Pretty little hotel in the right part of Venice. Good location to visit the sites. Rooms were comfortable and clean, beds and pillows a bit hard! The front desk always had someone there who was happy to help with any information needed.

Stayed here during our Italian honeymoon. Like others we too were taken out of the main hotel and brought around the building to a different building, very difficult with luggage. However, the room was clean and large. We only stayed one night so it was fine, had we been staying multiple nights I wouldn’t have been happy.

Per the pictures from the website, we expected to be getting a fairly nice room. Once arriving, we were brought around the corner to an out-of-business hotel that had barely enough room for us and our luggage. The building smelled of sewer, the mirrors were stained and peeling, the shower's water temperature fluctuated frequently. For 300 euros a night, I expected better than the closet we got. Then we got charged more at checkout with no explanation. Steer clear unless you upgrade to suite level.

Smallish rooms, but the staff are exceptional. .
John in reception is very helpful and makes sure all the guests get exactly what they need. Outstanding.
Very adequate breakfast included in the rates. Make sure to book a water taxi early if heading to the station or Airport.

They put you in a different hotel. The shower temperature changes from scolding hot and icy cold every 7-8 seconds. The mirrors were dirty. The rooms lead directly into the breakfast area, I’ve never seen anything like it. The breakfast is often missing different foods and you have to remind the 1 staff member responsible for cooking, cleaning and watering to refill. You can tell it is extremely difficult for them. The fridge was unstable and fell over when I opened it. The reception staff did not care at all. Beautiful city, awful hotel.

We stayed for a week in July 2021. The hotel is located a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square, in a quiet and very characteristic place of Venice. The staff is very helpful and polite, they always fulfilled our requests, they also suggested us to visit the nearby island of Murano. Clean and functional, rich breakfast. As for us, we can only thank you.

We stayed on the top floor of the main hotel and room was large enough for 4. Our room was clean, had an old cottage vibe and felt damp. The air conditioning had trouble keeping up with outside temperatures (>30 degrees).
The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
We checked out a day early to escape the craziness of Venice and spend our last night in Murano. 👍

Very nice hotel in a good location. The windows of our first room were blocked with scaffolding but when I requested a different room they moved us right away. Very clean and a good breakfast.

We walked in and the hotel looked nice and clean. Once we got to our room we realized we got a free upgrade, but things only went down from there. There was a strong odor from the carpet that smelled like dirty water, and everything felt… damp. The walls were also plush and damp. It was so hard to breathe because of the damp carpet smell. One of the beds we realized was a pull out couch and the mattress on it was so bad you could feel the individual springs. It was cold and wet, and there was a weird stain on the sheet. Overall would not come back ever again.

The team in Reception couldn't have been more helpful. We went for our 20th wedding anniversary, which we did tell them, although sadly nothing was done for it. The only downside was that there was still lots of dog hair that hadn't been thoroughly hoovered up on the carpet in the bedroom, that remained all week, although the bedding, towels and extras were changed and replenished.daily. Breakfast had a wide range of both cooked and cold options, that were replenished constantly.The location was absolutely perfect for San Marcos square, the Rialto bridge and the water bus... Would definitely recommend .
