The interior Looks a bit outdated but everything was quite well maintained. Very strong shower pressure which is a plus. The room was warm but too dry for the evening. Also the pillow was too soft for me. However considering the location for this price, I can’t complain too much.
I took the advice from the review to skip their breakfast which I am glad I did. We had breakfast right next door at a cafe which was superb and a lot cheaper.
Not much information regarding parking and they charge €27 for on site parking… that’s a bit weirdly overpriced. Nothing outstanding but I still recommend it if you like staying central.

Great location, reasonable price, warm welcome. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, spotless clean.

Hotel Europa didn't have running water for 2 days. I couldn't shower or flush the toilet. They wouldn't refund so I could stay somewhere else and shower. Then they had the audacity to charge me for bottled water so I could brush my teeth. When the water came back on it was brown. Have fun showering in brown water if it even runs. Breakfast didn't start untill 8am. No microwave. Small room. Pay the same or less to stay somewhere nicer with clean running water!

Didn't stay at this hotel but spent time in the lobby. Great decor, friendly front desk. Location is amazing, right near the city center next to the arena.

Location location and cleanliness. Rooms are smaller than usual Italian hotels. Bathrooms are average size. The rooms are maintained very well and housekeeping is done everyday. Breakfast is good though very simple with choice of cereals, boiled eggs and some pasteries. Staff are really helpful.

Huge sentimental memories attached to this hotel. We have visited four times, with different relatives and friends. Incredible location for old Verona and Opera in the ancient arena. Parking on site, but email ahead to get directions, as it’s inside the wall.
