sycracuse We had a really nice stay, parking was easy in cul de sac. . Stefano served the most amazing breakfasts and gave good advice on restaurants and places to see. Our room was very nice on the first floor, dear Stefano carried our suitcases up for us. The bathroom was very small but adequate.
