Hotel Concordia in Venice

Location is prime just on the side of San Marco basilica. The entrance of the hotel is from the back side. The only downside they don’t have an elevator from the ground to level 0 where the reception is located, so if checking in late hours there won’t be anyone to help carry the luggage.
Breakfast was really good with a big variety and excellent service. Room size is decent, the view was overlooking the back street.
This hotel definitely wins because of its central location. Booked directly through their website.

We had a fantastic day in Venice, and the Concordia was a part of making it easy and beautiful!!
Shortly after our booking… The hotel staff reached out with a super professional email offering to help us plan our trip in anyway possible… I was so pleasantly surprised at their proactive approach to guest relations!
We had one of the terrace view rooms… Lovely room with a second story leading up to the outside terrace… Didn’t spend too much time out there, but it was nice to have a separate area to retreat to.
Location is fantastic… Easy access to pretty much everything and the staff recommended a great place for lunch called Da Bubi… just around the corner and lovely for our first lunch.

Great customer service throughout the stay… Fantastic Porter service and help with the luggage. We also arranged the transfer from the airport and as mentioned… It was expensive but so well worth it on the arrival!
All around… A fantastic experience… Thanks to the hotel Concordia staff!

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located for St Marks square and the main ferry stops. Compact rooms (in our case) but extremely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic. My only gripe is that the drinks and food here were completely over the top price wise compared to local restaurants and bars which is a shame as we would have eaten here and stopped at the bar more if it were more in line with the rest. Overall I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right next to St. Mark’s Square, which made everything incredibly convenient.
It has a chic and calm atmosphere — elegant without being too formal.
All the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay.
I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice.

Our favourite go to location in Venice!
Stayed at this hotel on a previous occasion, and nothing has changed! Still the same outstanding service and attention to detail. Cannot go past the location, right outside the back door of the basilica. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is right in the centre of Venice, look no further.
Well appointed rooms where the well stocked mini bar , amazingly comfortable beds, and super quick access to all the action in Venice.

I was pleasantly surprised from the hotel. The location is perfect. I stayed in a superior double room on the first floor, it was spacious, stylish, beds extra comfortable, very very clean. Even though the room was overlooking restaurants and bars, no noise was heard from outside or from the rooms next door.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel has a great location. The staff is kind, we loved Prince in the bar- he’s full of great information about the area and makes amazing cocktails.

The rooms are fine, a little older, but my only issue was the AC with the heat outside barely kept the room comfortable. We managed to take showers and lay on the bed waiting to cool down often… however, the air works in the halls etc. it could’ve been our room.

The breakfast is set at scheduled times, so make sure to do this daily. We didn’t on the first day and the woman in the breakfast area was very upset with us. We ended up eating elsewhere bc of it. She scolded me in front of the entire room of people loudly making me feel uncomfortable and every other time we avoided breakfast except the day we left.

The staff otherwise were amazing. They helped us with the water taxi and our luggage to the taxi to the airport.

All the folks at the Reception and even at the bar are very courteous. Porter had a lovely smile on his face too.

Rooms are bit old but nice as it gives a village vibe. Breakfast is good too.
