The service and location were great!

A beautiful hotel in a really peaceful part of the city. Our room was wonderful - the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was super - lots of choice and all fresh. After a long day wandering around Rome, this was the perfect place to come back to.

I stayed here for 4 days. At check-in it almost went bad because Francesca's tone of voice was harsh and unacceptable. But Aleccio stepped in and saved the entire stay by offering me many options for early check-in plus he asked the young man that handled our luggage to show us several rooms so that we could choose the room we preferred. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and mattress comfortable. Max was also very friendly, funny and helpful with directions. Aleccio's ability to perceive the guests needs, his humbleness and eagerness to go above and beyond to make us happy made it a wonderful stay! :) My husband and the two friends we traveled with love-love Rome, Italians and can't wait to go back again soon. Thank you Aleccio and Max!!! :)

Our first time in Rome was a warm welcome! We enjoyed the hospitality of this beautifully appointed hotel. Francesca at the front desk was very knowledgeable in helping us navigate the sights, and Simone the bartender crafted the perfect nightcap to end our day. Highly recommend.

I spent the last three nights staying here at the Rose Garden Palace, in a twin room, with my daughter. It was absolutely wonderful. The room was plenty big enough and the spacious walk-in wardrobe served as our dressing room, which was great.
We didn't have a view which I was initially disappointed about but the window opened into an enclosed space so we could leave it wide open without fear which was very nice.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the small pool area downstairs was a godsend to free up tired legs after a long day walking around this incredible city.
The location can't be beat, we both felt perfectly safe all the time and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.
The food in the bar area was delicious, it was so convenient after a long day traveling to get a tasty snack before exploring the surrounding area.
Every member of staff we met was friendly and happy to help.

The environment is very good, the location is excellent, and you can walk to many places.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rose Garden Palace in Rome, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The location is unbeatable—nestled in a quiet and elegant area, yet close enough to all the main attractions. It's the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

The rooms are impressively clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the Eternal City.

However, the real highlight of my stay was the outstanding service, particularly from Maître Manuela. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and made me feel truly welcome. Her attentiveness added a personal touch that I will never forget.

If you're looking for a serene and luxurious place to stay in Rome, with impeccable service, the Rose Garden Palace is an excellent choice. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location
Very loud inside the room. Constant noise from the ac or something in the room.

The room is opposite the local US Embassy. The location is very good and safe. However, the front desk and public facilities are relatively simple, there is no atmosphere, and it is slightly inconsistent with this level.

Positives - excellent staff and service - instant responses to requests of help! ; great location in a quieter area opposite the US embassy; mini market nearby; buffet breakfast so so - had soya milk but as a vegan it was limited - no veg margarine or tomatoes or mushrooms ( lots of cheeses meat and eggs but lots of fruit and nuts so I survived ) Negatives - you have to ask for sauna to be put on but after an hour we had enough of sitting in a lukewarm warm bench even after addding buckets of water to steam. The pool was definitely not 26 degrees!!
