Beware.
Despite emailing well in advance letting the hotel know that my flight was late and that I would arrive at 2am, the reception was deserted and no one even answered the phone when I called.
I had to wander the streets of Vilnius two in the morning to find a hotel with an available room.

Exceeded expectations, good environment, celebrity-filled hotel

This week I worked as a maid in this hotel. The rooms are large, with several areas and a kitchenette, and some are small. From the windows you can see the panorama of the old city, you can see the roofs. I am adding the interiors of the hall and rooms. Cleanliness is carefully monitored. Breakfast is a buffet, you can order dishes from the menu at the tables. For myself, I see the advantage of this hotel - its convenient location.

Very lovely hotel in Vilnius City Center. The hotel is made up of two areas. The old and new. It’s very modern inside and the beds were extremely comfortable. All sights are within walking distance. Also close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, nearby some of Vilnius key touristic attractions.
The room and the hotel were nicely decorated.
Service was ok but the swimming pool was really really small. You could even say that the photos are a scam. You can’t even swim there, it’s like litteraly 3 meters long.

Our stay for two nights was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
I’d like to extend a special thanks to Laura, the general manager, whose care truly enhanced our stay, and for which we are very grateful.
The room we stayed in was superb—clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable layout. I want to emphasize that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, a level of detail that is not commonly found in other hotels. The room was bright and inviting, and there were no flaws whatsoever.

📝 All in all, a solid choice for your stay in Vilnius. There are also a spa and gym: the spa was good and the gym well equipped.
🛏️ Our room was clean, big, comfortable and had all we needed. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Some little details like bathroom doorknob may need to be renovated soon - apart from this, I liked the style and design.
