The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet pedestrian zone and very close to all main attractions. The staff were truly helpful, especially Christian who took great care of us during breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed in an apartment (a separate building) facing the sea in a perfect location no more than 10 meters from the rocks above a swimming area. Excellent location near the water. The Nizza Suite was roomy with a living area on the ground floor and bedroom in a loft. Nicely decorated. The only downside was there was no Wi-Fi. This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. I was a guest in this beautiful place in August. Perfectly located near the most beautiful seaside resorts. Spacious and spotless rooms. Top catering, rich and tasty breakfast. Structure managed in an impeccable manner by Francesca, flanked by an excellent staff. Lovely, quiet spot about 8km outside Siracusa. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day. We were served a simple but tasty continental breakfast daily in an outside communal area. Lovely pool and direct access to the sea. Best regarded as self catering rather than " hotel". The local supermarket sells delicious home made Sicilia food which I'd highly recommend.

The property is located 4 km from the center of Syracuse. This is a good hotel without too many pretensions. The room is spacious and clean. It’s brilliantly located in the handsome old post office building at the top of the old town, yet close to the bus and train stations and beside the main island car park. The best spot to stay in this beautiful town. Friendly stuff, very good breakfast (not warm dishes like omelettes or fried eggs or any charcuterie) but a variety of local cheese, fresh fruit and juices. Parking place available near. Wonderful view to the sea for some of the rooms.

We had a great stay in Domus hotel. The hotel is located right on the waterfront. Our room faces the ocean. When we opened the balcony door, we saw ocean in front of our eyes and our hearts sang! Our host Cynthia is so friendly. She goes out of her way to help us.

Nice location and good sized room. The staff were kind and helpful. I didnt take the breakfast so can not comment on that but there are lots of lovely places to take good breakfast close by. My room could have been cleaner and I informed the staff so hopefully they will ensure it is better in the future.

The shower was terrible. Too small like a phone booth. Drain was slow. Floor in bedroom was not clean. Sand and hair on the floor. Cat or cats live in the office area . Not good for someone with allergies.

As soon as I walked in and saw the room and the balcony view I loved it! Such a great location, right behind the Duomo. With rhe doors open you can be in your room, soaking up the atmosphere in Ortigia. Paola is lovely, she has good local recommendations. Breakfast was typical Italian with plenty of choice. I would not consider staying anywhere else and truly hope to go back one day ❤❤❤

No photo can judge the beauty and cuteness of this place which comes not only from heritage of the building but the loving spirits in and around. Hospitality is also phenomenal.

Hotel teocrito is located in a residential apartment building, but not very difficult to find. The location is a little bit far from the old town. Free parking is on streets nearby. The room is clean and well equipped, and the staff is warm. Breakfast is quite good.
