We had a fantastic time at this wonderful hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful and we were treated like royalty! There is a beautiful spa offering myriad treatments. Senses Restaurant is exceptional and the food high end and beautifully presented on domed plates. There is a water feature in the dining room which adds to the wonderful Roman decor. A first class stay from start to finish. In Rome it really is the only hotel to stay!

A very nice experience in n Rome. The location is excellent, surrounded by many historic venues and museums. The hotel itself emits historic vibes. Service was excellent and all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All ready to tackle any problem, plus giving great suggestions and advices.

Overall our stay was amazing, made even more special by the people working in this hotel. Breakfasts were great and the location is absolutely perfect for older, less mobile people who need easy access to public transport.

The only small criticism I would have is about the room itself as there was next to no storage, very few hangers and no drawers at all which was annoying. Also as a light sleeper, the glass partition to the bathroom didn't work for me.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Montemartini and overall, it was a great experience. The location is perfect—right across from Termini Station—so getting around Rome was incredibly easy. The building itself is beautiful, with a nice blend of historic charm and modern design.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, although it didn’t quite match the photos online. Still, it was comfortable and quiet, which was all I needed after long days of exploring.

Staff were professional and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and they were happy to answer questions or offer local tips. Breakfast was a standout: a really good spread with plenty of variety and fresh options.

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the value for money felt slightly off—some amenities didn’t quite live up to the “luxury” label, and the spa access was a bit limited. But overall, I’d definitely recommend it, especially for travelers who want comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
there is no free park for car

The hotel is well positioned for the metro, the bus network and the main railway station and is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots. However, the major attractions are not really within walking distance, so the good transport links are important. The rooms are spacious and stylish in a minimalist way, but lack chairs. Breakfast is outstanding and the hotel's strongest feature. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner because it had few customers and so lacked atmosphere, but the helpful reception staff recommended good restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again, but others may prefer to be within walking distance of more tourist attractions and to have a larger choice of restaurants.

Palazzo Montemartini truly feels like home! I first discovered this wonderful property years ago when I lived in Rome and was a frequent guest at the restaurant. Even then, it stood out for its elegance and warm atmosphere.

Now that I no longer live in Rome and travel often for work and leisure, it has become my happy place whenever I return to the city. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Termini station, making arrivals and departures seamless.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. The team is its greatest strength—always ready to listen, pamper, and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their care and attention make every visit unforgettable.

The building itself is steeped in history, adding a unique charm to the overall experience. Palazzo Montemartini is not just a hotel; it’s a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with my experience at Palazzo Montemartini Rome. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations—we took a junior suite which was a one large box room, it was not only outdated and unappealing but also felt unclean. The bathroom setup, merely separated by a curtain, lacked privacy and did not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel.

Additionally, I was charged for two nights!, despite leaving just 15 minutes after checking in, which felt unreasonable and unacceptable,,That said, I will note that the staff were friendly, which was one of the few positives of my stay.

Overall, I expected much more from a hotel of this caliber and, unfortunately, would not recommend it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I recently stayed at Palazzo Montemartini in Rome, expecting the high standard of service and quality I've experienced at other Radisson properties in Venice or Milan. Unfortunately, this hotel was a significant letdown. The room was in disrepair with visible stains in the bathroom, scratched walls, floors, and closets. I've fund mold on several sinks and in the shower. Even the toilet paper was not a fresh roll! There was also an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. Check the photos...The room itself was quite bad as well full of scratches everywhere and very poorly maintained.

To make things ever worse despite booking a suite, I was given a lower category room—as I later found out looking at photos by several online booking sites—even though the hotel staff claimed it was equivalent. Given I'm a Radisson member, normally one would expect an upgrade if possible, but never a downgrade!

Despite reaching out to the hotel staff, no efforts were made to address these issues. This was especially disheartening as the trip was meant to celebrate a special occasion. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true 5-star experience, I'm in fact very surprised the Italian authority allows them to label as such with consequences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast – everything was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a great variety of options.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch breakfast.

We didn’t get the chance to experience the spa during our stay, which gives us the perfect reason to return.

Great Location, very near to the Rome train station and the metro. Service is incredible, very kind, very friendly. The rooms are beautiful and well furnished. The amenities were great too, had a minibar, coffee maker, great shower, overall just wonderful
