No thanks! Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff probably wanted to be somewhere else. We ordered food which arrived by deliveryguy about 1.5 hours later. Personally, I ordered chicken, but got a snitzel. I think anyway ... Bad, really bad place. There are so many better options in Kraków.

I did find a bed bug in the extra bed they brought into my room. But they did take care of it and give me another room. This actually very nice, not nightmarish at all. Breakfast was great. Also there is a gas station within walking distance for sacks or vodka. No side walk though.

This place is about the most “nightmare-ish” of all the hotels we stayed in while in Europe. Before we walked in, I thought this place was gonna be great, judging from the quaint style and the mountain-lodge style they went with. I got some bad vibes from the peeling paint on the walls though, but that was just a taste of what was to come.

Our room was filled to the brim with bugs. Spiders crawled on the walls, mosquitos zipped from one end of the room to the other. A WHOLE GRAPE WAS BEHIND A TABLE! Thankfully, we checked the bed for bed bugs before going to sleep. There were bed bugs in the room.

So, we alerted the lady at the front desk. She was (understandably) freaking out over seeing bed bugs in the hotel, so she blamed us for bringing them in from Prague(stayed at the hotel Olympik, fantastic place with no bed bugs if you’re ever interested).
