Receptionist is not doing her job right, completely confused me about the spa and didn’t mentioned that its not included and let me enter with my kid from the first time. Even tho i signed the terms where is not mentioned that i need to lay for it! Receptionist girl tried to make me stupid and in the end was very disrespectful, doesn’t know how to host guests. I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel

The hotel inside of Casino House. Room was tremendous in size, looked really good same as in pictures.
They let bring the dog, for extra charge 60€ on booking but reception wanted to charge 70€.. when told that I chat on Booking she said fine for 60€… weird.
In the long run, bath great just no privace in bathroom in front of room its all natural glass. The price for new year night was 370Eu… and was shame on that you still needed to pay for coffe machine in room .. 1 capsule 1Eur… I mean as such a quite Boutique hotel would appreciate quest with that kind of coffee without extra charge…
When you book hotel on Booking… there is pictures with pool and sauna… it is extra charge so don’t think that you will get it even the price of room is insane ;)…. was my mistake ordering it before checking.

I live in Moscow. This summer, at the end of August, my wife and I took a trip in our car around Europe. The first stop was Riga. We spent two days in Riga. On the advice of a Riga friend, we stayed at the Royal Casino Spa & Resort Hotel. The hotel is small and has its own free parking, which was important for us. The room turned out to be very cozy, beautiful, I would say luxurious. Everything in the hotel sparkles and shimmers.) The staff is smiling and attentive. The cook in the restaurant is excellent. We stayed at the Hotel, but it turned out to be an entertainment center. There is mini golf, a SPA, a fitness center, several nightclubs and even a casino. Two days flew by very quickly. If we had not booked hotels in other countries, since my wife and I had planned our auto tour in advance, we would have stayed in Riga for a week.) The prices are reasonable, you can choose a room for a comfortable price. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the center. It turned out to be convenient and pleasant, as it was unusually quiet and calm after the noise of Moscow.) We express our great gratitude to the Hotel employees who create a unique atmosphere of comfort. We are planning to return for Christmas.) Bow to Riga).

We got together for a bachelorette party. There were four of us. We chose a hotel with a nightclub and bar nearby. We went to have fun. We ended up at the hotel by accident. We liked the nightclub 69. The Royal Casino Hotel surprised us with its luxury. Huge room with all kinds of amenities. Huge royal beds and chic of the 90s. We quickly got used to it. I was pleased with the restaurant's opening hours; it's open 24 hours a day. And the bar too. The food was very tasty and there was plenty to do in the hotel itself. The first day was dedicated to the spa. It's spacious. We had a lot of fun. The next day we went to a fitness center and in the evening to a nightclub. We didn’t visit the casino; we didn’t have time. Riga surprised and delighted us; we thought we would be looking for something to do for a long time. Oh yes. The wall in the bathroom is glass, that is, when you take a shower, the whole room can see it. We asked the workers to put up a curtain for us. The shower issue has been resolved. We had a magical rest. Our room was called "New York", (cool). In the hotel, all rooms have their own name, this is the name of a famous city. The entire design of the room is subordinated to his name. It's funny. There is a number "Moscow", but it is very expensive)

Stayed there for 2 nights.
Our booking included breakfast and spa access, in reality we didn't get nothing.
Breakfast is served with room service and for extra cost.
Spa was not working, saunas were cold and pool water was colder.
They asked 30euros per hour for the cold saunas and pool water.
Air conditioning in the room was not working.
Warm water for showering lasts for 2 people only.
Deposit was 200 euros and they even didn't give that to us themselves, we had to ask for it!
One of us had a massive allergic reaction to dust in the room.
10/10 would not recommend.

"Spa": in reality a salmonella-heaven for local gym members
Location: too far away from the city centre, not to mention there is a club in the hotel blasting music ruining your sleep till 6AM
But more importantly, this shady ****hole resembles everything Riga should NOT be known for.
