The rooms were clean and modern, tho they are starting to show signs of wearing down. We would choose a different hotel if we returned.

2) plenty of space
3) comfortable beds
4) the WiFi is awful, simply awful
5) no lobby, this entire hotel is made of 9-rooms on the 3rd floor. The hotel’s pictures on google are misleading
6) remote checkin after 5pm….

This hotel was great! The staff was amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and a fridge which was a plus for wine! Breakfast was great they made us fresh cappuccinos every morning and lots of variety. The location is great very close to the main train station and lots of historical sites and restaurants. Grocery store and laundry within a few blocks. Would absolutely stay there again!

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Several good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Close to public transportation and within walking distance of the Pantheon, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

This is a great place to stay for a little while in Rome. The location is great if you want to visit the sites - easily reached on the bus or walking, if you have energy. The rooms are not huge, but they are nicely designed and we were very comfortable. Marco who checked us in and answered loads of questions was helpful and friendly. There was a good range of options for breakfast. I would certainly return.

There is no staff at night but not bothered. Room was huge and quiet. Definitely will be back here

Really close to Rome station and all sites. Great location and staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Had the upgraded room with free standing bath which was lovely. Location is spot on close to Trevi fountain and only short walk to colosseum. Brilliant staff really friendly and cleaning is excellent. Nice bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is good and you can leave it on while you are out keeping you cool. Really nice view on small balcony.

Perfect stay for two! Paid 230 euros for 4 days, 3 nights. The hotel is hard to spot at first (look for green doors), but the staff was accommodating and very helpful. Our hotel room was small, but extremely comfortable. Had everything we needed - shower, bath, desk, bed, TV and WiFi! The location to all the sites in Rome was an easy walk, ride on the bus or metro. Would definitely stay here again without any doubt!

The hotel has what you need. It’s really just a single floor in a building with 10 rooms. The breakfast was fine. Pretty average. The room was decent. Modern and compact but not crazy small. You could hear the cars outside which makes sense since you are only 3 floors up. The staff has limited hours and couldn’t get me an extra pillow since they are so small. Location was pretty good. We walked everywhere from there but we do like to walk and aren’t afraid to walk 8 to 10 miles in a day.

Area - In Monti, in front of the Defense Minister, you can walk to many attractions like Roman forum, couple of good restaurants, near shopping main street.
Service - the men at the reception was very kind and helpful.
Room - decent size, very clean, well decorate, nice view.
Food - breakfast was good, you have enough options!
Price - we booked via Booking, had a very decent price but otherwise it's expensive for a 3 star hotel.
Be aware that the spa is not included (was not in our package which wasn't mentioned when we booked it).
