Bathroom in a terrible state!
No changing room for the pool, the water was cold.
The restaurant was rather average!
In short, disappointed, for a 4-star hotel.
Piano player in lobby.
Pool was a nice touch considering it was 36 degrees.
Younger members of staff had an amazing work ethic.
Only dissapointment was no kettle in the room and no room service thus no hot drink when you need to leave early.
Was ok ok with basic amenities and location was central
Good location as near metro and walking distance to the train station. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the duplex room was lacking, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom also lacked a lock, which was a privacy concern.
The swimming pool was surprisingly cold, even in warm weather.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.
The rooms were generally very clean and well-furnished, air conditioning was a godsend and the facilities were also really nice. The breakfast was very good for the price and had a lot of options to choose from - perfect if you’re headed out early for some sightseeing. Only one issue with the rooms - the first shower we had was a bit leaky and did leave the floor very wet after you used it, however wasn’t too much of an issue.
Staff were absolutely lovely and this hotel is in a really nice location, very close to lots of bus stops and a metro station so you can go pretty much anywhere you want in just a 5 minute walk and a bus ride.
