This week I worked as a maid in this hotel. The rooms are large, with several areas and a kitchenette, and some are small. From the windows you can see the panorama of the old city, you can see the roofs. I am adding the interiors of the hall and rooms. Cleanliness is carefully monitored. Breakfast is a buffet, you can order dishes from the menu at the tables. For myself, I see the advantage of this hotel - its convenient location.

Very lovely hotel in Vilnius City Center. The hotel is made up of two areas. The old and new. It’s very modern inside and the beds were extremely comfortable. All sights are within walking distance. Also close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, nearby some of Vilnius key touristic attractions.
The room and the hotel were nicely decorated.
Service was ok but the swimming pool was really really small. You could even say that the photos are a scam. You can’t even swim there, it’s like litteraly 3 meters long.

Our stay for two nights was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
I’d like to extend a special thanks to Laura, the general manager, whose care truly enhanced our stay, and for which we are very grateful.
The room we stayed in was superb—clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable layout. I want to emphasize that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, a level of detail that is not commonly found in other hotels. The room was bright and inviting, and there were no flaws whatsoever.

📝 All in all, a solid choice for your stay in Vilnius. There are also a spa and gym: the spa was good and the gym well equipped.
🛏️ Our room was clean, big, comfortable and had all we needed. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Some little details like bathroom doorknob may need to be renovated soon - apart from this, I liked the style and design.

☝🏼 The only negative remark I have on my experience is that during check-in, reception staff tried to convince me I booked for 2 adults and one child instead of 3 adults and they insisted even after I showed the booking confirmation on my phone. Nothing too dramatic but something that I believe could be avoided at a 5 star hotel.

Room and toilet do no have normal doors.

Spa is more than terrible.
Saune is 60c and 15 years old with unsanitary conditions.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service, the friendly staff, and the well-appointed room with a fantastic view at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel. Very dusty, outdated. The location is great. The staff are professional (except one African lady who had a hard time understanding a room service order) and speak English. Service is definitely outmost outstanding. But for 600 some euros a night definitely not worth it.

Special mention to check in receptionist Ale ( sorry if I’ve misspelt your name) and to Concierge Adas. Both very kind and helpful , Ale helped me check in early and always had a smile each day I saw her as did Adas. Adas was also wonderful. All hotel staff exceptional and customer service is top of their agenda. Hotel is beautiful , great location and has Sauna facilities I used. They have Gluten free options for breakfast for those that require it. Hotel has a rooftop viewing area too. I definitely recommend and I certainly will stay here again. Tom S from London :)

Unique and beautiful looking hotel! The staff were amazing and helpful and kind :) the hotel mood was easy, love to wonder in the dark corridors, very good vibes
