Perfect.
This is a lovely hotel in a great location.
Only 100 yards from Piazza Bra and it's many cafés and restaurants mean you are right in the heart of this compact and vibrant city.
We came for a week to see the opera in the arena.
Every day our room was cleaned very thoroughly and supplied with fresh towels (which are the softest I have ever used).
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
It's ranked as a 3 star hotel but is far better than many 4 star hotels at which I have stayed.

Very central Verona hotel, close to Piazza Bra. Easy walking to shops restaurants everything a tourist might require. Extremely clean accommodation and the buffet continental breakfast had enough variety and options to satisfy most.

Classical and beautiful hotel, breakfast was a ltl simple and the flat a ltl narrow but fantastic service. We were really happy staying there :)

Rooms clean and functional, public areas are always spotless. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. Location is great for the key tourist attractions.

This hotel was pretty good clean decent breakfast good location quiet no sirens in the night like Roma. & if you are reasonably fit a good walk to station & sights.

Such a great hotel! Many thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome! Great location and the room was beautiful!!! The only thing they don't have is free parking. We had to pay $24 for the night to park our car.

Good position, close to the center, in a quiet area. Unfortunately, no view and a bit dark inside. There are several carpets, not very clean, and the place smells of dust.

Sad to say we are not happy with this hotel. The WIFI is extremely slow. Only enough for a smartphone, anything bigger forget it. The air conditioning in the rooms is also a no show. As far as the staff goes the gentleman who worked the afternoon we checked in was very helpful. The morning shift woman could care less about customers needs. Will I stay here again NO! Would I recommend the hotel to others NO!

My reservation was non-refundable in case I cancel it or move the dates. But it does not say anything about the hotel being closed at the time I have booked and not being able to provide the hired services. So, they should reimburse my reservation. It is the only hotel that has not reimbursed my reservation for this trip I had planned, after more than one year of the date of the reservation.
I do not recommend this hotel with this kind of people working there. Please, avoid it.
