I’m just checking out after two wonderful days at your hotel. I would like to express my complete gratitude and congratulate everyone who interacted with us.
I’m used to traveling to five star hotels across the world and thus familiar with an outstanding hospitality. Fortunately you guys exceeded my expectations. Not only for the hotel’s amenities, space, comfort, decorations etc. but also, and most importantly, the staff. Would like to express my complete gratitude to everyone. Specially, the ladies from the breakfast Manuela and Vania, the front desk staff, Eduardo, the guys who received us upon checking in and also the staff who served our Room service.
Congratulations on everything. Hope you guys keep on excelling! When I decide to visit Venice again, will definitely stay here!

Very nice boutique hotel hidden in the very small street behind of famous Palazzo Grassi. Excellent service, comfortable bed, spacious and well-lighted bathroom (especially important for my wife). Especially recommended for couples.

If you are able to, stay in this hotel. It is beautiful, great location, modern and spacious rooms/bathrooms, the breakfast (add if you can) is delicious, but most importantly everyone on staff is incredible and super helpful. The only reason I am writing this review is because I was truly impressed by this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful hotel find. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Food was amazing.
Location was well located and easy to walk /water taxi to get around. Stayed here for 3 nights on vacation. We will definitely be back!

Truly a perfect stay! Giacomo, a front desk contact, was very helpful and made our stay delightful. Palazzina Grassi has the best bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on in my life, and their Prosecco was the best in all of Venice. Will be back as soon as possible!

What an amazing experience that was. It's the only hotel in Venice designed by Philippe Starck who was able to perfectly capture the medieval soul of Venice. The whole experience was smooth and perfect. And the restaurant...shockingly good. Well done Palazzina!

Loved this hotel! It was wonderful during Christmas. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and you can't beat the location to get to the basilica and wander around other areas! I highly recommend booking a water taxi. It was so fun and convenient! You don't want to lug your luggage through Venice to get to your hotel.

Well, Palazzina G is truly amazing! Furnished by Philippe Starck, the rooms are large and modern, impeccably clean! Kind and attentive staff, very neat breakfast. Great restaurant, wine list is ok. Obviously this is a luxurious place and not for every budget, but it is a must visit even just for a cocktail or brunch. I had the most beautiful New Year's Eve I can remember: December 31, 2018, with very fresh oysters and champagne! Great staff, top notch entertainment! I really hope that I can repeat the experience and that everything will return to normal 😊

The hotel, staff, location and food was exceptional. Very easy to get to and the area is quiet. Upon arrival we were greeted, enjoyed a cocktail while we checked in and our bags were delivered directly to our room. We had a terrace room and it was lovely. Best shower too! Breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional. The concierge helped with dinner reservations and booking our water taxi. They were also very help with directions and any questions we had. The location was quiet and away from the crowds but it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend a stay here and would visit again. Thank you for a memorable first visit to Venice.

Wasn’t as convenient as I thought. Service was good but I had issues with billing, air con, towel rack heating and there was some issue getting the correct response to me. Room was a good size and modern. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast service was top notch. The two ladies are incredible. They remember every order I had before. Well done on that.
