Reviews
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Venice, offering easy access to the city's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and a prime location makes the Radisson Hotel an excellent choice for anyone visiting Venice.
Overall, my stay at the Radisson Hotel in Venice was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch accommodations and exemplary service in this beautiful city.
Decoration: Very elegant.
Staff: Very helpful and friendly. They arrange for the water taxi every time we need it.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Breakfast: Limited when you compare it to the middle east or east asia but it has all the basics.
Room service: Very clean and they prepare the room for bedtime.
Room dining: Do not try to order Caesar Salad, the dressing tastes like fish :( the pizza was fine and service was quick.
Location: Not close to San Marcus, you can either take a water taxi to there which costs 70€/one way, or you can use public ferry which costs 9€/one way. 5 min away by boat from the car parking in Piazza Roma and costs 60€ to the hotel ( Car was parked in san marcus garage - booked online)
Price: Reasonable in Venice.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Andrea, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor were unparalleled. Andrea and the entire staff made us feel right at home with their outstanding service. Every team member was helpful, always smiling, and truly exemplified exceptional hospitality.
The hotel itself is magnificent—classy, modern, and incredibly comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was deliciously elegant, and the service was superb.
This hotel has set the benchmark so high that it will be hard to match. If you’re considering a visit to Venice, booking your stay at the Radisson Collection is a must. You will witness the best service and enjoy an extraordinary hotel experience. Trust me, it’s worth it!
Our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani in Venice was transformed from great to unforgettable, all thanks to the kindness and warmth of three amazing ladies: Alina, Larisa, and Ana. From the very first hello, these three made us feel not just welcome, but truly special.
Alina, with her bright smile and eager helpfulness, made us feel like we were old friends returning home. Her tips for exploring Venice were spot on, guiding us to some of the city's best-kept secrets. Larisa, with her keen eye for detail, seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even did. Her thoughtful gestures and care added a layer of comfort to our stay that we didn't know we needed. And then there was Ana, whose cheerful demeanor and swift assistance ensured every moment of our stay was seamless and joyful.
Together, Alina, Larisa, and Ana are the heartbeat of Radisson Collection, Palazzo Nani, Venice. Their teamwork and genuine love for what they do shine through in every interaction, making guests like us feel truly valued and cared for.
I'm writing this review as a huge thank you to them and as a recommendation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Venice. It’s not just the stunning views or the luxurious rooms that make Radisson Venice special; it's the people like Alina, Larisa, and Ana who go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable.
Thank you, ladies, for everything. You’re not just good at what you do; you’re fantastic people. We can’t wait to come back and see you all again!
The room was spacious, grand and I loved the paintings on the ceiling. It made the room have magic! The bathroom was Luxurious and had plenty of creams. The bed was super comfy too!
We only had breakfast there. But it was a buffet and it was delicious. The only downside was that breakfast started at 8 so if you want to go more sightseeing in Venice it’s a bit more difficult.
Finally, there was the common space which was grand, massive and many people don’t use it!!
Also there is a water boat station just outside the hotel and the Rialto Bridge is near as well. So very convenient.
Overall a great stay and I thank all the staff for making our holiday brilliant
