This hotel is absolutely divine, our room was incredible clean with a balcony looking out onto the square. Room was serviced and cleaned daily with clean towels etc. the gentleman that served us at breakfast and at the main desk was an absolute delight. Nothing was too much for him. Highly recommend, this hotel is also a short walk from many of the main attractions such as the Trevi fountain and the basilica. We also managed to find our way easily from the train station to the hotel. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was very nice but the WiFi was truly atrocious as we were the furthest room from the check in desk. Considering many people stay here the night before a travel day since it’s by the train station, having internet access is critical.
The desk is open from 7am-5pm and we tried to pay the city tax the day we arrived as we weren’t sure if we’d leave before 7. They didn’t have change (weird) so we decided to leave at 7:30 the next day and pay then. We waited for 10 minutes and almost missed our train waiting for staff and nobody came. Our card was ultimately charged after the fact and we just put our keys on the front desk. Weird operation. You have to call a hotel 10 minutes down the street after 5pm if you need anything.

We only had one night in Rome and stayed at the Hotel Viminale. It was a very comfortable and nicely appointed room. The staff was fantastic, especially our breakfast host, Alessio and front desk hostess, Laila. The breakfast was also very good!

The rooms were clean and modern, tho they are starting to show signs of wearing down. We would choose a different hotel if we returned.

4) the WiFi is awful, simply awful
5) no lobby, this entire hotel is made of 9-rooms on the 3rd floor. The hotel’s pictures on google are misleading
6) remote checkin after 5pm….

This hotel was great! The staff was amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and a fridge which was a plus for wine! Breakfast was great they made us fresh cappuccinos every morning and lots of variety. The location is great very close to the main train station and lots of historical sites and restaurants. Grocery store and laundry within a few blocks. Would absolutely stay there again!

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Several good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Close to public transportation and within walking distance of the Pantheon, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

This is a great place to stay for a little while in Rome. The location is great if you want to visit the sites - easily reached on the bus or walking, if you have energy. The rooms are not huge, but they are nicely designed and we were very comfortable. Marco who checked us in and answered loads of questions was helpful and friendly. There was a good range of options for breakfast. I would certainly return.

There is no staff at night but not bothered. Room was huge and quiet. Definitely will be back here

Really close to Rome station and all sites. Great location and staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Had the upgraded room with free standing bath which was lovely. Location is spot on close to Trevi fountain and only short walk to colosseum. Brilliant staff really friendly and cleaning is excellent. Nice bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is good and you can leave it on while you are out keeping you cool. Really nice view on small balcony.
